Staying Home To Write

Saturday 11:12 a.m.

The sun glistens, rapture rears her head and I with my musing upon these glistening suggestions have made a decision as to what errant behavior will become me today. When I woke up this morning at 10:30 a.m. after getting to bed at 4:00 a.m. I pondered on what the day should hold. Trying to calculate how long I would spend in the City I was set on going until a couple of minutes ago.

I have realized that if I wanted to fix my gold chain I would get back when the shops shut at four and I’ll probably miss out on heading to the Gym. In addition, I wouldn’t have gotten a chance to write in this diary so early in the morning or even when I got back home from the City because I would be too busy planning. Therefore, I have reached the conclusion that I will stay home for now, write chronology in my diary and then call Keith to see if he can help me out with my Campbelltown errands today.

Binh Brings A Chain

Forthwith and traveling back now a couple of days to Wednesday, I still have to use my forsythe of recollection to explain the adventures. When I arrived home from work I eased into my room and began having something to eat in preparation for the Gym. Mum advised me that Ralf and Keith both came over before I came home, they returned a jumper I had left in Ralf’s car. I’m not sure how long after I came home but Binh also dropped over.

Hearing a tapping on my window I answered the door to find Binh standing there. Greeting him we walked into my room and as he whipped out the gold chain he wanted to sell me we talked business. My first impressions of the chain was that it wasn’t the right style despite it being the right width. Binh told me that he didn’t get it priced but he would sell it to me for $40, a little high I think.

Trying on the chain I found it to be too long for my liking and I also didn’t like the way that the chain rounded itself off on my neck. Somehow it made me think ‘Fat’, it wasn’t as contoured as my other chain. I didn’t really want to give Binh all the money I had for the weekend so I told him that I didn’t want it. Nevertheless, I offered to buy it if Binh had ten centimeters snipped off it and Binh was so insistent and desperate to get money for the weekend that he agreed.

As much as I would rather have fixed my chain instead of buying Binh’s chain his persistency to fix it and bring it to me on Thursday night was credible. Therefore, I bought it and now I don’t have much money to my name. After Binh left I prepared myself for the Gym and then trekked down there coated with a jumper. Here now is a workout that I shall try to remember, my workout for Wednesday night…

Chest And Back Day

Warm-up: Began with a pedaling frenzy on the bike which lasted only three minutes and burnt a nice 30 calories.

Chest: After warming up on Cable Crossovers, Seated Machine Bench Press and Peck Deck Fly’s, I began on my first important set, Bench Press. Loading the weight with 140 pounds I didn’t think I would stand much of a chance but as I lifted 9 reps I was rather proud of my efforts. Keeping the same weight intact and having another go after a rest I completed a further 8 reps and then an extra one after a pause.

Content as I was, I took my mirth with me to my next set of Cable Crossovers. Loading the weights with 40 pounds I completed 15 reps and then increasing the weight to 50 pounds and bending over, I pushed out a further 12 hard reps. Peck Deck Fly’s was next and with 120 pounds I managed to push out around 11 reps before failing and then taking off again for a couple more reps.

Dips was also on the agenda as I made my way over and pushed out 8 reps. Seated Machine Bench Press furthered my assault on the Chest as I hauled the weight up to 140 pounds and pushed out 10 reps. I tried completing a set of Incline Dumbbell Press but stopped after three lousy reps. My last set for Chest was Pullovers and with 60 pounds I completed a brave 12 reps, conking out right at the end.

Back: Starting with Neutral Grip Pulldowns for warm-up I then increased the weight to 120 pounds to push out an eased 12 reps. Keeping the same exercise and the same weight I pushed out another 10 reps. Moving to Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns and starting an old trend in back widening, I used 100 pounds and pulled down a further 12 reps. T-Bar Rows was my next exercise with only 40 pounds where I pulled up 15 reps.

The Girl Who Watches Me Lift

One Arm Dumbbell Rows was next and with 60 pounds I pulled up an amiable 12 reps. Because I was feeling tired and trying to stick around a girl that I fancied I moved on to my Biceps as she was sitting there. This girl I see of a Wednesday night and as I probably would have noted last time, she definitely has the body. Her face isn’t all that spectacular but her skin looks tight and her body is in perfect tone.

Her breasts above all the best roundness and perkiness and through her tight Gym wear, she looks stunning as in regards to her body. You could understand why I decided to be around her and as I asked if I could jump in while she was doing an exercise she noted “Sure, I’ll just sit here and watch you”. I should have said something like “Great, I’ve never had an all woman cheering squad and believe me, you’re all woman” but as usual, I think up the lines when the moment is over.

Arms Then Home

Biceps: Preacher Cable Curls were first and with 50 pounds I managed to push out ten revered reps. Turning my hands to a Reverse Cable Curl position I pushed out a further 10 reps with 25 pounds. Hammer Dumbbell Curls was next and with 30 pounders I pushed out around 15 reps, varying between each arm and taking my time to extinguish the fire in my Biceps.

Abdominals: Deciding to speed it up around here I done three more sets on Machine Ab Crunches and then it was off back home. Starting with 40 pounds I pushed out 30 reps with side to side reps. The next set was with 50 pounds and then my final set of only 15 reps was with 40 pounds. I couldn’t hack any more reps so I just headed home. As I was walking down the stairs outside I noticed two girls who were working out inside. One of them was good looking as I walked down the stairs and past them in my usual self.

Hearing them have a little giggle I thought they were paying out on me at my expense but then as one of the girls whistled I figured they thought I was good looking. It would have been lame of me to turn around and start a conversation with them off that because I would have been trying too hard but I think it was a bit prudish of me to just keep walking. The girl was good looking too but probably 18 years old which still isn’t too bad. Maybe I will see her next Wednesday, let’s hope.

Getting home from the Gym on my Wednesday night I had something to eat, watched ‘The Footy Show’ and then at 10:00 p.m. I started writing in my diary. For another night I didn’t get to sleep until 11:30 p.m. due to my obligation to catch up in these pages. Nevertheless, it didn’t wreck my Thursday morning as I woke up as per normal, without a tired limb.

Keith And His Letters

Quick news flash… I just gave Keith a call a second ago as the time is almost midday and asked him what he was up to. I found by his words that he was writing a letter and he didn’t say who to but I anyone with a brain could have figured it would have been for Tamsen. Does this boy ever give up and know what the word ‘No’ means. He’s trying to get back something he doesn’t deserve and can never have and he can’t seem to grope the fact that she’s moving on.

Anyway, I asked Keith if he could help me out with getting my chain fixed and despite his cricket training later this afternoon, he’s coming over in about half an hour. That gives me enough time to slap something on, get myself prepared and await his car to come whistling up the street with that turbo kit. So there you have it, again I have cut short my chronology for the sake of more notable chronology and the hope of a good time. I’ve completed Wednesday night now so that isn’t all too bad, let’s see what we can do about Thursday in this short time we have…
