An Early Start With Mum

Today began for me at 6:00 a.m. in which I woke up and then had to head upstairs to wake up mum. The reason for this was that mum had to head out to an appointment with a doctor prescribed by Centrelink who now wants mum to head out every month for a regular check up of her condition. Having a shower and something to eat I was offered a lift by my parents so after some decision making I was adamant of my choice to head out with my parents.

Jumping in the car we had a little chat about having lost my wallet the other night and I knew that I would have a keen eye on it for quite a while now. Speaking of my mum, she’s still waiting for the kitchen to be built. From what I know, mum’s paid a deposit on the kitchen which I think will cost too much money but there’s not much I can do now. If they don’t call her within two weeks like they should have I guess it’s time for me to intervene.

Najla And Her Briefs

Catching my train to the City there wasn’t much to note of my journey but to subject known knowledge that Lyssa wasn’t at the station this morning, she was at home sick. Speaking of people being sick (Apart from me because I rarely get sick), Najla is thinking of taking tomorrow off and if that is so it will be a big test on me to see what I can get done.

Najla takes an unbelievably long time preparing a brief update in which I was sitting silent for the day but taking her leisurely pace into memory. Anyway, I jumped off the train, headed to work, collected the mail and then headed upstairs, first in before Najla and Esme. The morning was mine for the incoming mail as I got started on it forthwith. That I did continue with until 10:40 p.m. and within my time sending out the mail I did create a plan for the rest of our day.

Once the mail was done and Najla was finished her second brief update for the day I decided to stick us both on filing. However, Najla kept at her updates until midday came for her to head out for lunch. That left me with a whole heap of filing to do which filled up two trolleys. In the hour that Najla was at lunch I progressed through the boundless amount of filing to be done and David’s was proving to be time consuming.

Burgers With Linh

Heading out for lunch at 1:00 p.m. today I noticed Linh at the set of lights as I headed to the station and as he was with a friend I decided not to bother him. However, hearing him calling my name from behind I turned around and acknowledged his good service to my lonesome day. Inviting me along cordially to eat with the both of them at Hungry Jack’s I accepted and we made our way towards Wynyard Station.

On the way there I met Linh’s friend who was Asian and also easy to talk to. Grabbing a whopper meal at Hungry Jacks the three of us sat down and chatted about our day’s events whilst we ate. Feeling as if I should put my two cents into conversation I worked in the parade for the cricketers into my chatting as well as my brush with a penniless Tuesday at work due to my losing my wallet.

From Hungry Jack’s we headed back to work but we stopped off at the bar on the corner of our street. Linh usually went there on Friday nights to hang out with people from work, inviting me along for next Friday. There was no one there in the short time we were to head back to work so after Linh’s friend talked with an acquaintance he just bumped into I headed back upstairs and to some more work. “We’ll have lunch again tomorrow” Linh exclaimed, it sounds good to me.

Jana Says I Finally Work

With the filing down to a notable degree I decided to put some more effort into filing after my lunch break. Five briefs had come back from Diskovery but I held them off in hopes of getting the filing in order. As I was doing the filing Jana walked over to our area and surprised me by saying “You’re finally doing some work around here”. Not sure if she was being serious or not it sounded in her tone like she had a seriousness about her and that really pissed me off.

Both Najla and I knew that I never stopped working and I was hard at what I consider to be a well paying hobby. For Jana to literally put me down by saying I was as lazy as Fitzroy shows how she really doesn’t pay attention to what’s going on in the office. Jana should be able to realize by her not receiving drastic news of our mistakes that both Najla and I are doing well. I can only hope she was joking around or specifically meant work on the piled up filing but if it were her true words, I’m not amused.

A Pink Ribbon And Aleka

Through my day of having fun and doing work at the same time I was being my usual cocky self with Najla. The same escaped Najla’s mouth as she equaled my brazen attitude with a newly seen side of her, just like me. Through our little actions through the day Najla thought to tie the pink ribbon usually reserved for briefs in my hair.

Tying it just under my ponytail I took it out after she had completed her endeavor fearing that I would look more the fool than what people normally thought. When I headed to the toilet I also bumped into Aleka. “Hey” I shouted out as she was just about to head into a side door. “What’s that in your hand” I asked as she showed me a file.

“I have to give this letter to this person here” she noted pointing at the inscribed name. Deciding to continue my cocky nature I uttered “I know who this is, she’s on Level 6” and grabbing the file off her we began our venture to the elevator. “That person’s not on level 6” she protested and after a little while pulling her leg I gave back her file pretending to be unaware. That was our little chat for the day, put on a tad but effective for my zany conversation.

Toothache And Home Time

Near the end of the day my tooth started to ache on the upper left hand side of my mouth, the molar. Taking out my chewing gum helped considerably as I helped Najla complete the outgoing mail. The reason she took so long to get to the mail was because she was finishing up a small brief update which nearly took her an hour and a half. When the mail was complete I hurried to complete two briefs of my own and staying back until 5:05 p.m.

I just completed them in time. Heading to the station with Najla we chatted away as Najla told me she probably wouldn’t be at work for Wednesday night. Her cold has been hanging around for a couple of days now and she was continually coughing at work. Catching my express train back home I noticed the usual crowd I usually see but there was no Lorelei to be seen.

I was sitting in the first carriage on the way home making sure my wallet was tucked away in my bag. Having the will and desire to write thoughts for this diary I done so in my secret writing that I created back in year 7 and still remember effectively until today. The secret letters are great because I can read and write them quickly and people don’t know what I’m writing, the secrecy bonus.

Catching a bus home from Campbelltown Station I arrived to Bradbury shops in which I bought my deodorant and then headed home. For the rest of tonight I have been relaxing somewhat in event to conclude my chronology in this diary and as the time is now 11:34 p.m. it is all complete. One more thing to mention before I leave for tonight, Binh came over half an hour ago bringing with him my dad’s package as well as a pillow I have never seen before.

Someone must have got my pillow mixed up with some other pillow and it seems like this might either be Tyler’s pillow or Abel. Anyway, my eyes are getting tired and I must attend to this needed sleep if I am to reap any rewards tonight. Tomorrow I head to the Gym and I also watch the Footy Show but I can hope that my last diary entry for the month will be informative as well as intuitive.
