Racing Out The Door
Heading to the beginning of my fine morn, after getting to sleep last night at 11:30 p.m. I didn’t find it too difficult a task to wake up on time. However, my lazy eye lingered for a couple of seconds and knowing well enough that time flies when I’m napping those supposed extra couple of minutes, I jumped out of bed and straight for the shower to deliver me.
Relaxing in front of my little heater as I prepared myself for work, I thought I was going to be late with only a couple of seconds to spare and exceeding my limit by two minutes, I had to rush out of the door and jog to the nearest bus-stop. Luckily, fortune was with me and those extra two minutes putting on my shoes and spraying on perfume quickly were spared.
Lyssa Sits Beside Me
The bus came soon after to take me down to the station and as I jumped on my normal train, I looked for a decent girl to sit next to but found a dismal alternative sitting on the same seat as some young Indian guy. Nevertheless, looking for a touch of blonde coming up the carriage stairs at Leumeah as I always do, I held my breathe and there she was, Lyssa, unexpectedly gracing my presence but expected in my assumptions.
For once in the small history of Lyssa finding a seat next to me, she had no beguiling tricks up her sleeves to launder me of money or possession. In any matter, I don’t think she was really after emotional possession to which I just feel she sat next to me because she knew I would be there and so would she. Apart from Lyssa asking if I had chewing gum straight off the bat, the rest of our conversation was remarkably pleasant, blissful you might say. You could cut her choler with a knife but Lyssa showed no quick temper as we never had the chance to exploit it with innumerable argument.
Glancing at the seat to which I was sitting for a second, I soon realized that with her jerking head to the side, mentally picking me out of the seat, I had to jump up and make amends of our seating position. Walking past the Indian guy who had realized why I was standing up, I started to feel that competence about me, the satisfaction and complacency that I usually get when being around Lyssa. People look at me in a different way to my being quiet and full of mystery.
Suddenly with this beautiful person under my arm, their curious glances turn to thoughts of wonderment, seeing me in a different light. Lyssa made me feel comfortable in the eyes of these discerning people. Her presence made me feel as if these people were looking at me differently now, like this being the missing piece to my mystery. Upon sitting down right next to Lyssa and having a hot blonde sitting two rows back, I wanted that blonde who I liked to start thinking I her mind “Hey wait a minute, he does sit with attractive women and look, he’s smiling and having a good conversation.”
The Perfume Test
That with these remarks upon theirs minds, I wish them to note “Maybe he is worth my while and a second glance when next we meet”. Further to my complacency, after some adjourning words, I asked Lyssa if she could smell the ‘Chrome’ perfume I was wearing to which she quickly nodded her appreciation. I’ve always thought that the perfumes I wear never last long on my skin, either by their lack of effectiveness or the way in which I spray it on.
However, despite my drenching my skin with perfume in hopes that it wouldn’t fade through the day, all I really needed was an opinion and we all know how I favor Lyssa’s opinions. “Can you smell my perfume” she asked immediately after to which I could smell someone’s perfume but I wasn’t sure who it was coming from.
An Hour Of Good Conversation
For the hour that Lyssa and I spent together on the train, we had a great conversation. When last I saw Lyssa sitting with Naqi and Penelope on the train, I was envious in their always having something to talk about, feeling that I would never be able to reproduce their seemingly jovial conversations. Nevertheless, today it seemed almost as defined a deliberation of content as what my considerations had never perceived.
Starting the ball rolling to which Lyssa would add her portion of questions, I began with saying “Happy Birthday” to which Lyssa adamantly noted “It’s about four days too late”. Speaking about her weekend in some detail, I noted about mine to which it was the first time she found out I headed to Rogues, something I failed to advise Lyssa of in our conversation last Sunday.
Lyssa told me about her having a good time at Chevy’s and how she had her hair styled on Friday and Saturday night. Opening her purse she revealed six dollars noting “That’s all I have until Thursday” but not hinting for my assistance. In short, the only new-sprung memory she thought to shed about her weekend was how some cocky guy walked up to her group of girls at Chevy’s and proclaimed “I’m the next Ricky Martin”.
Lyssa And The Dud Car
Stretching more upon to the appointed facts, when speaking about this weekend and how I asked for her assistance in contact lenses, Lyssa uttered some more news about her buying a new car. The old news dictates that Lyssa had lowered the car dealer down five hundred dollars and made him also fix the gearbox. However, today Lyssa informed me that the car was a dud and the dealer wasn’t selling it to anyone anymore because it had too much problems. “That’s weird”
Lyssa noted, “It drove fine when I was in it”. Nevertheless, now Lyssa has to move onto finding a new car to which I was surprised she has been scouting around for a car this past month and a half, keeping this secret well hidden from me. Lyssa was probably worried that I would talk her out of a home loan, deciding to sneak behind my opinionated back until the worst was over.
