A Packed Train Home
Heading out of the Stadium we made our way in the dark and cloudy night towards the station. The time was 10:00 p.m. when we finally reached the train station but the crowd at the front was fairly large. Consider trying to get 30,000 people a train almost all at the same time, it’s pretty hard. However, despite the line being thick and long and the overhead voice sounding gay and like a horse race caller it took us fifteen minutes to board a train.
Being the first people at the front when the trains arrived we were also blessed to find the train doors right in front of us. As soon as they opened I was pushed in and running upstairs I picked out two long seats for our group. My picking was one of the better choices as Keith and Ned made their way up but Ralf and Desmond kept themselves downstairs.
There was talk between the three of us on the way home about the game and other topics. There was some sarcasm and smart ass comments coming from me from time to time as I was in that mood and Ned was enjoying it.
Finally reaching the depths of our home town Keith suggested that all of us (Except for Ned who was heading home) to jump off at Ingleburn so we could get a lift hoe with Simon. Once again being selfish and inconsiderate Keith thought that Simon wouldn’t mind fitting four people in his car to take them home.
As we were jumping off Ralf was thinking that he would just head home but after some persuasion he decided to jump off and get a lift with Simon because it was about to rain. In the whole night rain did not come down except between Liverpool and a couple more stations after that where the brunt of the Bulldogs supporters jumped on with their Bulldogs jumpers.
Keith and the Missing Change
Stepping off the train at Ingleburn the storm clouds were eminently appearing through the sky. My money had been given to Keith while we were at the game but now it was time for Ralf to hand Keith money he had lent for a ticket.
However, as Keith always does and despite his scamming and richer than I status, he found a way to scam more money out of me. Giving him $10 so he could buy food for me and have his $5 for himself he came back with hot chips he valued at $3.50. The funny thing is that he bought one for himself and a sandwich which would have cost much more and he didn’t even give me all my change back, maybe half of it.
What’s more, I had to ask him for my change so that goes to show how low Keith can get to nab a few measly coins from someone else, even if it is from a poorer pocket to a richer swindler. Ralf took money out of the ATM machine and he gave Keith money out of it but I think he had to fork out some money on a pizza that they had bought but he didn’t eat from, how pathetic on Keith’s behalf.
On top of all this, Keith agreed that he would put $5 worth of petrol in Simon’s car through the whole night so he could drive Ralf and Desmond home but when it came to paying he said “Ask Ralf if he will pay you first and if he doesn’t come back to me”. Basically, that was just Keith’s way once again to get out of paying, what a prick. Keith is just all over conceited in which he loves the idea of money at any expense on others and he thinks he is intelligent but his brain is as scamming as his ways.
Keith Is Not Driving
With Ralf having taken money out of the bank and our already headed to see Simon we are up to the point where food was been ordered. Irish was out there for a little while with a word or two but he disappeared after a little while. With Keith being his persistent self and gathering that Simon would give us a lift we were pretty much set.
However, I tried to make Simon feel less used as I asked if he would like to head out after he had dropped some people off. With Simon liking the idea of heading out to ‘Subway’ on our Friday night all we had to worry about was dropping off Desmond and Ralf who was complaining beforehand about wanting to get home. The plan in this instance was for Simon and myself to be dropped off at ‘Subway’ so Keith could drive the other two home.
Protesting to Simon that he should not let Keith drive his car under any circumstances I knew that he would only think about himself. One rule about Keith, when he has someone else’s possession in his hand he does not treat it as his own. I don’t know how Keith drove Simon’s car when he was dropping people off but I wouldn’t pass reckless guttering past him.
Two Wheels on the Roundabout
Simon was the driver on the way to ‘Subway’ but I think Keith would have been less crazy if we were to give him a drive. The tires were worn, the bull-bearings were screeching as we got faster and I was constantly worried about the tire falling off and through the car hitting me in the ass. Simon didn’t look like driving safely for the whole trip that seemed so long to ‘Subway’.
Apart from his speeding around corners and quick deceleration he drove around the roundabouts slowly but fast enough to have the car loose traction for a second. Because there was a fair bit of weight on one side and Simon was giving it some gas on the roundabout we went up on two wheels twice in our journey, it didn’t seem to bother Simon.
Subdued should have been Simon’s result after loosing it onto two wheels but I thought he went too far when he cut from one lane fully into the other and then back within one quick gesture. That pulled my innards around so you could imagine how ferocious a snap of direction it was. This would have been the easiest point for Simon to lose it and the whole back seat not having a seatbelt on was somewhat scary.
