Tony walks to the Pavilion with Najla for Fitzroy’s farewell and spends the night talking mostly with her. He changes into his new polo neck, gets teased by Delphi and Fitzroy, and then calls Keith from a Central payphone.
Fitzroy’s Last Day At Work (Part 2)
Tony packs his new sweater for a farewell night, works through Fitzroy’s last day and laughs at his caricatures. Keith rings the office about a night at The Cave, and Tony reflects that clothes cannot change who he is.
Chrome Cologne And An Oxford Street Haul (Part 3)
Back at his desk Tony hands out samples of his new cologne while Fitzroy draws a confident new caricature of him. After work he finishes shopping on Oxford Street, buys a polo neck sweater and treats himself to sushi.
Chatting Up The Photocopier Girl
Tony makes up excuses to visit the kitchen photocopier and chat with a girl he fancies, then learns that Najla wants company at the farewell party. He also hears the office is moving to North Sydney and ends up wedged in a laughing train carriage.
Back In The Gym And A Phone Blunder
Tony works out hard at the gym and records every set, missing his broken chain. At work a phone call to a barrister goes badly, he buys pinstripe pants at lunch and walks to the station with Najla again.
Showing Najla The Ropes (Part 3)
Tony meets Najla, the new administration girl, and helps her settle in beside Thalia and Fitzroy. He walks her to Wynyard, spots Nayeli from Airds High on the bus home and plans a return to the gym.
