Have seen the best of both worlds today. Had myself a good time at the movies and in Macarthur Square, had the misfortune of seeing Lyssa and then Ali. Well, Lyssa wasn’t that misfortunate but I just felt like I shouldn’t be seeing her, especially with all her friends around her and where she was coming from. My day was going great and then a slight miscalculation to ‘The Days of Reckoning’. First I had seen Lyssa, that was alright and forgivable but upon seeing Ali, that brought my anger to boil and as I passed and greeted his eyes with flamed animosity, he knew that none could be forgiven.
Today I am trying for a considerably shorter entry even though it was a fairly hectic day today. My nights of late and late wake ups are coming back to me as I arose at 11:30 a.m. Upon waking up I immediately had myself a shower and then tried to get something to eat for my starving muscles. Once again, the reason I didn’t try getting up earlier apart from the fact that I was tired was because I had nothing to do for the day. The clouds were out, the sun wasn’t shining and that gave me all the more reason to laze around. After my shower and food I viewed television and listened to music for most of the day so my mind would not have to think about the past or the future that lies ahead. Rather, I tried to distance myself from torturous thoughts without even knowing it. What’s torturous, Lyssa, Ali, Jewell, a new job, a new girlfriend, shit like that.
Let me say right now, I have no real smooth flow anymore when it comes to meeting and attracting the opposite sex. When I was at Macarthur Square tonight I knew there was going to be a horde of young attractive schoolgirls but all I could muster was some cynical whispering towards their direction. Not feeling confident enough with my dress sense or ability to be smooth anymore I don’t approach any girls and that’s the reason I am still alone. Jewell was a lucky long-shot by me not being myself and trying to be smooth which worked. Lyssa was between friends and if it wasn’t that way when we were on the beach, if we weren’t friends already nothing would have happened. I have to learn to step up and take my claim, that’s my new motto ‘Learn to step up and take your claim’.
Deciding to play my computer so I could kill some time I received a call on the phone by Keith at 3:30 p.m. Asking me if I would like to go watch a movie I was a bit baffled as to why we were going so early but instead of letting things get thrown into chaos I told him to come and pick me up. Putting some clothes on I tried to have my hair done nicely so I could leave it out but that shit never looks good when it’s out. Keith picked me up in five minutes and walking into the car I noticed Tamsen was also there, getting dropped off for work. I’m not sure if Keith was having a bit of a laugh at my hair or a question I asked when I jumped into the car but I got a bit self conscious and slapped my hat on, for the remainder of the day. That shit has to get cut; it’s only a matter of time.
Driving firstly to Red Rooster Tamsen ordered some food to eat and then we drove her to ‘Hardware House’ where she works. One thing I’ve noticed about the happy couple is that they tend to squabble a lot over little things. Anyway dropping off Tamsen we made our way to Macarthur Square and parking the car we jumped out, hoping to be greeted by a fray of good looking girls. Making our way into the cinema complex we were greeted by lots of people, as it was that time of day. Wanting to watch ‘Blade’ we had to wait half an hour for it to begin so we made our way to ‘Fun n Games’. Nothing interesting was happening in there so we then made our way through the shopping complex taking a look at what we could find. While walking around I noticed that girl from when I was on the train last week heading for Sutherland. I’m not sure on the exact day but I believe I explained this girl as the crazy one flicking around those rubber hands that stick to places. That girl along with her friend jumped off at Sutherland with me and then caught a train to Cronulla where I think I headed back home. Well, I didn’t think she came from Campbelltown and was surprised that when I looked at her she looked back at me, surprised that I too was from Campbelltown.
Trouble was in the form of the cinema’s and trying to sneak into our desired movie. The cinema we were to enter was closest to the front entrance; just upstairs and right near the staircase. Keith told me that this would be the hardest to get into but I thought that it would be the easiest. Keith thought our best bet would be to get into the cinema before the designated time and as we tried we noted that there were some cleaners. Walking back down the stairs we waited on the staircase and tried a couple more times to sneak in before the actual time to no avail. When the cleaners finally came down the stairs we found they were workers at Greater Union and that one of them was now collecting tickets.
