July 3, 2026. 4:30 a.m. until 4:30 a.m. the next day.
Debugging sign-in with alerts
I woke at 4:30 a.m. and worked with Claude AI to troubleshoot the Google sign-in. I put alerts on all four steps, uploaded a new APK, and found the issue. I did sign in successfully, but it wasn’t moving from the sign-in screen to the app.
The first upload
By 6:50 a.m. I had uploaded my BeStreak AAB file and added a new app to Google Play Console for internal testing. Back in the Firebase console, adding fingerprints and app integrity, I noticed there’s already some traffic on my website. About twenty unique views, some from America and other countries. I thought, “Geez, people are already checking my app.” I wondered whether it was bots.
Forty four screenshots
I spent about thirty minutes going through every single screen to take a screenshot. I took about forty four. Then I batch cropped them with an online tool, which cropped out the top and bottom system icons and buttons.
The website only had placeholders for screenshots, so I loaded the screenshots and logos into a new Claude window and redid the website entirely, with a comparison table for free and premium features. I also consolidated my four domains so they all redirect to the one app address.
Free, capped and premium
I created a feature tier board for BeStreak with free, free capped and premium tiers. I can drag and drop the items, and it saves the setup so it can be downloaded as a CSV file.
By 11:45 p.m. I had version three of the board. I set the caps, loaded those CSV values into Claude AI and asked it to gate everything. It told me it has to go through each individual feature, and it’ll take about four prompts.
A nutrition idea
Looking at the code, I thought it’d be a good idea to add nutrition inside the Body tab, since Body has weight, measurements and the BMI and BMR calculators, but nothing on nutrition. A really basic database, maybe a hundred meals or products, that you combine into saved meals with totals. That’ll obviously be premium.
I came to sleep at 4:30 a.m. I’d built the app with a shop, and it took nine prompts to put the entire package together.
