Stages of My Gym Life
Friday 6:42 p.m.
From the dawning of my days once again in the Gym which started in the middle of this year you must admit I have been going through stages to get to where I am now. At first I had to psych myself up to head to the Gym and once there I thought as if I shouldn’t be there. That quickly passed after a week or two when I started gaining my confidence with the weights and soon I was one of them.
Now I started with just once a week and that progressed to twice a week and in all this time I haven’t worked my lower body. A little later on I bid myself to start three times a fortnight working out the main body parts ever workout. That phase didn’t last as long as the one I am in now where I moved up to three days a week and since that change I’ve started paying more attention to my body, my eating habits, my highest weight and have delved into supplements. It is there days now that I look on supplement as a source of gaining weight not just as an addition to hype.
A Bulking Plan Takes Shape
Back in the days I rarely bought supplements and when I did I didn’t understand how to use them properly as I didn’t have much of a concept on the human body. Now I have started with buying Creatine and knowing its effects to a degree where I understand. Monday starts for me a new psychological routine where it will last until the end of this year which will be exactly ten days. In these ten days I will have a number of missions and objectives but my main objective is to put on at least one extra kilo.
The way I will achieve this is by setting myself up a caloric routine where I will drink plenty of milk, eat various base foods with the least fat and all in all about 4000 calories or over a day will be consumed. The schematics of this caloric diet have not been worked out but the foods have. As far as money goes I’m spending $25 on food for these ten days and a further $25 on supplements.
Ten Days to the New Year
On December 28th I’m going to measure myself again as I have been for the past month and gained a little bit. I’m going to test my body with this food and caloric diet to see if it will reap any rewards, adding the fact that I will be taking supplements four to six times a day.
Now I know that I will be spending one or two nights over at Lyssa’s house while her mum is up at Adelaide but I will plan around that still eating as much healthy food as I can, taking some food on occasion and working out my diet while there. These last ten days of the year will be remembered for some time as I will try to make them the best and most energetic.
I’ll try and get myself to the beach, I’ll try and go out on runs or head out to Campbelltown at times. Then again, I might just stay home and fuel my body as needed. These ten days starting from Monday, well it’s really eleven days but we can cut it short save for the last day of total celebration. These last days of the year I shall call with significance ‘The Ten Caloric Commandments’ for all the obvious reasons.
A Memory of Waking Up Young
Yep, everything is coming for circle this year thought wise. Two years ago this Diary did celebrate the new year and one year ago it done the same but this year I will celebrate also with my mind in words. I remember the first day that I started remembering where we lived in Tempe and waking up one day everything seemed new to me, the earth seemed new to me and it was as if I had woken up for the first time.
Strangely I knew where I was walking, I knew who my parents were, names, places, how to eat, I knew it all. That day I was around five or so years old and it feels now like I had come out of a coma that was given to me since birth.
A Lift Into Campbelltown
Today I was supposed to wake up early and after falling asleep at 5:00 a.m. I set my alarm for midday. When that timer actually rang I didn’t bother waking myself up and kept myself asleep as I was still tired. One and a half hours later I finally picked myself up out of bed and having something quick to eat again I jumped into the shower. Coming back down I let my hair dry naturally as I’ve thrown away the hair dryer that used to heat my room and second as a heater for my back.
That’s been gone for a couple of weeks now because it got clogged up inside of it and as I turned it on the rotor would slow and burn up. Eventually it just conked out or burnt itself out and now it’s in the trash. Well, I had to let my hair dry naturally and as that was happening mum came in tellin me that they were heading to Campbelltown if I wanted a lift. Taking that opportunity I dressed myself lightly and as the car exited the house I jumped in.
The back seat was glorious as we traveled down the highway no faster than 80 Km/h, slow car. The road was generous in its abundance but as we made our way to Campbelltown I thanked the both of them and started on my venture. This is the second time in two days that I’ve been out of the house in the day time and once again I admired the pick of lady’s with their elegant curves and ravishing looks that only one from heaven could dare show me on such a day.
Watching the Crowd
There was one girl in particular that I had seen looking Indian and as she walked past me and then in front of me her face was softly silken and I admired how skinny she was. Her stomach was tiny as she was also relatively shorter than me yet graceful. My hand would have had no problem being placed around her ribs on the side of her stomach and I could probably touch thumbs together and grab the back or front of her stomach and around her sides.
That’s how skinny this girl was but you would not think her anorexic to look at her, not at all. She was also young and as I watched her walk by I wondered what it would be like to go out with someone that skinny, then I remembered, I had that chance with Jewell and had her for a while. Yet, this girl was different in her sort of skinny.
Browsing the Health Store
Handing in my form with relative ease I worked out that I won’t be getting paid my second payment until next year, not earlier as I expected. Checking the computers I could find nothing on interest in how they were written so I headed back to mainstream Campbelltown. Heading down to the Mall I checked if my parents were still in Campbelltown as mum was buying stuff, they were still there. While at the Mall I viewed once again the girlies passing and then paid a visit to the Health Store.
In there I viewed prices and different brands of bulking powders that will not only give me plenty of Protein but also some Carbohydrates. There were a couple of blends there that were around how much I wanted to spend. Some other things I checked out were some more Creatine supplements and branches from that. When finished I made my way back out and on the way home I noticed Jaromir, Redd and Kobi on the other side of the street where Jaromir was readying the buildings for renovation.
Running Into Old Mates
They were across the street from Pizza Hut and as I made my way there I joined into their conversation. While we were talking I also noticed that the new buildings were aplenty and it surprised me that such higher class places were here in Campbelltown. Redd told me was headed to the Gym at 4:30 p.m. and judging that it was 3:30 p.m. and it would take me half an hour to get home and then time to get ready I told him I might see him there.
Making my way home once again I noticed that my parents had already left so I was left to walk home. Making it home in due time I had myself some more Creatine as I’ve been having at least 10 Grams per day so far with the bottle almost finished. There was nothing to eat before my workout so I had my mum make some potatoes and chicken for when I got back home.
