Finishing the Saga and Planning a Friday Night (Part 3) – Mad Chaos: October 16, 1998

Lyssa did sound lonely and sad upon calling me so I know she had other intentions in her mind and to play them on me is very unfair. Why is it that Lyssa can come over on Friday and feel the urge to get onto me and she can but I have no right to get onto her. Instead, I will stick to our agreement, Lyssa is just coming over as a friend and hoe that Lyssa sticks to her agreement. Not that I don’t want to get onto Lyssa but it would be wrong and weak of me for that to happen. I’ve been dying to finish off this urge that Lyssa has left with me but for my sake of letting go I hope nothing happens. Now the plans have changed though. I told Lyssa that I might be going to Sublime and for the last day I thought I was going to spend Friday night with Lyssa but tomorrow I might indeed be going to the City but to Eros Theatre with the rest of them.

Shawn also called me while I was playing my computer after that call and told me that he had nothing to do so asking if he could come over I told him “Sure thing.” Really, I was tired and wanted to get to sleep soon and I knew that I would be extremely tired when Shawn came over. So a couple of minutes later I called Shawn back and luckily he hadn’t left yet. Just informing Shawn that I was about to get to sleep I hung up the phone, turned off my computer and lay my head upon my pillow for slumber’s sake.

Reaching 6:00 p.m. it started to get dark so I thought to wake myself up. For two extra hours I slept and for the whole of that night’s sleep I only received three hours, terrible. Lyssa told me that she would give me a call when she came home but I called her house as soon as I woke up. Lyssa was on the phone so I told her to give me a call when she was finished and hung up. Not even five seconds later Lyssa called me back and I was surprised at the fast response. This was the conversation that Lyssa actually started acting fishy and told me that she wanted to come over my house on Friday night and watch that movie. As far as sleeping over goes I doubt that was in Lyssa’s mind at all but if Lyssa wants to make a night of it that might happen. The way I figure, Lyssa only wants to come over because she misses me and maybe the songs that are on my CD, she still listens to and gets sad over. That sadness turns into misery as she realizes that she misses me and then she calls me, makes out there plans and hopes it falls her way.

Our conversation was based on coming over my house but what upset me was that Lyssa claimed she really liked and enjoyed going out with Ali and Penelope. Lyssa told me how she’s grown to like Ali now as a friend and I couldn’t help getting angry knowing Ali was only good friends with Lyssa because I was out of the picture. In other words, Ali has a thing for Lyssa which I know about, Lyssa doesn’t want to admit it and doesn’t see it and she got angry when I spoke of Ali in a bad way. That pissed me off more because Lyssa was defending the person I hated and it made me hate him all the more. Our conversation ended after half an hour, not sure as to why but we left on a good note.

For the next two hours I viewed television and around 9:00 p.m. I started to write in my Diary some more points. Just at this time I heard Keith’s car out the front of my house so obviously I had to turn off my computer. Letting Keith into my room he told me how he wanted to travel to the movies but bored of continual movie marathons I decided against it. Instead we headed to see Imad where he worked and I was just wondering how Imad would react when he had seen me hanging out with Keith. Well, Imad didn’t react that badly but the conversation was mainly about cars and how Ali’s car would beat Keith. Imad was persistent and delusional at times on how Ali’s car would beat Keith’s. While all that male egoism was happening Imad told me that he would come over later in the night after he finished work and he did. Finally I got my CD back from him and wanting to lend another I told him “I don’t think so” as it would take forever to get it back. Fifteen minutes after visiting Imad we left and headed home and that’s when I started to write in my Diary once again.

This just about concludes our saga of words for Tuesday night and to tell you the truth, I got a bit lost as to what night it was and what exactly had happened as I sifted back into my previous entries trying to find where it all began. Alas, this saga won’t be ended until I put this last little fact in. Ralf sold his car, his beast for $100. This from a man that was going to sell it to Lucas for $2000 so he could convert it to LPG, drive it for Pizza Hut to a man that knew it would cost too much money for pink slips and thought it easier to just sell it to the wreckers. Besides, Ralf is getting his parents old car now and Friday he is going along with Keith to try for his license again. If this happens Ralf will be driving around again, I’m not sure if that will be a good thing of just plain scary.

For Thursday I woke up at 11:30 a.m. after getting to sleep late due to a late entry. Fatigue got to me on Wednesday night and upon waking up I was deciding what to do for the day. Thursday also has some great news about itself but once again I am very tired and chose to get to sleep now. Let me just note that I started writing in my Diary as soon as I got up and getting tired of writing went to sleep for two hours listening to music. Upon getting up I tried writing once again in my Diary but just as I did Keith came over once again. Keith has a knack for doing this but this time I was lucky that he didn’t walk in my room. Keith was knocking at my bedroom door and quickly turning off my computer I let Keith in. Goodnight for now, the time is 2:30 a.m. and I know I will once again wake up late.

Friday 1:54 p.m.

Here again I am to pick up the pieces of a day untold, yesterday. It’s a bit hard to get into the mood of last night because my mind set is so different today. The sun is out, I just had a small sun bake, I’ve had something to eat, had a shower and spoke to Lyssa on the phone. In one or two hours I’m preparing for my journey to the Gym where I will definitely try a larger weight on the Bench Press or at least sustain what I have been lifting. Right now for some mood music I’ve put on some R. Kelly but it’s not working. Fret not, I can’t let a day go by without writing something about it and by then end of this piece of literature you would have heard plenty of detail.

Before I explain of yesterday let me just brush on the only piece of detail today, Lyssa calling me. Upon waking up around 11:30 a.m. I visited the toilet as what I had expected had happened, I had a wet dream about half an hour before waking up. Luckily it wasn’t big and was sustained without getting all over the place. That permits me to agree with a line in ‘Something About Mary’ where one of the guys says “Just after masturbation is a guys most honest time. They are no longer thinking with their dick, therefore they tend to be normal.” The words were something like that but it’s true, you have a clear head and you no longer think about getting your ex in bed or some new broad, you think clearly.

Anyway, Lyssa called me from work again and telling me she was extremely busy and tired she got jealous knowing that I got up late and she had to be up at 6:00 a.m. Lyssa was out last night at the Pub in Bradbury until 11:00 p.m. with Aria and the rest of them. Pedro was also there as she described but she tried to avoid him, or so she says. To get him away from her she told Pedro that she likes one of his friends and he walked over to his friend and told him about Lyssa. Once again, I feel that Lyssa only said that to be somewhat spiteful but I was just agreeing with what she was telling me, listening inattentively. Lyssa told me that Ali no longer drives back home on weekends to spy on her, actually, he doesn’t see her as much anymore. Lyssa mentioned that along hanging out with Tod and the rest of them Ali drives around with this guy called Stan in his car that he met at the runs. That doesn’t upset me or surprise me at the least and once again Lyssa probably said that so I would in her mind think “Oh my god, what have I done, I have to ring Ali and talk with him,” yeah right…
