Adoration of a Different Kind

Hear me now, if there was ever a body-part most adored to the man from the female body, it would have to be a toss up between old and new adoration. Universally, a good sized pair of breasts with perked up nipples and ones that sit comfortably without a bra would have to be the greatest phenomenon known to men.

However, far from these adamant worships I delve to a new and equally fascinating area. One that you slap instead of suck, one that you bite instead of nibble, fellas, I’m talking about the good old ass. Lately, ladies fashion has brought to my attention this diversifying fascination of other body parts and those skin tight pants that women wear, that shows the complete curvature of their gluteus maximus, that to me is divine.

When you think about it, an ass can be just like boobs with an acceptance to the rule that you can’t get implants for your ass, unless you really want them. An ass comes in all shapes and sizes and although it doesn’t perk up to the sky, it equals in favor by being so delicately round, so slappable, such an attraction and so seductive under those clothes.

Just like a bra, it leaves much to the imagination in that you can see the shape to a science but that curiosity, it hews at your mind like a loose sickle and chaffs your lust so. Yes, an ass is the admiration for the new age and the boobs, just a side-dish attraction, an entrée to the now main course of womanhood.

Newsagent and Fashion Calls

Now that I’ve that issue out of the way, I pick up where I had left Centrelink, in pursuit of other admittance to my agenda. Almost ready to head home I made one last stop to the newsagent where I bought me an issue of FHM and Maxim. From there I headed home but like noted, I headed to Bradbury shops to buy myself some food and from there it was homeward bound. Hungry I was from a starving day as I ate away and gave call to some of the fashion outlets listed in FHM.

There were some sweaters in the glossy section that I really adored, some were polo neck, some were normal. There wasn’t a jumper under $120 but then, you’re paying for the name, the style and of course, the one hundred percent refined wool or cotton fabrics. Let me tell you, having a look around today, I wasn’t disappointed with the quality or price, they were exceptionally great, a buy next time I have money. When done with my phone calls I prepared myself for a date at the Gym, the time was 2:30 p.m.

Afternoon Gym Session

Warm-up: Not having been for a couple of days I wanted to get into a deserved sweat so I pushed out 6 minutes on the bike to grant me 50 calories. From there I stretched some and began.

Chest: Beginning with Bench Press I started with an ultra-low weight but then completed 30 reps with 80 pounds, strenuous. With the muscle loosely warmed up I continued with 120 pounds and managed to complete 15 reps having to put the bar down once. Decline Dumbbell Press with 40 pounds was next, where I pushed out 20 reps and the last 5 my hands were shaking on the way up, intensity. Incline Dumbbell Press was next and with the same weight I pushed out a further 15 reps.

Machine Seated Bench Press was next with 120 pounds where I forced out 15 reps. Cable Crossovers then ensued and with 30 pounds I pushed out 25 reps, more standing than bent-over. Peck Deck Fly’s was subsequent where with 110 pounds I pushed out 20 reps and then on the next set following I completed 15 reps with the same weight. Close Grip Bench Press with 60 pounds was next and in that I completed 20 reps with ease.

Back: The difference began immediately where I crunched my shoulder blades on Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns which really stretched that area. Beginning with 70 pounds I pushed out 30 reps and then with 110 pounds I barreled out 15 reps. Close Grip Lat Pulldowns was next with 110 pounds where I pushed out 15 reps. Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns concluded those motions where with 110 pounds I pulled down 15 reps.

Seated Cable Rows was next with 80 pounds, I managed 30 reps. Increasing the weight to 110 pounds I was able to produce 15 fine reps. T Bar Rows was my next form of weight training and with 40 pounds I managed 15 reps with no hassle. For my finale I jumped onto One Arm Dumbbell Rows with 45 pounds to complete 15 reps per arm.

Biceps: Standing Cable Curls was the focus point for warming up and with 30 pounds I completed 20 reps. From there I moved to Preacher Cable Curls where I tried for one set to go heavy but 4 reps with 50 pounds was all I could muster. Doing light reps was debilitating my ability to go heavy.

Nevertheless, I placed the weight to a comfortable 30 pounds and with that completed 20 reps. Concentration Curls was next and with 20 pounds I pushed out 20 reps per arm, good exercise. Finally I made my way to Reverse Cable Curls where with 35 pounds I pushed out 15 reps. There was also another set of this later in my program that consisted of 12 reps and 30 pounds.

Abdominals: This was rather straightforward but strenuous process. With 40 pounds kept on Machine Ab Crunches I completed my first set of 35 pounds, trying to keep it straight up and down. My last two sets were both of 30 reps but kept slow and deliberate as to rightly stretch the abdominal area. From this there was no warm-down as I lasted an hour and twenty minutes, too long.

Quiet Monday Night

When heading home it was getting to the early stages of the news as I ate, watched television and pondered upon my computer blankly. Receiving a call from Shawn on Monday night he wanted to know if I would like to join him and Keith in going out but I wasn’t interested. Shawn was trying to get hold of Keith but I had called him earlier in the day to make sure he taped me the game between Brisbane Broncos and South Sydney, he did.

