Lyssa Panics About College

When Lyssa and I started talking this late on Monday night she informed me how she was so far behind in her College work. Basically, Lyssa had completed just over fifty percent of her courses but with only two weeks to go and only six more classes Lyssa knew she had no chance to pass the whole course and its curriculum.

Lyssa told me that she was bound to fail because she didn’t have enough time to finish all her exams and modules. There was one Word Processing Module for instance that required Lyssa to type for 40 hours but that would be Lyssa’s whole week of College, not enough time. Lyssa’s boss was also asking for Lyssa’s assessment details and how well she has been doing in College.

Lyssa hasn’t handed it in yet because she knows that all the days she has taken off and all the modules she hasn’t completed will cause Lyssa either to get in big trouble or in the worst case, fired. Lyssa wants to see if she can get Penelope the next trainee job at her work but if her work sees that Lyssa isn’t persistent they will then think “If she can’t be persistent what different will be her friends.”

Hug Over the Phone

While chatting on the phone Monday night Lyssa informed me that she really missed me already and she kept saying how she wanted to give me a hug. However, I was over here and Lyssa was all the way over there and we knew it wasn’t possible for Lyssa to hug me. On top of that I was being cautious with my wording as I spoke to Lyssa because I was still in my Stand-Offish mood. Nevertheless, when our conversation was wrapping up I thought to make Lyssa happy.

In our closing statements I said “Give me a big hug over the phone” and with that I pretended I was squeezing Lyssa hard with a tense roar and Lyssa acted as if she was getting tightly squeezed by me with her closed mouth bellow. That really made Lyssa happy and it also put a smile on my face that we could still be so cute but as that was done our Monday night was over, my birthday was now finished. With that call I ended my teenage years and it was a good way to have them ended and to start this new adult life of mine.

Now, I have finished the rest of my Monday chronology and now as the time has reached 6:52 a.m. I will get myself some shut eye. But, that doesn’t go without saying I will try once again tomorrow upon waking up writing and fulfilling my chronology in this Diary. Still I am at a loss for my poetry but let us hope that this will pick up near the end of the month regardless of what my Biorhythm Cycles predict.

A Poem for the Rain

Buoyant shall drop these sprinkles of transparent fluid. As I see through them, dropping in their thousands upon this loam with such moist sacrilege, it does spread and immerse all that is solid. This basest of metals within the soil suffers humility to droplet’s toil and serves this mound to mix it well. Alas, I am here under these protective metals and for the basest which I am comprised of, of this transparency, it is but shelved within me. These droplets that flourish an should sprinkle me so would not absorb my drenched metal. But, shall bathe my body’s parchment for which these droplets write their soggy tales upon these foremost metals of mine.

With that little tale of wisdom about the rain that is falling right now and I am inside my house I begin to speak that my writers block is beginning to fade. The past couple of days I haven’t felt at all creative but today I feel slightly more inclined to write, hence, I am writing so early today. When the day finally comes that I begin to write great Sonnets I am sure will not be too far around the corner but not too far should they come.

An Anniversary Nobody Mentions

Today is also the 21st of the moth and that to me means a significance in my old relationship with Lyssa. Lyssa and I talked earlier today but there was no mention of what this day meant to the both of us. It’s been so long since we’ve broken up that we just keep forgetting to mention it nor should we. Despite that I’m going to inform Lyssa what today is and that should be nineteen months of knowing Lyssa since we had started going out.

Anyway, now I shall finally start my Tuesday chronology and see where it leads me to in these fine hours. Now I’m not sure how much I’ve written about my Tuesday but let’s begin. The time that I woke up would have been around 2:00 p.m. and when I did I had myself a shower. Still groggy from having just woken up from sleep I toweled myself off and hearing a little metallic sound coming from the ground I paid no attention.

Necklace Drama in the Bathroom

Jumping on the toilet I felt something loose around my neck and looking down I realized that my necklace had broken a link and it was hanging and about to fall from my neck. Picking it from off my neck I hoped that the golden ‘T’ didn’t fall off but I was shocked when it wasn’t on the necklace. Hoping that it didn’t fall down the drain I looked frantically but then realizing I heard a noise coming from beneath my feet beforehand I started searching. There it was, on the ground, my golden ‘T’, I was relieved.

Once everything was in order and I made it back to my room I was planning to head down to Campbelltown to get my necklace fixed or buy a new one. Talking to mum upstairs I found that a necklace would cost me around $60 and I didn’t even have more than $5 to spare. It was then that I decided I would re-kink the chain at some jewelry shop in Campbelltown.
