Round the Block Songs

Shawn and I were making jokes all the way home about how Simon dogged us. Phrases like “What are we doing, driving around the block or something” and singing songs like ‘Back Streets Back’ but changing the lyrics like so “Round the block streets back all right”. Shawn and I came up with some hilarious lyrics for some original songs and one that Shawn came up with was instead of Elvis Presley’s “We’re gonna rock around the clock tonight” it was “We’re gonna drive around the block tonight, we’re gonna turn left, left, left, left alright, we’re gonna drive, drive around the block tonight”.

Simon was a dog for driving around the block and leaving us stranded so we thought to make fun of him and it pissed him off. Dropping Shawn off first Simon thought I would finally keep my mouth shut now that I was all alone but I kept going harder to teach Simon a lesson, never to be a dog. Simon started getting touchy and as he said “Why don’t you lick me” I replied “Why don’t you get out of the car and I’ll do more than that”.

Simon basically kept his mouth shut after that but oh yeah, I forgot to mention. While Simon drove around the block he dumped the two loads of firewood we had stolen so we could burn them next weekend if we headed to Kentlyn. Now that has been fucked up due to Simon’s tenacity but even though he threw my shit out of his car which he was trying to protect (Not all for one but Simon for himself) I still had the plastic soccer ball I stole.

The Forgotten Hat

Simon dropped me off home and walked to my house with me because he left his hat inside my room the night before. You see, little details like this I don’t pick up on. I remember seeing a hat under my chair before leaving but it didn’t click to me until I actually had seen it there while Simon was picking it up and only then I realized that all that time in the back of my mind I knew that hat had been there.

Simon took his hat and closing the door behind him on his way out, not even shaking my hand or saying anything he made his way to the car like a dog. Keith agreed with what he did last night but as we were saying in the car, if we had stolen oil for Keith or Simon then the whole mood in the car would have been different.

Even though they drove around the block as soon as we jumped in the car the both of them would be trying to claim the oil for themselves and no longer would the fact that Simon could have gotten his license plate written down a factor. Simon didn’t get shit for the night and I think that’s the reason he was getting greedy with impatience.

Lyssa Changes the Plan

Thursday I was awoken by a call at 12:00 p.m. by Lyssa from work who was on her lunch break. Lyssa and I chatted and because I was a bit sleepy I can’t remember all details of the conversation but I do remember Lyssa telling me that she was no longer going to her modeling shoot on Saturday because it was going to cost her too much money, $350. The day before Lyssa actually once again told me that she was going to sleep over for my house and as we continually talked Lyssa told me that she still wanted to sleep over my house for Friday night if that was alright with me.

To hear Lyssa so content to sleep over my house gratified my heart and I opened up contently. Lyssa was going to finish work, head home and then get a lift to my house where we would rent a movie to watch and get some sleep for the night. Saturday Lyssa still wanted to spend the day in the City but this time she wanted to buy clothes with the money she wasn’t spending.

Laps Instead of Diets

Informing Lyssa once again that she has the most glorified body and sexiest curves that I have seen she started placing herself in denial telling me that she was getting fatter these past two weeks. Lyssa wanted to go on a strict diet as she has been saying for so long but I butted in to invite her to the pools with me on Monday so we could do some laps together.

It would be good for me to get some swimming done and hearing Lyssa speak of her body as such I knew I had to come up with something that was fun for the two of us and would burn off calories for the both of us. So while we are in the City Lyssa is going to buy herself a swimsuit so she could wear to Bradbury pools for the both of us to do some laps together.

So far we’ve come up with Monday’s and we’ll probably also head there on Tuesday’s after College. Two days a week of swimming would be perfect to tone our muscles and prepare us for the beach, a beach that Lyssa and I might go to together some time next month.

Wanting Her Help With Work

Lyssa told me she had to get the lunches ready and allowing me an hours worth of sleep she called me back at 1:15 p.m. Lyssa and I once again continued our last conversation talking about losing weight and our Friday and Saturday together. I was going to ask Lyssa if she would like to sleep over on Sunday night and help me look for work on Monday but I thought not to because it would be a bit too much too soon.

I really want Lyssa to help me look for a job because I know if she sleeps over my house I will have enough enthusiasm and drive to get to interviews and look for jobs. What I once done for Lyssa back at the start of this year I ask Lyssa now to do for me, help me as I have no confidence in much these days.

Who Gave Whom Confidence

I’m not sure if I’ve noted this in a past entry or not but here I will note it now. Since Lyssa and I met and we’ve been with each other and seen the changes happening to each other I’ve came to one conclusion. Lyssa used to be without confidence, shy and timid and because of my ways I have brought her out to be more open towards people and as a result she is the liked person she is today.

On the other hand, I used to be the one in the relationship with all the confidence in the world and how much confidence did I have back in the day when Lyssa and I got together. I pursued Lyssa and I reeled her in with my confidence. As time went by Lyssa also helped with her sincerity and loving nature to develop the ‘One At Peace With Nature’ kind of guy I have turned out to be.

Lyssa has somewhat settled down my attitude to a kept life and now that I am more down to earth and have settled down my attitude to a degree I find it hard to once again find my confidence. Also, I lack in so much areas for the fact that I hadn’t practiced those areas of me for so long while I was with Lyssa. To say the least, I am a bit rusty in my confidence, my attitude and my respect towards myself. So I brought Lyssa out and Lyssa brought me more down to earth, fancy that.
