A Day That Fell Short
The potential of what today could have been has not been met. Despite Shawn and Pari coming over for my day, I didn’t see much sun and I consider these last few hours to have been less than beneficial. In a nutshell, I have explained the most of my day except for the part that we played the Playstation. It seems nowadays that Playstation nights and the occasional visit out to ‘Subway’ is all we seem to do. These days are so blasé that they ache my possibilities of a better night as much as my tooth aches now.
Speaking of my tooth, each day the hole gets bigger and with each consecutive day, I can feel more tingeing pain. Today my tooth ache impaired me with a slight headache and up to now it has been fairly tolerant. The reason for this headache is because I always chew on one side now avoiding the aches and pains and because of this, my jaw is starting to counteract those actions by giving me these twinges, what a rort.
Helen Hunt Wife Material
Just having finished watching ‘The Footy Show’ and then ‘Mad About You’ between commercials I found a truth that I have always thought for eons. Helen Hunt who is in that show and plays the wife to my liking is the perfect specimen of wife material that I can muster. She has an intelligence about her, she has a great body, looks resplendent in dresses, perfect facial features, blonde hair and impeccably perfect sized breasts.
There are two types of woman in my books, women who I look at and say “God she’s so beautiful that she can be a model” where sex is more dominant in thought and then there’s the thoughts that run through my mind like “She’s beautiful, I would love to marry someone like her”.
For example, Jenny McCarthy is gorgeous, she has the perfect everything but for me, she’s too showy and that in a marriage wouldn’t appeal to me. On the other hand, Helen Hunt is the type of woman that would put the effort into a marriage instead of leaving it be all one sided in intellectual decision. Maybe you don’t understand where I’m coming from but if I had my choice between marrying either Jenny McCarthy or Helen Hunt, I would chose the latter as it will most probably last past the novelty of continual sex.
The Phone Still Misbehaving
Before I begin on the insignificant chronology let me just note that the telephone problem is still live and kicking. However, it has seemed to calm down in the past couple of hours but earlier on today I could hear my neighbor from two houses up in his conversation, cross wires. Speaking of the phone, yesterday while I was having a shower I tried to make myself remember Jewell’s phone number but despite my having called on numerous occasions I couldn’t recall.
This made me start to ask myself “How long will it be before I forget Lyssa’s phone number” but that question won’t matter as time passes. Lyssa and I haven’t talked for more than two weeks now and I feel that she is testing me where she is too stubborn and proud to call me and I’m just enjoying the boon of having this time truly to myself. As you would probably realize, I’m not talking about Lyssa as much in these diary pages anymore, rather I am moving on from that emotional bond and being one with myself.
To be fair, I rarely speak of Jewell in my diary anymore, save for those lonely nights of thought and that chance meeting in Campbelltown. On that day I felt as if something had to be said between us to couple us again but I knew that it had to come from Jewell and not from me and therefore, I kept a tight lip to my heart’s content. In my mind the quietude of these words kept repeating “I will say not what I wish, for what I wish has no thought in such fallow matter of yon mind”.
Playstation With Pari
Boy, these entries are beginning to lag in description and depth. I’ve gone from writing 300 plus pages a month to around half that number and all because I have lost the zest for life and all my property value. Regardless of my inconsistent life, let me now speak of it in a chronological tongue. Last night I got myself to sleep around 3:00 a.m. and I didn’t wake up today until the beffudling time of midday. Knowing that Pari would be at the Gym and I had the Playstation set up for the both of us to enjoy I quickly dressed myself and with my crusted eyes from soot I walked towards the Gym.
Luckily Pari was still there as he had arrived late so I chatted to him for a minute informed him that I had the Playstation, invited him over and then headed back home. Pari had to finish up on his sets which dind’t bother me as I went home, had something to eat and a quick shower before he arrived. When jumping out Pari was already in my room as my dad urged him in to wait for me. After acquainting ourselves we turned on the Playstation and began on our little adventures for the day.
Soccer was the first game that Pari and I played. Where we started with practicing and then we played a game against each other in which he won. Don’t get me wrong, I slowed down my pace and skill so that we could be equal in competition but when I did try and bounce back late in the second half there wasn’t enough push behind me for a victory.
When we started to play Basketball I received a call from Shawn in which I could hardly hear him over the faulty line. In our conversation he asked if he could come over and of course, play the Playstation, which was alright with me. Shawn just can’t go without his Playstation and the thought of being more than a night without it harms him.
On any other night, if I didn’t borrow the Playstation he wouldn’t have called me to come over but I knew he wanted to head over so he could end up with the Playstation at the end of the night, it didn’t bother me. After all, it is his prized possession but I’m glad he took it off me because me with a Playstation spells nights away from this computer and a lack of sleep and I don’t want that at all.
Shawn Breaks Controllers
When Shawn arrived I had him and Pari go up against each other but after that game (As I figured) Pari had to head home. Seeing him to the door Shawn and I kept playing Basketball, Gridiron and a frustrating Soccer where he broke both controllers on the ground and I just got extremely frustrated. You see, there’s the Ameutuer level where it’s piss easy to score and then there’s the next step up which is proffessional and is extremely hard to win against. I as Shawn agreed, felt that there was too great a gap in skill between the Ameature and Profesional level, ridiculous.
Shawn stayed over my house until 10:00 p.m. in which he watched most of ‘The Footy Show’ and then headed home. At one stage, it sounded like he wanted to head to Macarthur Square for Thursday night shopping but of course, Keith would have been busy doing something else. Shawn rode over on his aging racer and also rode home on it, an expedient mode of transport. Since those hours I have had myself a shower, something to eat and now I am typing upon these pages.
Work for the Dole Looms
Tomorrow I have to head to my ‘Work For The Dole’ interview in which I don’t know what to expect. Nevertheless, I am starting to get tired now and will get to sleep shortly granting me a convenient waking up period. Tomorrow the interview is at 10:00 a.m. and with any luck I will wake up before 9:00 a.m. to make it there on time, no big fuss. If there is something I don’t want out of this ordeal, I don’t want to lose my payment before I have found myself some work so let those pricks not fuck me up…
