Ten Sonnets Waiting

In the works I have at least enough poetical ten syllable liners to create and inspire ten inclusive Sonnets. There is still that Elebrium Sonnet of mine I have to create regarding my regards to Shakespeare that should come soon enough. On top of that I have four Sonnets regarding composition for the lost years. There are four ideas written with some poetical lines attached but so far, no committed time to these. Apart from these five already in the works poems I have like noted prior in this paragraph, enough one liners to create at least five more.

That, when these Sonnets are created I shall always with my newest philosophy write ‘I have in the name of art, another’ which in itself is ten syllables. Just to think how far I have come poetically, where I used to have trouble speaking freely in Sonnet form thinking it was too boxed a form of expression I know have ease with. Sonnets are no longer tricky to me and are my best way to express my true poetical form…

Another Late Start

Anyway, you would never guess what time it was and how long I’ve been trying to put this off but now, I have to write about my day. There really hasn’t been much happening in this day as I woke up at 4:00 p.m. again.

Yes it is a bit late for my usual but considering the time has now crept up to 7:18 a.m. and I was hopeful of getting to sleep early tonight, there’s no way I can help it. Besides that, Shawn and Tatton came over tonight for at least two hours and ruined my perceptual planning of my Sonnet. Luckily that mental flair was still within me when they left and for luck’s sake I did not drop an inspiring line.

Rain Before the Gym

Now, upon getting up I readied myself for an hour and a half to get to the Gym by eating, showering and watching television. When 5:30 p.m. had arrived I made my way to the front door and noticing it was pouring fairly heavy I decided to sit under cover for a little while. When I noticed that the rain didn’t appear to be slowing I warmed up and then made my jog to the Gym. While there I got part of my mental energy back and on top of that I bumped into a fair few people down there.

The Gym has become more than a second home now, it’s become a place of second friendship. While there I bumped into Dominic and his friends, I’d talked to the guy that knows Kuper and Jett and Maddox were having their workout but stopped to have a chat with me. There were other people there where there was at least one more person that I chatted to but I can’t remember at this moment in time and will probably never care to remember anyway. Off the subject now of friendship at the Gym and let’s talk of the Gym routine.

Back Day

Back: Starting with the exercise bike for two minutes I jumped onto Neutral Grip Lat Pull downs for a warm-up. Once that warming up was complete I placed 160 pounds onto the bar to complete 10 reps. Once done I dropped the weight to around 120 pounds and exhausted that body part for a short while. Moving to Close Grip Lat Pull downs with 160 pounds I performed another 10 reps. Thirdly, I placed myself on the Reverse Grip Lat Pull down Machine and with 160 pounds I pulled down 10 reps. Strolling over to the Machine Lat Pushdowns with 220 pounds I controlled a set of 15 reps.

Lastly for widening exercises I performed one more set of Neutral Grip Lat Pull downs with 140 pounds for 10 reps. Seated Cable Rows was next and after some warming up I cranked it up to 150 pounds to perform 10 reps. Making my way to a new exercise with cables I performed One Arm Cable Rows and with 80 pounds per arm pulled out 10 reps per side. My last two sets were with One Arm Dumbbell Rows where my first set was full of sweat with 80 pounds for 12 reps. The second decreased the poundage to 70 pounds and with that I created 12 more reps.

Arms and Abs

Triceps: Starting with Triceps Pushdowns and 80 pounds I created 12 reps for myself. Moving now to Lying Cable Triceps Extensions and 65 pounds I created 12 reps. Moving now to Overhead Dumbbell Extensions I managed around 7 reps with 70 pounds. My last set was an unbelievably high 55 pounds for each dumbbell where I performed 6 reps of Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Quickly I moved to Shoulder Shrugs with two 40 pounders for 10 reps.

Abdominals: Finally, I managed to complete a proper workout for this body part after a fair bit of struggle since my short break. Starting with 40 pounds on Machine Ab Crunches and completing 30 reps it was as easy as cutting butter. Next I moved to Low Ab Crunches and for 30 reps mostly performed side crunches for my obliques. Lastly I jumped back onto the Machine Ab Crunches and with 40 pounds created 30 more reps. My weight coming off the scales was 83.5 Kg, pretty good.

