Lyssa Dreams and Penelope Meddles

The next subject of conversation that I found surprising and at the same time being both fruitless and disturbing was that of Lyssa’s dream. It’s not the dream that bothers me at all but Penelope’s deliberation at the end of her story. Lyssa dreamt that she had sex with Brad Pit and after advising Penelope of her dream she said something like “If I was you I’d go to Tony’s house to release some sexual frustration, go on, ring him up and go have sex”.

I thought that pretty much was perturbing to hear and for Penelope to be tying sexual relationships still with me and Lyssa has something to say about what she knows. My friends I feel have no clue what I’m doing as I say nothing, I hope Lyssa’s the same, at least to her and her hairier companion, or is it the other way around. Lyssa and I only chatted for about ten minutes and in that time she informed me after answering call waiting that had to go. Lyssa was leaving for the movies so I let her go and pondered what next to do.

Ralf Thinks It Is Friday

Confused by the fact that Lyssa was heading out to the movies I thought that it was Friday and so I decided to ring Ralf to see if anything was going on for the night. Chirpy was my conversation to Ralf, even after I found out by his word that it was only Wednesday. That didn’t stop us though from having a chat, well, as it was Ralf, more than a chat. There I sat listening to Ralf for nearly an hour change from subject to subject and finally to the girl from Queensland with the blonde hair as I mentioned she would probably be just as hot as the one from across the street.

Apart from that, Ralf wants to head out to Macarthur Square tomorrow night and for this weekend we have no idea what to do. Ralf wanted to head out to Chocolate City on Friday but because I have no cash flow until the new week, it was no go. Ralf also has to tend to family next weekend so it looks as if the next two weekends will be quiet one’s indeed, good for my poetry.

Poetry Before Job Hunting

Now I know this was supposed to be the month of looking for jobs and all that but considering this is a stand down month for me I haven’t had enough drive to do the job related things I wanted to do. Poetry is important to me at the moment and I believe that it will make me money in the future but my plans are simple.

To date, I have almost created 20 Sonnets that I feel are publishable and all I want to do is to get around the 50 Sonnet stage until I start sending them out to publishers like Noah had done. In truth, when you take to the fact that I’ve done short poems that aren’t Sonnets then I would have an abundance of raw poetry in my confinements that would add up to at least 50 poems to date but still, I want to press forth.

Waterbed Sleep and a Quiet Street

Speaking now of my day I shall note that I slept in my waterbed last night, not on the floor. The reason for this is that I was getting uncomfortable rolling around on the floor so I thought to jump up on the waterbed and with that slept nicely. As a result of getting to sleep very late in the morning I woke up at 4:30 p.m.

Just to note, I haven’t written lately any of my dreams but I just want to keep it on record that since I’ve been noting my dreams I have been dreaming abundantly but they’re just not good enough to note here. With that I had something to eat and then started watching television and in time, prepared for the Gym. Just before leaving for the Gym I heard the lady across the street whom I think is beautiful and wrote a poem about came home.

Her car I did hear quietly zoom into her driveway and time did stop for a couple of minutes as I watched her secluded in my room from vision and then at my front mesh door. The time was 6:30 p.m. when I finally decided to enter the Gym and once again I saw beautiful girls there. Thus, let me now include my Gym workout and basically after that, I am free for poetry…

Chest Day Returns

Chest: Starting on my two minute warm-up on the bikes I was interrupted by that dude that always interrupts me, if only I remembered his name. After him I thought to try out my Chest with the Bench Press to see how it would fare as last time I tried it I’d done pretty good. So, I started with three warm-ups, on Peck Deck, assisted Dips and then with light weights on Bench Press.

Stacking the weight up to 160 pounds and getting the assistance of the guy that always is there to chat with me I performed 9 reps and then an assisted rep to finish. He didn’t have his hands near the bar on the first nine and it felt relatively easy to push those reps out, meaning one thing, I was back. My Chest didn’t ache at all so I know that my pain is now as good as gone. Holding him there for another set after a larger pause than usual I used the same weight to get 7 reps out by myself and heavy assists.

Moving now to Dips I still wasn’t in that much of a sweat so I was able to perform 10 reps. Moving to Machine Lying Fly’s with 130 pounds I performed 12 reps. Moving now to Seated Machine Bench Press with 180 pounds I managed just to accomplish 6 reps. Taking the weight down to 160 pounds after a pause I completed a set of 8 reps.

Peck Deck Fly’s was next and lowering the weight to a still high weight I was fatigued when I approached the tenth rep, it was hard. Finally, I moved to Cable Crossovers where I started with 50 pounds on each side and 12 reps. Taking the weight up to 60 pounds I bent over and once again performed 12 reps.

Biceps and One Sneaky Leg Set

Biceps: After my first set for Biceps I performed one set of Standing Leg Curls with 30 pounds per leg and 20 reps. This was done because I still need to work the legs but never find time to do it. My first Biceps exercise after warming up was Preacher Cable Curls and with 60 pounds I just managed to perform a disappointing 6 reps.

Next on the agenda after the hamstrings exercise was Standing Cable Curls and with 70 pounds I just managed to finish off 10 reps. That helped me wrench out 10 reps on Dumbbell Preacher Curls with 35 pounds. Moving right along to Concentration Curls with 30 pounds I created 10 reps per hand, I was now sweating heaps. Lastly, moving to cables again I performed Reverse Cable Curls with 50 pounds and 9 reps.

Abdominals: Starting with 40 pounds on Machine Ab Crunches I had no trouble to complete 30 reps. Moving now to Low Ab Crunches I crunched 20 reps from side to side and pausing slightly finished 10 more in a normal fashion. Splitting this last set in half with a pause to catch my breath, I performed 30 reps on Machine Ab Crunches, once again with 40 pounds resistance.

Counting Sonnets and Fixing a Couplet

Tonight I don’t think another Sonnet is in order, I’m all out of Sonnet power for tonight. But, maybe in the later hours of the morning I will get that inspiration to write a real good poem. By the way, the count for all the poems I’ve ever written in these pages through the years (Not counting any poems before July) starting with ‘Dawn Tinted Love’ I have up to 63 different poems and to date, 19 Sonnets that are publishable.

Reading my past poems in a subfolder I’ve created I came across the Sonnet ‘What past thoughts art present memories’ and I thought the couplet at the end needed a change in wording. The poem’s couplet (If you go back to around the time just after my breaking ties with Jewell, first poem in October) should if changed ‘Such to kneel, when all in air shalt fall nigh, and thou wilt know, peace come’st with past demise’.

Only the last three words have been changed and basically, it means the same thing, the death of the past. So, for me that is the end of tonight’s legend that these four entries have included. Let me now finish with grace and I shall if lucky, a Sonnet to bring here in the next couple of hours. If I am not with luck, then I shall talk here late tomorrow.
