Morning Writing Habits

These mornings are becoming rather uniform a time to write in my diary aren’t they. It in time will succeed the nocturnal flourishings that my mind used to produce. In these early morning hours I also take a look at the depth of last month’s entries and then the beginning of this month and I am starting to see a pattern. I’ve learnt that my nocturnal life where I would begin writing around the hours of midnight were more an avowed source of inspiration than these hours of the morning.

My best poetry, chronology and philosophy happened within those nocturnal hours. Now, all I can see are remnants of philosophy in these undressed pages and the defeat of poetry in whole. Why is it that the normal life does not prosper my poetry so and those tired mornings when I would want to go to sleep but I would wake myself up with constant thought do. I’ve learnt another factual argument regarding my intelligence patterns. The best times for me to create a song were when I was at a job and working but with enough time on my hands.

The best time to establish a poetical flair would be around midnight or just as I am ready to get myself to sleep. The best time for chronology is whenever my mind is full of those thoughts and the best time for philosophy is when thoughts have been prior written and rendered with answers. I would wane if my hands were to die, or if I would lose all my mind but, what have you for the loss of inspiration or the time of night in which it conspires…

King John Before Bed

Last night before I got myself to sleep I read a bit more of the Shakespearean book I have borrowed from the Library. Surely I have read ‘King John’ before as parts of it do sound familiar to my naked eye but I do progress forth into the third act of the first scene.

Despite this quiet time that would deem no favors to my month’s expeditious desires, I did have a rather pleasant day where my wish to get out and do something was met. The reason I didn’t write of it last night when best my mind would have remembered is because I was tired and reading was the better alternative. Thus, let me start a new paragraph for a new day…

Tuesday at the Gym

Tuesday started around 8:30 a.m. for me which isn’t too bad a start as I had gone to sleep just before midnight. For the most of the morning I done my usual and had myself a shower and all that other eventfulness already explained. Therefore, I shall begin at 12:30 p.m. where I headed to the Gym and for that, I must now write of my Gym routine.

Warm-up: This wasn’t as attenuated as my last visit but it did last for four minutes and 35 calories.

Chest: Beginning with Bench Press and 80 pounds I pushed out 25 reps to stretch my Chest and then begin. Increasing the poundage to 120 pounds I pushed out another 15 reps. Heading now to Machine Seated Bench Press with 120 pounds I pushed out another grueling 15 reps. Taking the weight down to 100 pounds I rested for a short period of time and then had myself another 20 reps. Assisted Dips was next with 60 pounds assistance but this again was hard to complete as I pushed out 15 reps.

From there I took it easy on Cable Crossovers with 30 pounds and 20 reps. Moving to my next two sets on Peck Deck Fly’s and 120 pounds I pushed out 20 reps for my first set, squeezing my pecks in the middle on a couple of them. After some much needed rest I continued with 110 pounds to complete another 15 reps. My last set was on pullovers and with 50 pounds I completed 20 reps.

Back: Commencing with a warm-up on Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns and 70 pounds I repped out 30 reps with strict form. With that complete I moved to Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns and with 120 pounds I completed 15 reps. Next was close grip Lat Pulldowns and with 120 pounds I pulled down 15 reps. Seated Cable Rows was next and beginning with 70 pounds I managed 25 reps.

One Arm Cable Rows was next and with 50 pounds I pushed out 15 reps per hand. One Arm Dumbbell Rows was last for this body-part and with 50 pounds I pulled up 15 reps. The Trapezius was next and with 35 pounds I pulled up 20 reps. My last set was with the same weight to pull up another 20 reps.

Biceps: Starting with Preacher Cable Curls and 30 pounds I pushed out 20 warming up reps. Moving to my favored Seated Dumbbell Curls I began on 25 pounds for a couple of reps but then lowered the weight to 20 pounds to complete 30 reps and then a touch more, it was grueling again. Moving to Standing Cable Curls with 30 pounds I pushed out another 15 reps before conking out. One set for the forearms ensued, using Reverse Cable Curls with 30 pounds for 12 reps.

Abdominals: Desiring some more stress to this part of the body as I want it to be rock hard as it was in my pre ‘Lost Years’ days, I began with a striving inspiration. Machine Ab Crunches were first and with 40 pounds I completed a fairly easy 35 reps. Pausing for a rest I began again with the same weight and another 30 reps, mostly from side to side for the Obliques. Low Ab Crunches was next and from side to side I completed 20 grueling reps. Machine Ab Crunches was my last exercise and completing 30 reps with the same weight as before I finished my routine and was off.

Pari at the Gym

While at the Gym and before beginning, I met up with Pari who had the will to stick around for my workout despite him having finished his. This friendship and conversation lasted throughout my workout. While working out I also said hello to Maddox who walked past me while I was in the middle of a set. It was hard to say a decent hello in my strain so when he came back through I just shook his hand as he walked past, subtle but good.

When my workout was finished Pari and I headed to Bradbury Shops where I shouted him some hot chips but he didn’t like the idea of that greasy food. Therefore, I just bought myself the piece of fish I was going to buy all along and instead of heading home I thought it would be cool for the both of us to sit down at one of the tables in the courtyard to chat.

A Chat in the Courtyard

Looking for a table to take our seat at I noticed a guy who was already sitting down take a look in my direction, our eyes having some curiosity behind their blank stares. It was here that I realized it was Lonnie and as he acknowledged me, we made our way to his table. As both Pari and I sat down I chatted away with Lonnie about how he’s going, how I’m going, you know, all of that.

Halfway through the conversation I thought to introduce Pari and Lonnie as I should have done at the start of the conversation. The three of us then enjoyed all around conversation as Pari joined in and through it all I noticed Jett’s mum walking around so I thought to say hello to her. The conversation with Lonnie lasted for fifteen minutes and instead of eating my food there as I had planned I thought it was time to head home.

Therefore, I said goodbye to Lonnie and told him to come see me some time so he could show me his new girlfriend of nine months. On the way home Pari and I talked some more until it was the part where we both turned off separate ways. Since he no longer worked as a painter and was heading to the Gym at around the same time as myself I told him I would see him at the Gym and headed home.

Keith Drives By

That in a nutshell was the most of my day, well the more productive of that portion. For the rest of the night I had something to eat and relaxed in front of the television until my eyes started to drift off. Tonight I got myself to sleep at 10:30 p.m. and five minutes later as I was dozing off and in a trance-like state of sleep I heard a car out the front.

Hearing the doors open I thought someone had stopped at my house. Looking outside I couldn’t see any cars but then I heard a turbo wind and knew it could only be Keith’s car heading up the street. However, because my light was turned off Keith kept driving up the street and then back down. It didn’t worry me because my lights were turned off and as he drove out of my street I got myself back to sleep.

This morning I woke up at 8:30 a.m. and I am planning to head out for another day of adventure. Seeing on the television that they had ‘Gas Station’ pants for sale at half price in the City I thought it would be a good idea to head out to the City and try them out. Therefore, I will be headed out again today, hopefully to the City but let’s just see how far we get.
