Gossip Comes Back Around
How word does travel and how shit starts to stir. Fodder for gossiping has been the red area surrounding the suspicion of Bielka and Kieran. Are they together, has he been living at her house, is she buying Ace’s car, have they been having sex for the last year and Bielka hasn’t been saying anything. Lyssa has disappointed me as she gave me a call tonight and told me that she had told Penelope about a week ago the gossip I told to her and asked her to keep it on the down-low.
Of all the people Lyssa could have told she decided to tell the information to Penelope and almost instantly Penelope (Like the hound for answers and gossip she is) phoned Bielka and asked her those invasive questions. Now Bielka knows the other side of the story to that of her own, if her story coincides with the rumors remains to be known but by Bielka’s reactions she doesn’t seem to agree on all the facets of gossip.
Blamed as the Source
Lyssa used my name as the person who was hearing the rumors when she told Penelope the news and I know that Penelope used my name, probably to drag me through the dirt. Now I feel like I’ve not only betrayed Keith when he told me not to say anything to anyone but I’ve betrayed Ace who didn’t even want Keith to say anything.
The reason I told Lyssa is that I thought I could trust her to say nothing but I guess hot gossip does travel. Silence erupted over the phone line as Lyssa shunned herself in disgrace to help Penelope disesteem my name. Obviously because only my name was used Bielka is going to look down on me as the shit spreader but I don’t think that Ace or Kieran were spreading shit about her.
Lyssa apologized for what she had done against my name but I couldn’t help but feel like Ali when he dogged me by telling Penelope the details of what I asked him to keep to himself. Penelope is the Queen of gossip, that’s why Ali and Lyssa like telling her shit because they know she will create shit and I bet that in a day or two I’ll have my name dragged around in the dirt and Keith along with Ace will look down on me for betraying their trust.
If these rumors that Ace created along with Kieran aren’t true then I’ll be copping some of the flak but if Bielka is lying and is still lying to Penelope and Lyssa to protect her name then Bielka is going to hate me for being the person to finally spread it to Lyssa and her friends. Like a Double Edged Sword is the reaction on either side, either my friends hate me or Bielka and her friends hate me, maybe even both.
Bielka and the Rumor Mill
Lyssa let me down by not realizing that using my name as the source would drag me down into the rumor and I will be seen as a spreader of lies whichever way you look at it. Lyssa was called by Penelope on the phone and that’s why she told me about the whole ordeal and how she told Penelope one week back. Bielka also gave Lyssa a call and they were both heading over to Lyssa’s house, probably to get as much out of her as they can.
From what I’ve heard, Bielka is going to confront Kieran tonight or tomorrow about all these rumors but if she is lying about her innocence then she might not do anything more than to tell him to shut up about their private life. Kieran is supposed to be living with Bielka but from what Lyssa has been told from Bielka they aren’t living together and she’s been living with her mum for the last couple of days because she’s working for her family.
Lyssa didn’t even bother to ask if Kieran or Bielka were taking out a loan to buy Ace’s car so I told her to keep her mouth closed about anything involving what I’ve told her that she hasn’t already said. I informed Lyssa not to speak my name when the both of them came over because that would just scrape my name through the dirt once again, deeper.
Lyssa thought I didn’t like Bielka anyway but she hasn’t really done anything to me except for be friends with Kieran. Bielka is pretty good looking but she also has a nice attitude and that’s why I no longer have a problem with her like I used to when I was with Lyssa back in the day.
Two Sides of the Story
Lyssa was very apologetic about the ordeal and was lost for words of expression when she knew she hadn’t done the best of favors for my respect from others. Lyssa and I were just as bad as Ali and Penelope for what we had done, spread rumors that weren’t supposed to be said and like our rumor that split Lyssa and I up from conversation for weeks there are two sides to the story and it will be argued for a while as to who is telling the truth.
Here on one side is Bielka saying she hasn’t slept with Kieran ever but I find it hard to believe that for the past year or more Bielka hasn’t gotten onto anyone, she doesn’t talk about guys from Nightclubs and she’s been living with Kieran for a while back. Then there is Ace’s story so known to me where it seems the curiosity of wondering whether or not Bielka has been hiding her life with Kieran from Lyssa and her friends has finally be found to be true.
Ace’s story of how Bielka is very horny and how she’s been having sex with Kieran for a while now is more appealing to my senses of truth. I’m just wondering what Bielka is so ashamed of for her not to want to tell her friends.
