Too Many Errands
Man, I never knew wishing for something could turn out to be so nasty. For the past couple of days at work I’ve been hoping that I would receive an errand or two to get out of the office and that luck so happened to come my way in a confusing bundle. True, I was only sent out twice but in those two trips I delivered seven different packages to which later I realized that too much of a good thing is bad.
These hours upon my errands, being called upon numerous times and trying to cut back the three trolley’s of filing (Which Najla didn’t touch in spite of Jana putting out the word) took away from my real job, my briefs. Therefore, I’ve come to the conclusion that I can either do one or the other and either way, if one exceeds the other slackens. Today and yesterday I spent time on errands, filing and odd jobs that had to be done which led me to have no time for my briefs or the updates.
However, if I swapped it around tomorrow and tried to catch up on all my briefs and updates then David’s filing would just pile up along with everything else and we’d have another catastrophe on our hands. I can only do one or the other, never both in moderation because it will weigh me down. If Najla lifted her game then I could work in moderation to each side of the job. However, I am now inclined to say that with Kelsey handing us four extra briefs and my most probably having to complete the most of them, we need an extra person.
Najla Loves Procrastinating
Najla loves procrastinating and pushing things aside so that when I come across them, I have to get them done. Take for example the bag of mail I always collect in the morning and how when the mail is complete and in their folders ready to be handed out, it’s always me who remembers to hand them out to each Senior Secretary. Today it didn’t end up going out until 1:00 p.m. to which Najla should have been more alert.
What’s more, it seems that every time we run out of a certain run of sheets to place in the front of the brief, I’m the one that has to run some more up. Najla was even so bold as to note I had to get some sheets photocopied because there was only the original left. Knowing Najla was only being lazy because the person who holds the last photocopy usually runs up some more I felt like sharing that point with her but as I am, let it slip.
Indeed, if I approached David in regards to hiring someone else in administration it might help Najla get lazier at her job but it will certainly take all the pressure and bullshit that’s been building over the last few weeks. There is no doubt I am the go to man where I also cop all the slack because I show more responsibility. Having the chance to work by myself on Monday, I realized that Najla was only slowing me down, a hassle to my daily routine. Without her I could work more clearly, working towards a common goal.
However, with there being just too much work for one person, we do need an extra set of hands in administration. Sure Najla will slacken off all the more but we can just toss her the odd and crappy jobs as long as she continues to at least complete her briefs and updates. As Lyssa is easily irritable only by me, I find that Najla creates the same affect towards me because I know in my mind, everything she does is without purpose but to be lazy. Who cares if she’s tired from college or if she wants to go home early, she’s there to work, not to whinge.
Pay Day Plans
Exhaust me with the day’s progress and that’s just what you’ll receive. After eating some more fish tonight, I can feel those tired eyes starting to loom, awaiting the gratitude of my labor for two weeks. Speaking of my getting paid tomorrow, there is only one fashionable and expensive item I’ll be buying this weekend, that being my first pair of colored contact lenses. Certain that I’ll buy green contacts where I’ll look at aqua and blue, this Saturday should be the day of choice.
In addition, Saturday will also be my hopeful beginning again at the Gym to which I have many new prospects to look forward to. Noteworthy by choice, today upon entering my abode I noticed a letter on the table, a much anticipated letter. Opening up, I knew it would be my cheque from the tax agent and was pleased to find $265 readily available. Foresight has caused me to plan ahead and I know exactly how this money will benefit me.
Firstly, more than a quarter will head towards my credit card and, two fifths to my bike and $100 to bodybuilding supplements. The way I figure, when this cheque has been paid into my account by next weekend and when my bike is fixed I’ll be able to head out on long rides come a lazy Sunday. In addition, if I don’t get to attend the Gym on a weekend, I can always use the Creatine Supplement I am planning to buy before my big ride so that it would help power up my legs.
In addition, buying a protein supplement will also benefit me after a long cycle to which will keep me from working out any portion of my legs at the Gym. Dreams do spring back to life when their words are embedded upon these pages. If not now, when at life I do read upon these pages, I will remember my dreams and make such a reality.
Harley on the Train
Heading now back to my little story regarding Friday night, I do believe I have just finished work and am heading home for a big weekend. For some reason, when jumping on the train after my lengthy wait I didn’t take a seat. Finding there wasn’t anyone who would spark my interest upon my sitting down, I kept standing near the doors hoping that some luck would arise when we neared Circular Quay. There was no such luck but I did succumb to surprise upon seeing Harley.
