Keith Wants The Tickets
Whence Saturday did begin for me it was already full of hope and animation. Not even ten minutes after waking up, watching television and preparing something to eat I received a call from Keith. Again, the sun was beautifully set outside gilding the pastures of my front yard, and I inside, knowing that I would have to experience another day of exuberance.
The reason for Keith’s call was to state that he was headed up to see Ace so he could collect the tickets for Byblos and to see if Ace was only pulling everyone’s leg. When I heard of Keith’s plans I was curious as to how Keith found out about the night and how he thought that he was invited along when it was only me, Tyler and Binh.
Nevertheless, Keith seemed to want to take control of the situation by acquiring the tickets and I knew with this action that Keith didn’t want to be left out in the cold. He had to be part of the plans. Also on the agenda was the need to visit Lyssa so I could get Keith’s television back and from there I wanted to enjoy the sun so we were headed to Binh’s shop to visit him.
Keith told me he would be over in an hour which gave me a bit of time to type on my computer but obviously not enough. In that hour Jett also gave me a call in which I thought it was out of place for him to be so fervent for heading to my house to play his Playstation.
However, I would rather Jett over my house any day so informing him of my current plans he asked me to call him when I arrived back home in which I decided to keep that promise.
Keith Gets Pushy
Reaching the limit of Keith’s patience and my full hour, I heard his car out the front whilst typing the last of one of my unfinished paragraphs. Turning off the computer I had him come into my house where we chilled for a little while trying to plan the events of the day and what to do first. It still struck me as peculiar in how Keith was pushy in his bid to get the tickets despite his not being invited (not that I knew of) and I was certain that Ace would have given the tickets to Binh like he noted but Keith was persistent.
Later in the night when Binh and I were chatting, it was found that no one really invited Keith but Binh suggested it to Keith. Before Keith even called me up, Binh noted that the both of them were talking in which Keith was pushing for Binh not to call Ace for the tickets and rather wait for Ace to call him. Keith’s plan would see them heading to another party of Keith’s friend if Ace didn’t call with the tickets and if he did then the both of them would shorten their stay at this other party and then head out to Byblos.
Keith was so bent on having Binh not call Ace but Keith’s urging curiosity and selfish pig-headedness bid him to call Ace himself behind Binh’s back. Seconds later Keith called me to see if I wanted to go out and see Ace for the tickets and that’s how I squeeze into this packed story of sorry state. Keith really is a wonder of back stabbing stupidity and if big, tall, dopey guys portray big toes then Keith and Ralf are definitely the odd-balls in this group.
Waking Lyssa Up
Before leaving my house Keith wanted me to see if Lyssa still wanted to buy the television despite my saying that she’ll procrastinate with her payments. When I did ring her, I woke her up from sleep just before midday. If it was anyone else Lyssa would have been her normal self but because I said hello on the other end Lyssa almost automatically got shitted with me asking what I wanted.
When informing her that I was coming to pick up the television she shouted, “You should have come when you said you were going to come” and that little resentment on her behalf made me feel good about finally getting one back on Lyssa. I know that once Lyssa fucks me up in some way I’ll never get mine back and this little confusion of Lyssa’s plans and my getting her angry had me satisfied to have dipped in the red pool of revenge.
The thought of asking Lyssa if she still wanted to pay the television off was far from my mind now as I didn’t scream at her as she was with me but just raised me voice. The conversation was bitter and I feel that the shackles have finally found their way off my hands in the sense that I won’t have to put up with Lyssa’s bitchiness from this day forth.
Now that I’ve broken all ties with Lyssa I can live my life at peace and hope Lyssa never calls me again because I won’t bother to call such a bitch as she has portrayed.
Collecting The Television
When finally departing we left for Lyssa’s house, playing that song ‘Enjoy yourself’ by ‘A+’. Cruising to Lyssa’s house feeling enrapt by the pumping beats, I didn’t bother to care about the reception I would receive. When arriving we turned down the music and I was in luck to find that Lyssa’s mum wasn’t home. The car was gone, therefore, Lyssa was home alone and my job was as simple as walking up to the door, knocking and then probably finding my television just sitting there, waiting to be picked up.
Well, when I did walk to her front door and Lyssa opened the door the television was sitting there on the floor next to my feet. Lyssa was eager to get rid of me and the television. Saying no words to each other Lyssa walked into the kitchen as I checked over the television and then asking Lyssa if she knew where the remote control was she came out and handed it to me.
Talking was grimly avoided as Lyssa was in her bitchy mood and I can only lower myself to believe that this dissenting view against me has something to do with Lyssa having PMS or her periods. It is the time of month I might add and this might explain why Lyssa has been such a fanatical bitch but I could be wrong and she could just love hating me, such an antithesis. Lyssa walked back into the kitchen in her penchant of avoidance and deciding to be as equally eschewed I made my way out the front door just clutching the television, no goodbye.
Free Of Lyssa
Jumping into Keith’s car I was relieved that Lyssa and I didn’t get into a big bitch session or worse off. I was relieved that Lyssa didn’t do something to the television in protest. What’s more, I’m relieved that I didn’t have to put up with Lyssa’s shit anymore after this and from that day forth, I am free of Lyssa, free of her anarchy. Such vile disrespect and whence it came I do not know, but from her loins and from her selfish taut heart.
I guess, when it comes down to the crunch, Lyssa is only after revenge for my sins against her, where she only counts the bad I have done against her whilst completely neglectful of all the merits I have awarded to her life. Poetry would be one of those merits and looking through all the Sonnets and poems I have written through this eleven month career, I have to admit that the series called ‘Love’s Ternate Sonnets’ which were written for Lyssa still amaze me and make me ask myself “Wow, did I really write that.”
Such content came from those Sonnets and the love did show through within each line to create such beauty of passage that it even confounds the maker. Those three Sonnets still to this day are my spectacles and Lyssa aught be proud and shine with her pride but alike most gifts from my heart, no such grace is given.

Diary Of A Mad Chaos is a daily diary written from March 1996 until today, of which individual books and book series have been created, namely “The Lost Years” an exploration of young, entwined love, the “Wubao In China (猎艳奇缘)” book series which provides an extensive comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies, and the book titled “Foreigner (华人)” an exploration of race relations in Australia.
