A Tall Stranger Lyssa Admires

Making our way to Campbelltown Station Lyssa was going to give me money for a bus to catch back home as I was broke apart from my Gym money. On the last street before the station I noted a yellow T-18 with a turbo that I always notice and advising Lyssa that this was my favored car she didn’t appeal to it.

“However, I do think the guy in the car is hot” Lyssa went on to say and from there I learn who this guy was but couldn’t put a face to the name. The first time Lyssa noticed him was when she was going out with me and as she noted, we were in a men’s store in Campbelltown Mall where he used to work. Maybe it was Macarthur Square where he worked and still works but I was buying clothes that day and I was with Penelope and Lyssa when they noticed him and ogled over him.

To put some extra spice to their mind’s fling he came over and asked them both if they needed any help instead of me and I remember Lyssa reminding me that she thought he was hot, both her and Penelope. Since then Lyssa has seen him at Chevy’s noting him as a City clubber because of his pinstripe tight pants and his City dance.

“Ooh, I just love it” was Lyssa’s response after detailing what he wore and his dance technique. From there Lyssa told me how he came to her once at Chevy’s to talk with her but after saying hello she walked away because she was embarrassed and he was too tall. Wearing an engagement ring on his finger he had his girlfriend in the car when we were walking past but Lyssa told me of one time when he was at Chevy’s by himself and without his ring on his finger, he took another girl out of there and most probably home for a fuck.

Bus Stop Banter and Pedro

Making our way to the bus stop we waited for ten minutes before Lyssa’s bus arrived. In that time we were once again mucking around with each other as Lyssa asked me to give her a kiss. Giving her one on the cheek and then one semi on the lips I didn’t want to taste her smoke breath.

Jumping on her bus I had to wait another ten minutes for my bus and as I got home I prepared for my day at the Gym. Before I begin about my Gym routine let me just note that I might know this Pedro guy that Lyssa always talks about. It clicked when Lyssa reminded me that Pedro was going to Switzerland to see his girlfriend up there and I remember back a couple of years ago (Maybe when this Diary was still operational) that there was a guy called Pedro we used to hang around with.

This was back in the days when we used to hang out with Miroslav, Hudson and the rest of them and Miroslav didn’t really know Pedro that much but he came out with us a couple of nights. This was also around the time that we were hanging out with the TBC so he must be in my Diary. He used to drive an open jeep and he sold that back in the day so he can buy himself a plane ticket to head to Switzerland so he could see his girlfriend.

I remember we went to a party in those days and he came with us to that party near Bradbury, Miroslav was also with us. His dressing style was appealing to me and that’s why I bought my first pair of sway style black boots. Those are the shoes I used to wear to my first job with Frank so it must have been back in 1996 when all this had been happening.

He was around my height and with his brown hair that was slightly curled and long, I dug him. His skin was of an olive style complexion so I knew he came from some eastern country and Spanish comes to mind but I know that the Pedro Lyssa talks of is the same nationality as Ricky Martin and so is the guy that I talk about. So, are they both a match, only seeing him will be able to tell me but now it will be a while until I do.

Preparing for the Gym

Back at home now I didn’t have much to do but prepare for the Gym. Taking me half an hour including something to eat I made my way to the Gym prepared for an extensive workout. You would think that my tired legs and my walking for most of the day would have made it for a bad workout but there was nothing but good merit and effort stars for my workout.

Unusual Energy From Nowhere

Unusual was my receptiveness and loose body for my workout despite the long walking and the early waking up in the day. This energy from nowhere I would credit to my three cycles all being on a positive and being struck with energy today in my workout I would have to say that my peak of physical energy would have to be around the sixth positive day. Not only did I exceed on my Bench Press and other exercises but I sweated more fluently, I felt like I had more recuperation and I completed more exercises for other body parts.

Mentally, physically and emotionally I was there and despite having a headache that was on the brink of getting nasty at the start of the workout it disappeared near the end keeping quiet throughout. So these last six night’s have all been triple positive with my Biorhythm Cycles. Gathering that these would have been days where I would have built the most muscle it makes sense to know that I am now 84.4 kilos and that I am lifting heavier as well. Anyway, let me now start the Gym routine for your eyes to interpret.

Chest Day Details

Chest: Commencing with my two minute warm-up on the bike I headed to do three warm-up sets for the Chest. One being Peck Deck Fly’s, the other was Machine Seated Bench Press and Bench Press. Poundage was increased on the Bench Press to my highest of 170 pounds and getting a spot I asked the guy not to touch the bar unless I was struggling.

Amazingly I lifted the weight with relative ease and getting to 7 reps by myself I was assisted a further 2 reps. Moving to Peck Deck Fly’s with 170 pounds I created 15 hard and exhausting reps. Starting to sweat about now I moved to Dips where I completed 10 reps fairly fast and that created a greater burn. Starting to feel the ache already in my Chest and knowing that I would hurt for the night (As I am now in good pain) I moved to Seated Machine Bench Press and with 180 pounds I completed 10 reps.

Taking the weight down to 160 pounds I managed another 8 reps only to strip the weight for a completion of 4 reps. Moving to Decline Dumbbell Press I wasn’t too sure on what weight to use and finding 70 pounds too heavy I dropped to 60 pounds and completed 8 reps. Dips was once again next and creating 6 reps I paused to complete 4 more. My last two sets for the Chest were with Cable Crossovers and beginning with 50 pounds I created 12 hard reps. Bending over and increasing the weight to 60 pounds I finished off 12 more reps.

A Clicking Shoulder

Before moving onto Biceps I done a set of Overhead Dumbbell Press with 40 pounders for 8 reps. Stopping short of a full set I only done this because my right shoulder was clicking every time I took the weight down. It was that elastic band sort of flick when bringing the weight down and although it wasn’t uncomfortable it was starting to worry me. For that reason I began a set of Shoulder Shrugs with 45 pounds and 20 reps.

Biceps Next

Biceps: Beginning with a warm-up on Cable Curls and Reverse Cable Curls I moved to Preacher Cable Curls and belted out 7 reps with 60 pounds only to complete up to 10 reps on the straight bar version with the same weight after a pause.

Moving to Dumbbell Preacher Curls with 35 pounds I completed 10 reps per hand taking it in turns. Next was Cable Curls and placing the weight to 65 pounds I was surprised I could only afford 8 reps. Moving to Seated Alternate Dumbbell Curls with 35 pounds my Biceps really pumped and bulged after 5 strenuous reps of this. Concentration Curls was next and with 30 pounds I created 10 reps. Lastly I moved to a set of Reverse Curls with 50 pounds and 10 reps.

Abdominal Crunches

Abdominals: Starting with Low Ab Crunches I done all my reps from side to side completing 30 reps. Moving now to Machine Ab Crunches I completed a set of 30 reps and 50 pounds. Taking the weight up to 60 pounds I finished off 30 more reps, could this be a new plateau for me. The only reason I think I am doing so well on the Machine Ab Crunches is because I have the seat up as high as it can go which is better anyway. The closer I am in my crunch the less the work goes to my hip flexors as they tended to do.