Our eyes meeting even before she jumped on the train, she didn’t look at all interested in sticking around for conversation. Walking onto the carriage she said “Hello” to which I responded and as she kept walking towards the stairs for downstairs she made an awkward situation as she looked back with uncertainty. Grown accustomed to Joe usually kissing me on the cheek upon seeing me, there could have been two contributions to her apparent snobbing. Firstly, Joe could probably have seen I was a bit unease with all the people around to which she would have gotten the wrong message and decided to stray away.
However, I do also feel that Joe was thinking in her mind “Man, I don’t think I’ll be able to sit with him for the whole conversation because we’ll have to find things to talk about” and because of that anxiety, she walked down the stairs but looked back in curiosity. Figuring this would have been the inconstancy of her perception, the awkward situation came to an end as she kept walking down the stairs, probably thinking I snobbed her off just as I did of her.
A Blonde Behind Me
Deciding finally to head upstairs after my pathetic attempt of egression from a post-awkward situation, I headed upstairs, leaving downstairs to Joe. To my left in the second three seater I noticed a blonde girl sitting all by herself. Being one of those young and tall girls who were waif skinny and looked uncouthly attractive, I decided sitting next to her lonesome self was too much of a hint and therefore, sat in front of her.
Glancing back to the corridor every now and again, I kept spying her head looking back with eagerness to which she called out to two of her friends. Bidding them to head upstairs, they done so after one stop asking “How much space is up there” when she was sitting by herself.
Completely unlike this innocent blonde girl who was young enough to have it naturally blonde, one of her two friends was a large girl who took up most of the seat and her other friend was a decent size and reminded me of Bielka with her curly hair. Their two voices was the only obnoxious noise you could hear for the whole train trip home and by the end of our trip, everyone couldn’t wait to jump off due to their naïve vulgarity in topics.
The blonde girl kind of reminds me of Tarina that I used to like and played a silent and attentive role to the babbling of her two friends. Myself, sitting next to two old geezers, I found the only solitude in her being behind me and then comfort in the thought that she held a touch of interest in me.
This I gathered when the two guys jumped off the train around Glenfield to which she placed her hands on the seat in front of her (Which was my seat) and leaning her head upon her arm and turning it to the direction of her friend’s babbling, she continued lending her ear. This itself meant nothing but as I glanced to my side on occasion, from the corner of my eye I could tell that she was there because it would have been an easier way to glance at me without being obvious.
I also had my small Chrome perfume on before jumping on the train so that would have been a contribution and her tuning out to her friends conversation, being in her own world of thought made me also believe my assumption. When she finally jumped off at Leumeah she walked past my view to the opposite side of the carriage to which I saw her in full bloom. She was the innocent and vulnerable type who had not seen the light of wean, mothered too much by a spoiling family.
What caught my eye at most was how her ass was so defined through her pants and oddly high. This girl had a very high lifted ass that almost looked constantly flexed to which it looked like they made a wonder bra for her ass. Apart from this standing out, her young figure was fine by me but she wasn’t my type despite having all the attributes and acceptances of my general adoration…
Loud Talk in the Carriage
Just to shed some of their topic that caught my attention enough to jot it down. It’s usually the stereotypical way that larger women tend to be the bright and bubbly babblers. Just like Carleigh, that little fat tart I met at the front of Chevy’s and now this girl on the train, she didn’t care who listened to her voice that echoed through the carriage. What’s more, she didn’t seem ashamed to speak of topics that should normally be down-pat so I figured she just wanted to be noticed.
I began keying in when she started talking about a girl at work who when it was someone’s birthday, didn’t chip in $2 for the cake. Hearing her bitch and moan about how she had to do the rounds of money collecting, she whinged animatedly about this girl saying “Can you lend me two dollars and I’ll pay you back later”. Adding more fire to the woe, she made the air seem tediously repugnant when she started speaking about this Indonesian girl who couldn’t pay the money because she was too broke.
Talking of how she was speaking with one of her friends at work about her being broke she noted “But, she earns the same wage as me, how could she be broke”. Her friend absolved the issue by noting her boyfriend was out of work to which they could just cope so the friend decided to chip in her share. Then there was the episode to which one of her friends at work had seven personalities. Digressing onto the subject of bodily noises for explanation she remarked “When she burps she excuses herself but when she lets one rip at work she doesn’t say anything”.
“It must be one of her other personalities” her friend noted, “One of her personalities is courteous and controls the burps but the other is arrogant and doesn’t care when farting”. The only words I remembered from the blondes mouth was how she forwarded her comment to how farting is completely natural and that everyone does it. By now the whole carriage was in on their vulgar conversation as they spoke about one of their friends cracking silent farts, whose farts stank the most and the rest of their shit, (forget the pun).
