Home Fish And Gym

Having nothing else to accomplish I made my way home and on the way stopped at Bradbury shops to buy myself some banana’s a two liter sweet juice drink and a couple of fish cocktails with chips. Taking this home I nibbled on the fish cocktails and chips and when home I started reading FHM or rather looking at ‘Tania Zaetta’ in her lingerie, yummy. Taking a dose of Creatine which is a level teaspoon I grabbed my towel and headed down to the Gym with newly created energy.

While there the Creatine had no real effect but it was my first dose, it won’t do shit yet. I have to take it regularly and daily for a couple of days before I can start seeing some rewards. When I was home I thought once again to give Lyssa a call but I was too rushed in eating and being late for the Gym so I jotted off. The time was 5:30 p.m. when I arrived there and coming home in 45 minutes I had a relatively fast workout.

A Sore Chest

The only downer this workout is that I’ve created aches in my Chest muscle near the armpit where it joins to the Shoulder. Today the right side hurt as if it had been torn a little too much and I do remember a couple of days ago that my Chest would fall into an unknown empty feeling stretch pain in the middle of my Chest.

I gather it would have been the Chest bones or something to do with it but when I threw my hands out to the side doing a reverse peck deck motion the inner part of my Chest on the right hand side hurt. Two or three Chest workouts ago I once again ached where I thought was my left hand side of the Chest. This obviously concludes that I’m working too hard on my Chest but it only happens after my heavy set on Bench Press. Anyway, let’s get to the routine quick smart…

The Chest Routine

Chest: Deciding to skip my back workout I started with riding the bike but I seemed to be much more on a mission this time. Gearing up to twice the normal resistance I pedaled for just over two minutes. Warmed up I tried to find myself a Bench for my first exercise but all were being used by groups. Beginning with Peck Deck and 40 pounds I performed 12 reps before moving on. The Bench was still unavailable so I jumped on a bike again until one was free, it didn’t take long.

Bench Press was the exercise and beginning with 80 pounds I eased out 12 reps. Placing the weight up to 160 pounds I stretched and then with a spot which I now consider as bad I achieved 8 reps but who knows how much by myself as it was too easy. Taking the weight down to 140 pounds I performed 7 reps and just as I was about to put the weight down the guy that spotted me before redeemed himself to help me with three grueling last reps.

My thirst for Machine Bench Press was growing and as I made it over I started with 160 pounds and was surprised to have churned out 7 reps. Pausing I placed the weight down to 140 pounds and completing 6 reps I took it down consecutively from 120 pounds to 100 pounds churning out 6 more reps. Jumping on for Dips I performed 7 reps and then jumped onto the aided version with 40 pounds assistance completing 5 more reps.

Cable Crossovers was next and with 40 pounds I managed to complete 12 reps. It’s quite amazing how I always seem to churn out reps on my maximum’s for that exercise. Would I be able to lift 160 pounds after a couple of other heavy Chest sets, I don’t know. Two more sets were left of Peck Deck Fly’s. The first with 130 pounds had seen me complete 10 reps and then taking it down to 120 pounds I performed a remainder of 10 reps.

Bicep Disappointment

Biceps: Once again mixing it up for these two chunks of meat I would love to make bigger I started with Cable Preacher Curls. Loading up 30 pounds for a warm-up I pushed out 12 reps. Taking the weight up to 50 pounds I managed 5 reps before lowering the weight to 40 pounds and finishing 3 more.

Seated Alternate Dumbbell Curls was next and trying with 35 pounders I could only achieve four reps per side. Standing up I done two more in a hammer curl position but I was done for. Lastly I performed a set on Standing Cable Curls but this was also faltered early where I pushed out 5 reps with 60 pounds.

Abdominals: Loathed for the exertion, loved for the rush and high reps, I looked forward to my abdominal training today. Leaving the weight at 30 pounds assistance I performed three sets of 30 reps pulling to the side for my obliques on at least 20 reps. The fourth and last set was with 80 pounds assistance and with that I churned out a gut wrenching 20 pounds.

Dripping Sweat

When I’m at the Gym I sweat a lot, drips of sweat fall to the floor on many an occasion, this was no different. Although it wasn’t as harsh as when I used to steam out of my skin after a set on the Leg Press Machine which gave me my loved stretch marks along with other leg exercises the sweat was pouring and my towel was drying more of it up today.

Lyssa Calls Back

Upon coming back home I gave Lyssa a call after having something to eat but it was no surprise that she was at the dinner table. Lyssa told me she would call me back but as I started watching ‘Felicity’ on television I gathered she was watching too and that’s the reason she didn’t call back in a hurry. Lyssa called me back at 9:30 p.m. and our conversation was a bit more lively than usual, a bit more memorable.

It might sound contradicting by me saying that I can’t remember much of the conversation but it was much more than it has been for the last couple of weeks. Even though the end of the conversation ended in a slight abrupt style of Lyssa hanging up I looked for it in saying that I no longer have to say goodnight to Lyssa.

Not Getting Back Together

I guess I’ve realized that Lyssa and I are never going to get back together again and I’m not trying to give up being her friend now but rather I’m dropping most of the things I do because I hold love for her. Lately, that love has been misty at times and I know I don’t love her as strongly as when we were together but in my defense I do believe Lyssa has helped me take that love away by treating me with less intensity.

Just in the fact that she’s stopped doing many things for me the distressing part being the sexual parts where Lyssa no longer makes love but has sex with apathy. These arguments, these discarded loves, the gifts taken back, the letters torn, the misguided pleading and the sorries, it’s all too much where now I must say “I don’t care anymore.” Ain’t that the truth and what’s more true is our distancing that will become much more evident come the end of this year and the end of my birthday where I feel Lyssa will hold no more favors to me after she pays her respects to my 20th Birthday.

Keith Rings Mid Call

Anyway, despite that Keith gave me a call while Lyssa and I were talking and when I got back to Lyssa she was upset that I took too long in which I did. Keith wondered if Shawn and Tatton were over my house because he was going to come over in half an hour to do something but none of them ended up coming over and in return I have finished my Diary entry early and didn’t have to write more of what could have happened.

Although tonight could have been exceptionally good I doubt anything would have happened apart from visiting ‘Subway’ our new hangout. Keith did have the night off though but I doubt he would have driven anywhere worth going on a Monday night.

Sonnet On My Mind

Now the time is 2:00 a.m. exactly and now that my Diary entry is finished of all that I have to place chronologically I can leave. Phew, I’ve been waiting to get off this computer so I can play some games, relax my mind because I rarely get the chance seeming I’m always devoted to this. I’ll spend an hour or two on it and then I will get to sleep ready to call Centrelink tomorrow.

The weather man also reported that the next three days will be sunny so if that’s the case I’m going to try and get to the beach on Thursday, that is if I wake up. Still I have not devoted much time to this new Sonnet I wish to write and it looms under the literature that I write now, in point form and in ideas. It’s about contrasting the similarities between a rolling landscape and time in life.

Where sometimes you feel like your week has gone fast but your days are so slow that would be signified as a blurry foreground of fast moving trees (As you ride on your horse) and that of the sun never changing or moving in the background. Anyway, I can’t figure a way to signify the contrast between time and the similarities of a moving landscape view, I will though you can count on that, next time.
