Bigger Plans For Gym Days

I’ve got to start incorporating more body-parts into my workouts and I figure two sets extra in both Chest and Back days should be enough. For example, just after Biceps are complete I can work on my forearms and just after my Triceps I can work on my shoulders. As far as my back workouts go I should substitute one or two sets towards my trapezius doing upright rows or more universally the shoulder shrugs.

For my Chest I want to incorporate more lower Chest work, things like Dips and a show back into Decline Dumbbell Press. As well as some Close Grip Bench Press work for my Chest I would also like to incorporate some oblique workouts within my abdominals session. It would be great if I could create another day in the hectic week for all these extras but I don’t feel like spending that extra money so I’m stuck with increasing my workout time with exercises and variation.

A Quiet Chat With Lyssa

Now when Lyssa and I got to have a chat around 9:30 p.m. tonight we talked of the events for my birthday coming up and what Lyssa had done for the day. The both of us were in a sarcastic mood making all little noises to each other as if we were both in our own little pleasurable worlds. I gather Lyssa was just happy of her full day and I was happy that Lyssa had given me a call for the night.

On that note, Lyssa and I didn’t speak for that long tonight or of depth but the time we did embrace was enough to call this a worthy day of remembrance although there is nothing to remember it by but these lacking words of insight. I’m partly glad that all these erstwhile days of the new year have been rather silent. For that reason I can partly tone my Diary entries down but still an abundance of literature has already been forged here.

Midnight Worries About Time

The time does creep up on me so, if ever so late, even I do think it fast has become of me. When the time is but close to the witching hour where the owls do hoot I think nothing to the advancement of time, nonetheless to my liking, there is plenty. When time slowly creeps to when I started here to write time does begin to worry me. Until now, where the time is almost upon the stroke of five I ask myself, “Where did that time go.”

Time doth act as if every minute of its stature does keel over and wither away to death. And we bury this time within itself, within the past, we do push time away. And if I could prevent timely death I would stop time’s devious deed. But then, I in its homage would never care to cease. So these minutes and hours that kill’s time before me I do ask where they have all been buried. This timely time I cannot resurrect, but timely bring it back in retrospect.

Where did these hours go, if only I knew. From midnight seemed harmless but now the hour is sprung.

Another Sonnet Brewing

I think I’ve just come up with another poem that could explain the lost years. I’ve been looking for a distinct Sonnet that speaks of a nature’s element throughout but the last two lines places the two in comparison. If now only I can conjure those two lines I should be set for the rest of the Sonnet but for now, sleep beckons me.

Thursday 4:39 p.m.

Tomorrow should be a big day from what I am aware of. Not only do I have to head to Campbelltown in the morning to hand in my form and return my books at the library but now I feel as if a typing speed test at Skillshare will be necessary. On top of that I have to come back and head for the Gym and from there I will be meeting with Lyssa to have my dinner and feed my muscles.

Plans For The Big Night

Today Lyssa called me from work and I asked if she would like to sleep over my house for tomorrow night, she liked that idea. So that will be most of the events in my full day and for Lyssa sleeping over I won’t be able to write such a full night until the next night where I hope to head out for my birthday. Right now I should start making up some plans to probably head to ‘Waves’ or ‘Colors’ nightclub, whichever suits me at the time.

I’ll give Keith a call but I don’t want to hear his ‘Noah’ bullshit or hear nothing at all from him.

Before I head off, the real reason that I’ve started an entry so early is for the reason that I have written a couple more lines of poetry regarding ‘The Praiseworthy Rock’ poetry from a night or two ago. I could fit them together to form a Sonnet short of a couplet but I’d rather leave them spaced as is much more significant.

These thoughts I would also point out came to me while I was in the shower. Tonight I will work upon the lost years poem where I do have many couplets already formed but to choose the right one is a daunting task as I’m trying to figure the whole meaning. One more thing I forgot to mention about my conversation last night with Lyssa.

Six Dollar Phone Bill

“How much money do you think my phone bill turned out to be” Lyssa asked. Knowing that Penelope’s mum had made those calls to America and Lebanon I took a ballpark guess also knowing they probably didn’t turn up. “Six dollars” Lyssa blurted, what a surprise, that was the whole bill for three months. The bill is definitely not including many things and Lyssa thankfully is getting away with plenty.

Now here is those four lines of poetry…

Gold On Her Fingers

If all my gold on your graceful fingers,

A happy beggar ‘twould makest of me,

And all my love endowed in these glitters,

Shall enrich our fervor, that I foresee,
