A Desperate Wish

Sitting down with Ralf he started drinking his drink and along with the alcohol he had already consumed and everyone but me having deserted him he told me “I want to get laid tonight, I want to get lucky, I don’t care who with.” That sounded a bit desperate to me and as he finished half of his drink we headed to the dance floor. Ralf danced up with the girl he was talking to and as my friend was already dancing with a guy that she knew I also danced up on the stage near Ralf’s lucky bait.

Poor Ralf though, he didn’t get the girl because she was just dancing with herself not with him. Jumping back into the cage I danced along side some other girls and guys and I once again noticed the girl with the glow tube, still twirling it around, no sweat on her body, still with a smile on her face and still with the same dance move.

For a little while we danced but knowing there was only 20 people on the dance floor and not even that we decided after half an hour of trying that it was time to head outside for some fresh air. On the way out I noticed a black girl behind some desk selling tickets or something and walking up to her I uttered “You know you look like Deni Hines.” She barely knew much English or even who Deni Hines was and that could have been a great opportunity for me to get her number as she was pretty friendly but I didn’t take that chance.

Singing in the Pub

Walking into the pub downstairs Ralf and I sat down on some seats at the back and just lounged around as Ralf scoped out the area looking for a girl to feast his eyes upon. That once again didn’t happen and as the love song for the movie ‘Ghost’ came on everyone was singing along to it.

There were couples dancing and as the high bits came on I serenaded the lady dancing with her man as she looked at me with a smile on her face and hugged her boyfriend tighter. Basically when the song was over we made our way to the front entrance and then on a walk. There was a moment when a guy was singing “Give it to me baby” from ‘Pretty Fly For A White Guy’ and I sang the “Ah ha, Ah ha” bit.

A Street Birthday Campaign

The funniest and most talkative part of the night was when we headed towards Town Hall to catch our bus. Walking the opposite way we came to the hotel that I took a picture of so long ago to add to a CD. At the front were two guys and a lady and as Ralf walked up to them he asked “I need you all to do me a favor, I need you to say happy birthday Ralf.”

Actually, he said that to most people that walked past and as one girl with Hawaiian flower things around her she donned him with them and as he asked her the same question she gave him a kiss for good luck. Ralf was happy about that one as he started giving people walking past high fives and I gave them low fives.

Cussing for a Taxi

Ditching their sorry appearance we made our way up the street we bumped into a couple trying to hail a taxi without much success. “You won’t hail a taxi doing that” Ralf told them, “You have to know their language” he boasted. With that he started cussing in Lebanese saying things like “Fangoulo” and “Homos” and although it didn’t attract the attention it sure made the couple laugh and one or two lebs across the street angry.

One of them was screaming abuse back at Ralf but he wasn’t much of anything and probably scared of Ralf. Just a little more up the street we bumped into two girls and a guy, all from either Scotland or England or both. They talked in a weird tongue than what I am used to hearing and there Ralf sat doing his impression of a Scottish and then of an Englishman.

Seeing him drunk and doing personalities made all of us crack up, it was funny shit to see. They were looking for Cheers and we told them we would help them find it so as they walked with us we showed them the way. Well, that is only for a couple of steps until Ralf stopped a couple more people telling them it was his birthday, no luck.

Night Bus Comedy

Making our way to the night ride bus stop we noticed two buses already there and making our way to the furthest one we were glad to find it was ours but not glad to find we couldn’t find a seat. I sat next to some old guy with glasses and Ralf sat in front of me next to a middle aged Chinese woman. By now the time was 4:00 a.m. and Ralf was pissed off his head and tired so he tried to sleep next to this lady.

In seconds his head dropped and he was asleep and I found it funny how when the bus would stop he would roll forward and into the lady sitting next to him without even knowing. Looking at the obvious distress in this lady’s face as he kept rolling over her way she thought he was going to be doing this for the whole trip. There were times that Ralf almost fell forward when the bus would take off and if he did he would have landed on his face, it would have been funny but terrible.

Therefor, I woke up Ralf from his light sleep every time he looked like he was going to fall over. I was laughing hysterically to myself when Ralf would bump into the lady in his sleep and almost fall over, so much that he used to wake up to my laughter. Eventually a spot was vacant for Ralf and then later on in the trip a spot was vacant for me right behind Ralf. Taking that seat I kept myself awake for the rest of the trip, didn’t go to sleep.

Breakfast and Old Heartbreak

Making our way to Campbelltown Station we jumped out and Ralf noticed an old friend of his that I ogled over. She was around the same age and she looked an attractive Marui. We walked her to the bus stop and she offered to give us a lift but we did prefer to walk.

On the way Ralf told me about his ex girlfriend that he went out with when he was 17 years old and how he cheated on her with another. Informing me that she was the only person he’s ever loved he hasn’t tried to be serious about anyone else despite her obviously not wanting to get back with him. Ralf told me how he couldn’t live with himself when he cheated on her and that’s why he broke up with her.

Making our way to Macdonald’s he continued his story as he bought me some breakfast to eat for myself and repaid me for the drink of beer that I had bought him so I could head to the Gym normally this week. From Macdonald’s we headed to Ralf’s house where I gave him Keith’s shoes and then putting mine on I headed home pretty tired and weary. Finally home I went straight to sleep after having something small to eat and that was it for me.

Wrapping Up Saturday

Well there you go, that was Saturday night for me and all I have to explain now is my Sunday night with Lyssa and that’s pretty much a wrap. I have so much thoughts to write about that I’ve left in point form here for the last couple of days because of this chronological setback but I favor that I will get some of them out tonight. The time is already 2:45 a.m. and I doubt that I’m going to get to sleep fairly early tonight but I could get to sleep now if I really wanted to, but I won’t.