Phone Calls With Lyssa

Now, upon coming home I had something to eat, started watching television and then near 7:30 p.m. I gave Lyssa a call. Lyssa wasn’t really that busy at all as we talked for a little while but I informed her that I would ring her back later anyway as I still had to eat and I wanted to watch a cop program on television. Lyssa was also watching television so she had no problem with my request.

When the time came to be 8:30 p.m. I gave Lyssa a call back, this time she was in the middle of the dishes. Lyssa didn’t really have much structured conversation to speak of in this time and after ten minutes she asked if she could call me back because her neck was getting sore from holding the phone up. That sounded like no problem to me at all so we said goodbye.

Milton and the Surprise

For the time that Lyssa didn’t call me I started to play the computer but Lyssa gave me a call back in a couple of minutes. Now in this time we did adhere good conversation to our time which was rather a repeat of what we already knew. Lyssa informed me that Kieran heard from Milton what he was trying to do for Lyssa and Kieran got angry at Milton. “You know that Lyssa doesn’t like you that way, why are you pursuing this” Kieran asked.

Milton just got upset with Kieran because of his comment and doesn’t want to speak to him but Lyssa is hoping that Kieran got the word through. Lyssa’s problem is that she’s not going to inform Milton that she doesn’t want to head out to this surprise Valentine’s Day thing. Rather, Lyssa is postponing it and doing the wrong thing in pursuing the wonderment in knowing what the surprise is. Lyssa should just straight out tell Milton that she doesn’t want to be involved in any of his practical uses of his lustful time but Lyssa is too timid to do such a thing.

Typical, Lyssa is too afraid to tell someone that she doesn’t want to make them happy by going along with their needs but when it came to me and my oral stimulation (Or any sexual favor for that matter) my calls went unnoticed. Well, on her defense I never really brought that subject out but rather, Lyssa (The one who likes being timid about things) decided to reveal what was in the closet and to finally inform me of her witchery in not liking the fact of giving me oral stimulation.

Poetry Under Interruption

Our last conversation of the night being that which we are talking about didn’t last that long because Lyssa wanted to get an early night’s sleep. So, we chatted for about five minutes and then it was time to say goodnight and get back to my computer and the game I was playing. I can really start to feel the mental juices flowing now. They are becoming stronger by the hour and I felt them emerging at least two nights ago or maybe even as boldly as Saturday. Alas, I had not enough time on my hands to test my plight so here with my better judgment I must judge.

For the next hour or two I used my computer and watched television and around 11:00 p.m. I started on my poetry. Around that time Ralf along with Shawn and Tatton in a separate car came to the front of my house asking if I wanted to head to Subway. Knowing that I had more important and dominating factors waiting for me on my computer screen I thought to give it a rain check and came back to work here. Despite that, fifteen minutes later there was a knock on my door, who could it be…

Shawn and Tatton it seems were stuck for something to do and guessing that my absence sent the night astray they felt that something had to happen and that something was to bother my intellectual process. Thus, I had to stop mid thought and I gathered that knowing I was on the computer devising poetry they would leave preeminently but I was wrong. It seems they were as stuck to free their boredom as I was stuck to free my boredom of words and caliginous writing. I should say that they were the two hour break I needed but I would be under false verity to say a statement like that.

Rather, they prolonged the inevitable and it was inevitable that they would prolonged such certainty. For the two hours they were at my house we watched clips of ‘Mad’ TV and played ‘Black Bitch’ for the rest of the night. This was my way of honing my mental edge in a way that I did not have to communicate as much and thus, I could prolong the thoughts of poetry within my head. This in turn did work and when Shawn and Tatton finally decided to leave I was still mentally capable to produce virtuous poetical results.

A Seafarer Sleeps on the Floor

Now, I must in the name of lethargy my bed attend and yet, is this carpeted floor where I sit not the place of my bearing. For is this mermaid’s wrapped seabed of lesser sleep not the equal of a hardened floor. Does the aged ground hold more sacred a slumber than that which causes shut-eye to splash about upon it’s watered carcass.

Marry, this seafarer has much too salted a sleep endured and he does find grace and comfort in this rocky ridge. Thus shall treat I this floor such exalted sleep and this debased sleep has no base but this water. I would too kindly sleep on this floor and omit for his pleasure and mine this lofted water. That I care not to swim in my sleep on these billows, as a mermaid I’th been yet shall now grounded stay hither…