Why I Skip Making Plans
Despite that, with Lyssa possibly heading out on Saturday to look at cars with Penelope, she probably won’t be able to help me out with choosing contact lenses, hence, the reason I called Imad for the task. Also thinking to make a day of it to which we would head to the movies together, Lyssa told me she would think about it but I know how Lyssa gets when it comes to plans created by me. Lyssa is now what Ralf was to Tyler when trying to get money for skirmish.
Ralf kept saying “Stop bothering me, you’ll get it, you’ll get it” and as time passed deadly close to pay day Ralf insisted that he just leave him alone to which the task would get done. Well, Tyler said “Stuff him” and guess what, Ralf never ended up paying, probably forgetting or choosing to forget. That’s how Lyssa is with money, hence, the reason I never bother asking for any debited money from Lyssa.
If I just keep asking Lyssa if she’s joining me on Saturday I’ll keep getting the runaround and I get cut by the same sword if I just don’t say anything to which Lyssa wouldn’t care less and go about her own business. However, if I call on the day, Lyssa will most probably get frustrated at me for some reason or another to which we’d have an argument or she wouldn’t show up. That is one of the reasons I never make plans with Lyssa anymore, trust her with time, word or in faith. Lyssa is obsolete to my patience and perseverance where she being the enemy to both has voided all such worth in my mind…
Naqi’s Troubles
Some other important information began upon Naqi’s woes. I’m not sure how he came up into the picture but I’m sure Lyssa brought him up. Turning to me earnestly, she uttered “Naqi was thinking of giving you a call some time soon to apologize for what he’s said in the past”. Almost letting the cat slip out of the bag to the real reason behind Naqi’s miserable life, I paused as she pleaded “Can you please not hang up on him or treat him rude, just hear what he has to say”.
Noting that I wasn’t the person to ring if Naqi wanted to take that first step from rock bottom, she pleaded with me some more to be lenient. Despite Lyssa having no control over my actions to which she can no longer have any sway in her pleadings, I kept quiet to her presumptions as I didn’t want to look bad in front of watchful eyes.
If Naqi ever decides to ring I don’t know how I would react but I know for certainty that Lyssa’s pleadings won’t dictate or tame the storm within me. I could have fought spite with spite by noting “It’s none of your business what I say to Naqi” alike of Lyssa’s heckling words when noting I didn’t need to know about Naqi’s problems.
A Kiss On The Cheek
For the first twenty minutes Lyssa and I had a plenteous amount of conversation to which she started reading her woman’s weekly magazine. Both of our heads down upon the page as she flicked through, we talked about some of the articles inside so that we wouldn’t be distanced. With its conclusion, we talked about Lyssa’s brother and his wedding within seven months to which almost everything has been ordered and prepared except for the bridesmaids’ dresses.
There was nothing more I could do for what ruined I did make of Lyssa’s birthday celebrations but as she jumped up to head off the train I exclaimed “Hey, where are you going, come give me a kiss for you birthday”. Looking as if to say “Seriously” she lent herself over as the train was stopping to which I kissed her on the cheek and she was off. Lyssa must have thought that this wasn’t like me as she initially smirked but the smooching and the kissing on the cheeks, I want it all.
I figure that once past the risks of smooching and into a groove, women will be more open and appreciate me more. In addition, I figure that women tend to think with a carnal tendency to imagination more than not when receiving smooches. Like I would think “Hey, I wonder what it would be like to kiss her lips”, women would be picking up the same sort of vibes. With Lyssa’s departure, I caught the train the rest of the way to Wynyard and then jumped off, prepared for a salient day at work.
Nodding Off On The Train
Just some dastardly quick reminders of my train trip and the occurrence that has become common place. Strange but feasible, I encounter an uncanny situation which grows from the onset of my going to sleep on the train. I don’t know exactly what triggers this embarrassing phenomenon off but occurring usually around St. James Station, my little man starts to harden up. I figure it’s a combination of my sleeping then stretching to which my blood is still trying to limber up in my body.
Therefore, this quick rush of blood goes straight down to my pelvic area and voila, an instant erection. Trying to keep it on the down-low with my hands concealing it, the problem seems to desist by the time I reach Wynyard. This seems to be a usual occurrence on the train as I’m usually stretching out minutes before jumping off the train and yet, it only seems to happen on the way to work, not on the way back.
Just one more quick note devoted to a blonde girl I had seen coming off the train. Having seen her before today jumping off the train to which she glanced at me today from the donut shop, I thought in my head these fickle thoughts in regards to her. With the mystery still clouding my perception of this exquisite glance of a lady, I thought to myself “Her face was vibrant yet curious, she, subtle yet submissive”.
