Cockroaches Down The Toilet
Three cockroaches in the space of a week and a half and all three of them have been dumb as. Sure they’re going to find their way into my room once or twice in their life but I find them eventually. They can run but they can’t hide forever and the little idiots always run back to the bathroom.
Each time I’ve caught them it’s been with a cardboard roll of toilet paper and when they crawl into it I tip it into the toilet. Watching them squirm for a couple of seconds I’m usually keen on pissing on them and when they’re just about to crawl up the bowl I flush them down the toilet. They’re probably living on the shit in the sewerage if they survived because they thrive on it.
Boxing Day At Home
Well here I am, one day after Christmas and with boxing day almost over I sit here tonight, being Saturday and not needing to go out. Rather, let me just chill at home in front of my computer and how I have been in front of my television for most of the night watching ‘Conan the Conqueror’. That really is a classic when you’re talking about movies, with Arnold Schwarzenegger as muscle clad Conan you can’t lose.
Anyway, as I said I would I slept over Lyssa’s house last night and early in the afternoon today I came back home on account of Lyssa having to be somewhere. I didn’t like Lyssa leaving so early because we were going to acquire a suntan in her backyard together but as you will see later, she had to leave…
Weighing In Heavier
Some shockingly good news before I begin my chronology is the surprise I got when weighing myself on practically an empty stomach today after my workout. I feel that weighing yourself after the brunt and sweat of your workout is the best time to measure your weight. Just last week my weight was 81.5 Kilos being the highest so far but today as I weighed myself I could not believe that the little iron bars acting as the counterweight pushed up to 82.9 Kilos.
Not to mention I’ve once again gone up in certain weights at the Gym and it all comes as an exciting boost to me with extra thanks to Creatine and my Whey Supplement. I believe that if it wasn’t for Creatine these gains in weight would not have been made and as a result my muscle wouldn’t have gained so rapidly.
Storm Blackout Stomach Pains
Just an hour or two ago the rain really picked up outside just short of hailing. Within this half an hour of torrential rain there was a loss of electricity and all the lights, my television, CD player and my computer all went off. I thought this was going to be at least an hour long of darkness but within a couple of minutes it was switched back on in time to watch the rest of ‘Conan the Conqueror’. It was in this time that I felt my flair for writing coming back and that is why I’m not so mirthless when it comes to writing tonight.
It did take a little while to get to here as I just had myself a shower and jumping out I felt a pain in my stomach. Knowing that this was probably from all the food that I’ve eaten not mixing well in my stomach I needed to go to the toilet and for the next twenty minutes just sat there and tried to get rid of the pains in my stomach. To some degree it’s worked and that’s great because now I get to type her in this Diary.
Sleeping at Lyssa’s house last night was like a holiday away from my typing responsibilities for one night. Sure I miss out on typing one or two nights when I go out but that’s because I don’t feel like typing even though I’m at home and the computer’s in front of me. With me having slept at Lyssa’s house I was somewhat relieved that I didn’t have to think about writing in my Diary for the night. Nevertheless, I never stress that much about writing in my Diary until it actually comes to the moments while I’m writing but I still had seen it as a good calming experience, away from home.
Waking Up Late
Now to speak of my Friday night with Lyssa and then today being the following day. Friday for me started around 1:30 p.m. as it is the usual time for me to get up now. Before I used to get up near 3:30 p.m. and it kept getting later and later but lately it’s been getting earlier and earlier. Like I noted in my past Diary entry Lyssa and I had talked through the day a couple of times before I headed over.
Our first conversation I believe Lyssa rang me around 1:30 p.m. while I was just waking up from sleep and we talked about me heading over to Lyssa’s house. Having nothing to do and being fine with that I had to eat first and type on my computer before I headed for Lyssa’s house so I started on that. During my typing I gave Lyssa a call because I was feeling somewhat bored and as we were both in a smart ass mood we kept ringing once and then hanging up for a couple of times, for a joke.
Some time later nearing the end of my Diary entry I told Lyssa I would be at her house soon and asking my dad for a lift he started up the car. This is where my last paragraph came into use in my last Diary entry as I was in much of a rush.
Dad Drives Me Over
Starting from that last point of time in my Diary where I stopped to head off for Lyssa’s house I got myself a lift from dad. Quickly turning off the computer I was in much of a hurry but with me I took Lyssa’s memory box that she left over my house because I wanted to read the poems in there. Along with my old poems and memories of hotels I put in my three Sonnets and informed Lyssa before bringing them that they were for our one year and six month anniversary.
Grabbing some jeans I ran with those items in my hands to my dads four wheel drive that was already down the bottom of the driveway. Jumping in, I had my new black shoes with my Hound Dog shirt that Lyssa asked me to wear along with the blue surf shorts. They didn’t mix with each other but I wasn’t that bothered by it because dad was giving me a lift to Lyssa’s house so no one would see me.
Settling Into Lyssa's Lounge
Pulling to the curb at Lyssa’s house I thanked my dad for the lift in such hot weather and was then on my way to the front door. Lyssa was home along as her brother was preparing to leave for a drive with Carleigh to her dad’s house and her mum was in Adelaide. That was the whole purpose of me sleeping at Lyssa’s house, so she wouldn’t be alone. Invitingly Lyssa showed me to the lounge room and there we sat watching television.
When first arriving I thought it was much better than my room but Lyssa was acting lazy and dull and I was completely in the opposite mood. There was Lyssa watching a taped version of ‘Sleepless in Seattle’ and me, entering her world of boredom without even realizing. Lyssa was sitting in the single seat closest to the television and I was sitting on the lounge part furthest away but in front. It didn’t bother me the slightest that we weren’t sitting next to each other, probably the hot weather.
Sun Out The Back
As it happens I jumped up to grab myself something to eat and after watching some more of ‘Sleepless in Seattle’ I asked Lyssa to come out the back and absorb some sun with me. While out there Lyssa informed me that Misty her cat wasn’t eating her food because mum wasn’t home.
The cat probably thinks that Lyssa’s mum has gone away for good and is really lonely now. Asking me not to bother the cat she informed me that once again the cat was scared shitless of men and just seeing the sight of Ali it would turn and run away. Maybe he does the same thing I used to which is chase the cat around into corners until it got scared.
Lyssa And The Smooth Talker
Having herself a cigarette while out the back we just conversed about the usual. That’s when the idea of having a suntan tomorrow upon waking up came to be, Lyssa suggested it. Lyssa also told me about how she had seen Gideon at Bradbury Pub, the guy she likes. Well, she finally got to talk to him and they talked for something like half an hour but Lyssa wanted to know if he was a male slut like everyone said he was and she got her answer.
While talking she tactfully asked him about a girl he’s fucked and he replied “Yeah, I fucked her” and basically told Lyssa how sex shouldn’t be shunned because it’s the best feeling in the world to him. Basically he was sitting there suggesting that him and Lyssa have a fuck later in life but she basically told him to get fucked and doesn’t want to talk to him again.