Keith and I took ourselves on a walk around the complex and for fifteen minutes we sat downstairs occasionally sneaking across the ground and peering upstairs before walking up the stairs. That suspicion was to see if the lady was still collecting tickets and our break came to us when a little kid walked past me. Being about four years old I whispered at him. “Pssst” I whispered, “Come here little kid” I uttered to him. The little kid nodded his head to disagree with me and I could only think that his parents had taught him well. “Is there anyone up there” I asked him and pointing upstairs he took a look and then nodded his head telling me there wasn’t. Surprised with disbelief I looked at Keith who also witnessed what was happening and without hesitation I walked back to Keith and on the way noticed that the little kid was right. Thanking the little kid and showing some appreciation Keith and I made our way up the stairs. Bad luck did come our way when another lady walked past the entrance cleaning up. Keith and I made a detour towards the phones and when the lady was gone we jumped off, down the stairs, back up the stairs and into the Cinema.
Only missing out on half a minute of the movie we sat down in the front half as there were heaps of people in the Cinema. Keith sat in front of me and I lounged my self in the side seats where there was only space for two. ‘Blade’ started off great and through the movie it kept me intrigued and interested. The middle of the movie lacked any action and I was a bit let down at how there were only two or three real fight scenes but the movie all around was great. Predictable was some of the happenings but when the movie was over I was satisfied. That’s now four nights in a row that I haven’t paid for a movie, tomorrow we might do it again. Keith told me he’s going to try for two weeks without paying for a movie, I’ll now be trying for life considering how easy it is.
Making our way out of the Cinema complex we jumped into Tamsen’s car since Keith hasn’t got his back and considered driving to visit Tatton at Mobil. The good thing about visiting Tatton was that he had FHM and I know I have to get this issue. Not only does it have some babes in it but this time it has a poster that I can put on my wall, a great poster of all Australian chicks. Tatton was busy and we were on our way out after a couple of minutes. During our way out Keith had a smelly thing for his car to keep it fresh in his hand, he didn’t pay. Keith then laughed and told me how easy it was to steal from Tatton, you just have to look him in the eye.
Deciding it would be cool to head for Macarthur Square since it is late night shopping we decided to pick up Shawn. Arriving at his house Keith started beeping and in a frantic hurry Shawn came outside in his shorts. Shawn was eager to come out and told us that he was just about to call Keith. Jumping in the back we made our journey to Macarthur Square via Keith’s house to pick up a jumper. The night was once again a bit chilly and on our way to Keith’s house I joked about getting together with Kathryn if she was back here. Keith then told me that he thought he had seen Kathryn about a week ago at Nina’s house, isn’t that nice…
From Keith’s house we jetted off to Macarthur Square, parked the car on the top floor and made our debut entrance. Noticeable from the first step of entry, there were a lot of people there, lots of skirts and plenty of pretty to go around. Curiously, only slightly in the back of my mind I was wondering if I was going to pop into anyone that I didn’t want to see, like Ali, Jewell or Lyssa. Well I lucked out on two but it’s a good thing I didn’t see Jewell for the night.
We made our way up and down Macarthur Square and stopping to see four aerobics people (Three of them were pretty hot and tight chicks in their 20’s) doing their shit. While they were performing the three of us were viewing them from upstairs, our vantage point. Like I usually do, I scoped out the area for women and noticed that on the opposite end of us was Redd with his girlfriend. They didn’t notice us, we would tend to think anyway but I feel that they did see us. Later in the night we did walk past Redd and stopped to talk with him. Wearing a shirt I could notice his muscle definition through the shirt and not sounding too self centered or detrimental to Redd’s size (Real Name Redd), I noted that he wasn’t that large. In fact, Redd had muscle proper to a normal bodybuilder but I feel he looked big because of his body being out of proportion. His Chest was somewhat big but his stomach came out to be larger and more round, normal big boy proportion.
