Stuck on a Roof
While up there we noticed a security officer come to the shop and lighting his torch he glanced inside. With all the lights broken and only one lit up he couldn’t see the back door smashed open by our thug style. Crushing as it seemed to be caught on top of the roof as this security guard was checking the store we thought we were going to get caught and would have to climb from rooftop to rooftop in hopes of getting to Pizza Hut’s roof and climbing down.
Nevertheless, the security guard didn’t suspect a thing and as he left we jumped around impatiently on the roof for a while scoping out the terrain looking for unsuspected attacks by police. None of this happened so we prepared ourselves to head back into the scene of the crime to steal some more loot.
Shimmying across the edge of the roof we almost caved in through the roof and into the store but we jumped out of the weak spot just in time. The roof could just as well have been our source of entry but then how would we get out. Making at least three more trips inside the store, stealing our loot and heading to the school to drop off more valuables we made some quick white goods. Other things we took was the amplifier that I have now, a telephone, the boom box radio that I gave to my parents and some other shit that I can’t recall.
That night we both had turns in carrying the huge back pack full of white goods on our back and believe me, it was so heavy that we couldn’t last a minute each with it. Sweeter would have been our content journey home if we had a car but no one wanted to be in on our heist, their bad luck. It brings me justice to finally bring you this epic tale after such debris that I have brought up of my whole past and much to do with it.
You can’t sit there and say that it hasn’t been entertaining, you know it has. This history has been coming for a while and every day I would ask myself when I am going to recall my whole past, starting from school. Well, here I have done it in a nutshell which only took 18 pages but wait, there’s still more.
Sleepy Friday Calls
Now I shall devote these last two pages to my trivia of the day. Incase you haven’t heard yet which I don’t believe you have I’ve been called by Lyssa at 1:30 a.m. where I stopped working on my Diary. Shawn and Tatton also came just after that and kept me busy until 3:30 a.m. but as I started in my Diary again I thought I should just leave off where I was at because I didn’t want to confuse the history biography by beginning again. So, here at almost 6:00 a.m. I will begin once again but this time speak of my day on Friday.
Mournful of my alarm ringing at 2:00 p.m. I kept myself asleep and awoke at 3:00 p.m. Beforehand Lyssa gave me a call at 1:30 p.m. and as I sloshingly spoke to her it was evident I was still sleepy. Conversation was not that great but once again we centered around what was happening for our night. Lyssa told me she was still going out with Penelope and as I told her I had no idea what I was doing I would call her back once woken up and give her some more information.
Lyssa let me get back to sleep after ten minutes of conversation but you have to admit, she’s persistent on those house calls. Knowing that I’m always asleep Lyssa calls me from work and we always talk, because I’m such a nice guy and all. Having a shower and something quick to eat I prepared my form and started my journey to the heart of Campbelltown.
Centrelink Queue Blues
The queue was only three people but as usual the customer service was slow and outdated. They should really teach these people that are supposed to be teaching us how to find work to keep their jobs by being dependable. Once I handed in my form I took out some job opportunities from the computer and as they were closing up being 4:30 p.m. I headed back out. Approaching the Mall on my walk before heading home I noticed a couple of people that I knew, faces here and there were waving to me.
That’s what I always notice, once in Campbelltown in hours that are usually odd to me I see people that I know. They must think that it’s been so long since they’ve seen me since I’m always in hiding, or rather sleeping at home. The girl at the key engraving place in the Mall is no longer there. Rather, it looks like they’ve been taken over in a hostile takeover and none of them no longer work there.
Nobody Has Plans
Heading home I spent the rest of my hours watching television and when 7:00 p.m. arrived I gave Lyssa a call at home. Unluckily for me Lyssa wasn’t around and had just stepped out of the door as her brother picked up the phone. That was bad news to me as I could no longer have Lyssa stay for the night or make any plans with her when she was finished with Penelope.
From what Lyssa told me in our conversation at 1:30 a.m. this morning she was at Penelope’s store working behind the counter for most of the night, some night. I’m pretty certain that Lyssa would have preferred to be lying in my comfortable bed next to me instead of customer service at some kebab store.
Upon hearing that Lyssa wasn’t home panic set in about the night because no one had called me and I gathered no one would. Taking it upon myself to give Tatton a call I found out that there were no real plans with him for the night so I called Keith. ‘Saving Private Ryan’ was on his mind as he was headed to watch it with Ralf.
So that was two strikes down and as I gave Simon a call he also told me that nothing was happening with him for the night. With three strikes I started playing my computer and after watching a movie on television with Bruce Willis I started writing in my Diary.
Anniversary Plans Unravel
During my Diary Lyssa called me at 1:30 a.m. and apart from talking about her night and mine being nothing I had her confess that she was slightly thinking about getting together tomorrow because it was a special day for us, the 21st. Lyssa agreed upon this but now told me after my plot of going out (Not knowing this information back then) she made breakable plans with Kieran. Lyssa told him that they had to go out for Saturday night but now she’ll probably go against her word to spend the night with me.
For Sunday I want Lyssa and I to head out somewhere together instead of just spending it at my house and then watching Lyssa catch a taxi home or something. Rather, I want us to head for East Hills or something like that, have a little picnic, something nice to remember for what would have been one year and five months. Speaking of getting together for our six months and then for Christmas Lyssa told me that work was giving her ten days off around Christmas so she was heading up to Adelaide with her mum.
That disappointed me somewhat but I didn’t show Lyssa the fact that I was upset. Christmas has never really been an issue to me until Lyssa and I started going out but I remembered feeling lonely when everyone else would be celebrating with their families and I would be at home watching old cartoons of Father Christmas. Spending my Christmas with Lyssa will make me very delighted but just the thought of spending Christmas alone brings my mood down.
Late Night Visitors
Shawn and Tatton arrived at my house near 1:45 a.m. and as I stopped writing in my Diary but with all my paperback diaries still out they knew I was up to something. For the time they were over my house we played 13 with the card set I have and Tatton took a glance at the pornographic book he sold to me a week or two ago with the fake keycard.
While talking Shawn informed me that Phoenix was confused and missing me. Phoenix didn’t understand why I was so angry with her and he told me that Phoenix has never seen me this angry with her before. Hate seems to dwell in my veins as I laughed with Mortimer’s spirit, one who has blossomed on me over the past few months.
Mortimer Takes the Stage
Mortimer has become my household name, feared by God and equally by his adversary, the Devil, Lucifer and Beelzebub. Mortimer is a fallen angel and possesseth mine body he doth. Entwine one’s soul with Mortimer’s rule and inscribe upon mine brow his satanic ritual. 666, the mark of the foregone ruler, more powerful than all angels, fallen or not.
Shawn also told me that Phoenix is starting to get feelings for Keith with all this shit he’s doing with her. I’m not sure about Keith himself but if this keeps going on and he keeps taking her out secretively then she’s going to blab to the wrong person and Tamsen’s going to find out either way.
Around 3:30 a.m. the two of them left my house revived of conversation but needing to get some food to eat. It is only then that I started back up in this Diary with inspiration to write this passage here. Now that all has been said and the time is now 6:15 a.m. I shall decide to escape from such harmonies…

Diary Of A Mad Chaos is a daily diary written from March 1996 until today, of which individual books and book series have been created, namely “The Lost Years” an exploration of young, entwined love, the “Wubao In China (猎艳奇缘)” book series which provides an extensive comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies, and the book titled “Foreigner (华人)” an exploration of race relations in Australia.