Cards With Hamish
Arriving at ‘Subway’ I was pleased that we were finally able to touch ground once stopped and as Keith headed to drop Desmond and Ralf home Simon and I headed inside. Hamish the guy with the glasses was working as usual but Friday night we got to accept him into our group a fair bit more.
Having my cards in Simon’s car we took them with us and as we sat down I called over Hamish to see if he wanted to join in. “Come on, join in for a hand” I uttered casually and as he sat down he remarked “Alright, if my boss comes this is my break time”. That to me was as good as chips and as we started playing we kept on playing.
A New Face Called Briony
Just to add some information about a new face that could become vital in the future, I noticed a girl called Briony for the night. Hamish was sitting next to Briony who was wearing a pink loose top. There was another girl who had her feet up on a guy and at first I thought that both of them were couples but I soon found out different.
Briony has no boyfriend, she is 16 years old and apart from her blonde hair and fair figure she is a virgin, instantly me. For the few seconds that I did manage to place my eyes on her I noticed that if she bent over you would be able to see her boobs clearly as she wasn’t wearing a bra. She also looked the naïve and young in mind type but if she was to bend over she would know what she was doing. Hamish later told me that her parents are filthy rich and if they found out she was broken in they would kill that person, literally.
As questions progressed I found out more about this Briony and began to like her progressively. From my own judgment she looked easy to get along with because as she was leaving she said goodbye to everyone inside including me and Simon but I was too reserved to say anything. More news I hope will be attached to Briony in the future as I no longer have anyone or have had anyone to go to for carnality in a while.
Waiting for Briony
From 11:30 p.m. until 4:30 a.m. in the morning we played cards but the reason mostly was because we were waiting for Briony to come back. Checking her out was incentive to keep ourselves busy as she had left for a party but in the time we waited she didn’t come back. However, Hamish told me tonight that Briony had arrived ten minutes after we had left, what a drag.
On top of that, she was supposed to be at ‘Subway’ tonight and I was dressed in my nightclub wear but she just wasn’t around. Once again, Hamish told me that she was coming back later but we left before she could have a chance. Speaking of my nightclub gear, the pants no longer fit me tightly anymore. Either it’s the fact that I’ve stretched them out a little by washing and wearing or I have lost weight which isn’t hard now considering I miss meals involuntarily.
Mikaere Looks the Part
Through the night many people walked in including a couple of cops and the people I mentioned before that were from the football game. There was also the effort of Mikaere who showed up and looked the part. With his shirt off, black muscle bound taper, his Samoan tattoo, new dread locks and a look that showed he was confident with what he was.
There was another show off guy with him who was a tall white guy. His vested shirt was also open showing portions of smooth hair on his Chest and Stomach but I thought him to be trying a little too hard. Looking good comes natural to Mikaere, he pulls it off well and to be a stripper and a security guard is something.
Shaking my hand and greeting me as he came in he ordered some food and sat down with his two male friends and one Samoan female who looked like she was going out with neither of them but she was proud to be amongst them. Engaging in small conversation with Mikaere as he sat two seats away he sounded thankful for the compliment I gave to him about his dreadlocks.
Mikaere to me never was just another number, he always stood out, even at school and now its paid off for him as he has something to show off. You know, back in the day I had so much confidence and ability to pick up chicks that people like that would have a hint of looking up to me but now I find myself looking up to him. Truly, I have been debauched of my confidence, I have lost a lack of all.
Hamish and the Thick Glasses
Within the whole time we were playing cards Hamish was sitting there playing along with us except for the times that he had to serve customers. However, the funniest part of our night was brought to our attention when Hamish took off his glasses and uttered “Do you want to feel stoned without having pot, try these on”. Keith was the first to try them on and when he couldn’t keep them on his eyes for a couple of seconds I had my turn.
Hamish who also looks like Drew Carey has very bad vision and he needs really strong lenses to see properly. Keith defined looking through his glasses like having your eyes open underwater, not a very clear picture.
Everyone had a big laugh when I had the glasses on playing cards and he without glasses done the same. My eyes were watering as it strained them so much and I found that I had to hold the glasses right up to my eyes to see what I was holding clearly just as Hamish had to. To everyone else my eyes looked huge through the lenses and after our joke was over I gave a hysterical Hamish back his glasses.