Monday night didn’t yield anything but my staying home, because I wanted to. In my night I did duck down to the shops just before they closed so I could buy my large portion of ice-cream. Lucky I did stay home as in the later hours of my night when I tried getting to sleep I wrote my latest poetical literature. Near 11:30 p.m. I began reading King Richard the Third and after a couple of acts I started drifting into a weary state.

However, off the top of my head I wrote down a couple of thoughts I had in my head and decided not to turn the computer on. However, as those thoughts expanded to six lines I thought it would be worthwhile if I turned my computer on as with it I produce my best work.

A Play Begins to Write Itself

The time was 1:30 a.m. when I began the journey of my mind into those poetical lines and I noticed after each consecutive line I wrote down in blank verse style it was becoming evident that it would make most sense as a portion of a play, somewhere in the middle. Thus, separating lines of context I attached names to them, some more important than other but each with their distinctive temperament.

For one, the thesis is based on the Kingdom being turned against itself with hearsay of which, one betraying voice had started it all. The sovereigns argue as to not knowing who the perpetrator and started of such hypocrisy was but they were arguing on what had become of their people and their lands and what they could do to rectify the wrongs. Foremost, King John is the repentant and passionate soul and blames the wrongs not on all the people but to the man that led them to such wrongs.

The Friar Cardine who obviously is a man of the cloth speaks with his religious tongue but surprisingly, he favors dominant force to take back what good land it was instead of peaceful hierarchy. The Friar feels that all men betraying the King with their evil wrongdoing should be hanged of their overpowering before the power of the King himself is hanged. Sir William is the more enraged storyteller who has a passion in his wording and speaks out his thoughts.

However, Sir William has no dominating voice other than to sound strong in word and in effect, he does not incite the emotional power of the King or the authority in which he chooses. The Duke of York is more the noble character who tends to use his wit rather than his valor on battle to undo what is done. York feels that the King should seek out the real perpetrator who began such civil wars through the Judicial System.

Thus, it seems the only logical concept to restore faith in law and restoration of power to the King’s Leadership. York stands as a wise and prudent advisor, rather an eminence grace if you will. Rather than seeing a whole of evil, he sees the people as misled by one evil. This I cite now because I don’t think I will recite the meaning behind most of this portion of a play simply because it was spurred on by induced thought. Therefore, let me now just to the poetry…

Sir William: Strong days, ere, these pacifist winds blew calm,

Methought, a thousand men, a thousand braves,

Now stand divided with a thousand graves,

King John: Such vile remedy condemned hearts to harm,

That turned past graves and made stern faces grieve,

For their hearts, with this, our land’s heart didst weep,

As well hewed, next such untutored bloodshed,

Whose perjury hath in our laws undone,

Whose abiding Citizens themselves bid,

That if blood and tears, equal shed their hue,

They would be, like slanderers amongst fiends,

Friar Cardine: Hark! I cry, where is the justice proper,

That the cloth, nor the sword has yet bequeath,

These fallow thoughts yield as do gallows serve,

To lynch the true usurper of these wrongs,

And be it right, lacking wrong in thy minds,

One falsehood didst commit all perjury,

One crown did stir vultures drawn to thine flesh,

To know not who, but hang them all forthwith,

These art our quand’ries, our mires, our doubt,

Our sundry lands harbor disloyal lout,

Sir William: O, what brave face up in arms put up us,

That we, amongst men, as women, bicker,

With all yon blood that inhabits hands truss,

I could, the mother of my life, quicker,

Duke of York: But calm, what fortuitous chance befalls,

That we must aspire with judicious solve,

Bring law back to hands and not foreign swords,

To misled hearts, so land, with words absolve,

For a word has more strength than mighty wields,

More skill to right wrongs than to parry blows,

More accursed to the accused than death,

And more universal is‘t else warfare,

War teacheth naught, save for hateful contempt,

Whose heart doth teach hate, we should hate it so,

What say you fair liege, thy heart or ears heed,

Fare to wisdom, else brutality bleed,

King John: I warrant not, what hatred our qualms seek,

Hate, ‘tis such a strong means or cause for means,

Yet, I do not hate such a word that hates,

That it, with lesser vengeance shall instill,

Perchance, dislike, despise, scorn, e’en disdain,

Hang these heads as well as these dastard hearts,

But not so sovereign an oath as hate,

That it may hew thy justice in these veins,

And cause my vein’s justice, so vain mislead,

Thus, A larger crime grants a lesser wail,

Condemn me from hate, leave justice prevail,

Duke of York: So be it milord, peace be more than war,

I’ truth, I have masks more endeared ne’er more loved,

Than this face of amity thou portray,

Such a long tale of fortitude don’t you think. This poem was finished in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 5:00 a.m. to be exact. Therefore, I hope that it won’t mess me around when it comes to sleeping earlier but I think I’m more used to sleeping earlier now so I shouldn’t worry too much. This morning I did wake up just after midday which is fairly good considering when I got to sleep.

Shopping Spree Left Untold

However, the events of today in the City where I did go on an expeditious shopping spree will be told at a later date as I have to prepare for Shawn coming over in a little while and my shower. There is also a stack of clothes here I want to try out for coming weeks at nightclubs, some good shit. Foremost, a baby blue Hound Dog top that hugs the body nicely and viewing it, it was the best of my buys as of late. Yet, I must go now and later tonight of tomorrow morning I will attend here…
