Star Wars Disappoints

The movie ‘Star Wars’ wasn’t really what I had expected and it lacked a certain aspect in the mime of storytelling. To my liking, there wasn’t enough action sequences or special effects that dazzled me and the only scene I adored was when the droids were being placed on the ground for the final battle against the fish people. The characters lacked depth and there was just too much of a gap in the story which made you know without a doubt that there had to be a second movie on the way.

Darth More died too quickly and there wasn’t enough cameo appearances by him either. The actual first fight didn’t have any real significance as he was only stopping the pack of them from jumping onto the spaceship. It seemed all rushed and at the same time it seemed like there wasn’t enough pace to the movie which was brought to my attention by the lagging of passion in the acting. There were so much big names in the actual movie that none of them got to see more than a couple of scenes play time and I was disappointed how Samuel L Jackson didn’t get much of a spot.

At the ending stages of the movie, I didn’t appreciate the acting by the young Darth Vader when he was naively shooting around in the spaceship which eventually caused it to blow up. Somehow that just doesn’t work for me and I won’t even bother rating the movie because I will be determined to confused myself by the quality of the movie and the hype it has received.

Bumping Into Phoenix

Stepping out of the movie just before midnight we stood around for a little while as Keith was trying to call someone on his mobile phone. In that time of my looking around at the crowd of women I noticed Sonya and Phoenix heading to the counter and as I noticed them they both noticed me. I thought this would be the end of it as I turned around and virtually snobbed my seeing them but I was surprised of how Phoenix just jumped her way into our little group and said her hellos.

I had a feeling she had done that because she had a desired effect to what I was wearing and I might be wrong but I could tell by her trying hard not to look at me but sneaking some in. You could see the strain on her face to look at me from the corner of my eye, somehow I looked decent to her. However, it seems I was in one of those obnoxious moods but only to Phoenix as I made her feel left out by starting to chat with Sonya.

Phoenix never ended up talking to me through the night and I was especially pleased as to how Keith shuffled us off when his telephone conversation was finished. It was as if he didn’t care to speak with Phoenix as much as I cared to see her harrowing face of gluttonous frenzies for makeup. With our departure we headed to the car and out to pick Shawn up.

Nowhere Left Open

Once Shawn had been picked up we didn’t really have a clue as to what to do for the night. The plan by Keith’s mouth had been to head for Chevy’s but I knew I didn’t to head there twice in one week despite it receiving a little bit of a wrap from me. Besides, we cruised past Chevy’s and found it to be closed on Sunday. This amazed me to the point of disbelief as I didn’t understand how Chevy’s could be closed for business on a long weekend.

Keith argued that it was out of respect to the Queen for her birthday but that just sounds stupid. Driving around some more in our night we knew that Molly’s had closed at 10:00 p.m. so there was no hope there. We even headed out to Two Moon Junction which seemed the last resort to a nightclub in Campbelltown but we were surprised as to its being closed. The Catholic Club had shut down in the time we were driving around so we really had no place to go apart from sneaking into a movie.

Shawn seemed keen to do just that as he had heard about our meeting up with Phoenix and knowingly admitting he just wanted to fuck her about a week ago, I figure he was on the ball. Nevertheless, we headed to our absolute last resort, Ettamogah Pub. Praised that we did find it to be open, we made our way into the premises but soon learnt that it was only open due to a private function being run.

Ettamogah Pub

Looking on the dancefloor I could see around twenty people who obviously knew each other and despite our being welcome to the club I didn’t want to step onto the floor as I would overstay my welcome. Therefore, we sat down on the chairs as all of them watched cricket. Within a little time we headed to where my eyes were most attracted, to the snooker tables where two girls in tight stretch pants were playing.

Peeping around the corner I found the four tables to be taken so Ralf just played one of the real old ‘Dr Who’ pinball games before he lost and we were back to watching television. Ralf was going to head onto the dancefloor urged on by Keith and he looked like a dumb sheep standing around just from the dancefloor. Looking back at us with those big blurry anticipating eyes, like an ox that never blinks. However, even Ralf wasn’t stupid enough to set foot on a floor with foreign people from a gathering and dance by himself. Therefore, with that possible embarrassment out of our reach I decided to call the night off and head out the doors in which we arrived.

Leaving behind us the only possible good night, we headed to the cars knowing that there would be no other place open and therefore, no fun. Oh I forgot to mention that Ralf won a heap of money on the small pokes room in Ettamogah Pub. Staring off with three dollars he ended up winning over fifty dollars at the end of the night, a bit of a bonus. However, the other guy in the gaming room was up by a tremendous $300 and he only started with a couple of dollars.

I was tempted to join in on the action of winning money but that temptation was soon quashed. Trying to find something to do in the freezing night and with the air conditioning on we couldn’t think up anything. Driving around aimlessly we headed to the Road Pantry where Keith and Ralf bought something to eat. As there was nothing happening we decided to head home, Ralf dropped me off, the time was 1:30 a.m.

A Night At Lyssa’s

Now again, I have no time to recapitulate my Monday night or even the events of today at work but I will note that my night at Lyssa’s house wasn’t less or more than I had expected. I headed to Lyssa’s house with an open mind thinking that we probably wouldn’t get as wild as having sex but we won’t go as low as screaming at each other in which Lyssa would make my stay a living hell.

Nope, we went only as far as hugging through the night and at one stage I was sleeping in the lounge room despite Lyssa asking me to sleep in one of the spare beds when she really meant to sleep in her bed. Therefore, I made the trek to Lyssa’s room and asked if I could crash there and there was no hesitation as she cleared a way for me.

Nothing surpassed my expectations or diminished them as we built up the will to touch each other over half an hour’s length with my warming Lyssa’s feet up. From there Lyssa inched herself backwards into me as her ass was touching my sensitive area which she wouldn’t have felt. Before getting to sleep I ended up giving my arm to Lyssa in which she slept on it and through the night I hugged her around the waist.

When we both woke up in the morning we kept ourselves in bed, probably hoping that something sexual would happen. However, we didn’t get any further than Lyssa hugging me, my hugging Lyssa tightly and then my caressing the outside of her shirt, drawing a soft line down her breast and around it to keep her sensually aware and quiet. Nevertheless, we had to get to work as I had a shower and then Lyssa got herself ready.

Nothing more than what I had just mentioned happened in our night and I got to sleep next to Lyssa again and feel in someone company again. To tell you the truth, sleeping next to Lyssa is better than having sex with her because there are so many things that can go wrong with sex. For instance, Lyssa could ruin it for me because of my simple expectations that she can’t meet and in the end, her anxiety causes her not to do anything special for me.

Therefore, her sitting back and taking it all without giving (Her common trait) would piss me off subconsciously for the rest of the day and we didn’t’ want that. Anyway, I can’t go on with explanation as I have done plenty already and as the time is 11:22 p.m. I must be off to my duty of sleeping for work tomorrow. I still have to write of my visit to the Gym today but I shall leave that until a more prepared night, tomorrow night…
