Next on the ‘To Visit List’ was Binh and heading to his shop in Ambarvale we parked the car and once again Ralf showed off that he had his license. While there the three of us talked about the coming night and I found out that Binh was also coming out with us to Penrith Panthers for our packed Saturday night. Because I had nothing to eat for the day I bought a custard donut from Binh’s shop and as usual he charged me less than what it was worth. That was the first meal of the day and definitely not my last, I have to feed this body to keep it getting big. Lately though, because I have been so busy with everyone coming over and taking me out to places I haven’t had the chance to eat mainly in the mornings and at night before sleep. The Gym has been my second home for a couple of months now and I hope that the link won’t bring a colossal stumble to my impressively crammed month. This vibe has been running almost to the end of this month and I fear that tomorrow when I visit the link they will tell me that my payment has been stopped as a result of me not attending the Job Search place in Liverpool. Hopefully that won’t happen but if it does I stand to lose connection through my telephone, my Credit Card will keep building up and my nights out with my friends will cease, at least the nightclubs. This payment I am counting on to see me through and I will be at a loss and in need of a desperate job to see me through. The job will come soon, heck I’ll probably visit Adecco Centacom on Tuesday this coming week.
From Binh’s shop we headed to Ralf’s house and Ralf had himself something to eat and gave me board shorts that were too small on him and originally lent to him by Shawn last summer. Now they were mine and the blue suited me if I wore a black bonds shirt. Black really brings out Lyssa’s awareness of my physique. Lyssa complements my black bonds shirt over my other shirts because it makes me look more manly and muscular. Only spending a couple of minutes there we headed to my house and grabbing myself a towel and putting the shorts on with a hat I headed back out to the car. While at home I had a sandwich to eat before we headed out and I noticed the time was 2:00 p.m. Ralf was fart assing around for three hours before we actually left and I started to get aggravated as the time clicked by.
Arriving at North Beach in Wollongong we made our way barefoot to the nearest beach and walking upon the sand I noticed that the crowd was nothing like what I had seen at Cronulla. Rather, little kids were mostly populating the heated sands with an occasional beauty of two. Ralf and I made our way to the sand and sat ourselves down. How ironic is this, the day was blistering hot from the moment I woke up, no clouds in sight, 30 degree plus heat. Until the moment that we actually make it to Wollongong it is hot and then when we park our car, clouds appear to block the sun. Irony definitely plays a part in this and what’s more, as we sat down to get a tan the clouds were persistent in sticking around.
To add more to these epic ironies Ralf started yapping about needing to get his hair cut for the day and he then decided (Because it was his car and he could go wherever he wanted) that it was time to head to Campbelltown soon. Five minutes passed as we looked at a couple of girls walk past too varied to describe. There was this one girl that we were watching take off her top and then we were willing her to take off her long skirt and when she finally did we were happy to watch her sun bake her already tanned body. Another five minutes passed and Ralf was telling me how the hairdressers in Campbelltown would close before we arrived there so he wanted to head home. My compromise as I was basking in the hidden sun was to wait until the clouds swallowed the sun once again, that would be our time to leave. That only took a couple of minutes and not really satisfied by my tan I picked up my towel and we made our way to Ralf’s car.
Ralf wasn’t confident behind the wheel yet and he wasn’t sure if he would be up to scratch to drive to Parramatta for Saturday night. Ralf has sleep acme and that’s basically a form of ‘Chronic Fatigue Syndrome’. Ralf has to sleep with an inhaler over his mouth every night and he didn’t sleep with one so he was getting fatigued. The time was 3:00 p.m. when we made our way back to Campbelltown and I was surprised that it didn’t take us that long despite the fact that Ralf was driving to speed regulations, he was scared of losing his license once again. Ralf’s bad when he drives, he talks about shit, abuses people to himself when they pull out a fraction or something stupid like that. Ralf was racing against time to make it to Macarthur Square and when we finally arrived and parked the car we made our way into the complex.
While Ralf ventured to a hairdresser I told him I was going to use the phone and in that time decided to give Lyssa a call. Short on money for Penrith Panthers as a result of spending too much money on Lyssa I had to ask her to lend me back some money since she told me she would. While at my house I tried giving Lyssa a call around 2:30 p.m. but she wasn’t home at that time. It took a couple of rings but Lyssa did pick up and asked where I was. Explaining to her my destination I asked her if I could come over later and pick up some money, Lyssa had no problem with that. Lyssa told me where she was on Thursday night when I tried to call her. After 9:30 p.m. Lyssa headed out with Ali and Penelope and I’m not sure where they went but I think they headed for the runs because Lyssa got home at midnight. I’m not sure where Lyssa was for Saturday but I’m pretty sure she told me she visited the beach with Kieran and some others. For Friday night, Lyssa told me the party she went to was shit and also told me she was sitting with Gideon when I had seen her in the corner of the Catholic Club. All I could see was a couple of girls along with Lyssa and Nikita, no Gideon. Alas, Gideon did not speak to Lyssa and she’s not really worried, word is that he’s a sleaze and she doesn’t like that. Lyssa was at home, with only her mum to keep her company and she was looking forward to my arrival.
Jumping off the phone I searched for Ralf and coming up the escalator I called out to him as soon as I noticed him. Ralf was knocked back from two hairdressers because it was now getting late but he had a bigger problem at hand. Ralf couldn’t find his keycard and walking to a payphone he called Pep’s Auto shop to ask if he had left it there while putting a deposit on his sticker. From there he gave Shawn a call and was thrilled to find out his keycard was at Shawn’s house. The trip back to Campbelltown was pretty much a waste of a good day basking in the sun. But, that didn’t matter now as we made our way to Shawn’s house.
Retrieving his keycard, Ralf jumped in the car and so did Shawn, he was obviously bored. The next destination as I had explained to Ralf beforehand was Lyssa’s house, the reason to pick up my money. Shawn didn’t know what was going on but he gathered that’s where we were headed. Stopping the car I told them I would be a couple of minutes and walking to the front door Lyssa came and opened up for me. Walking into the kitchen I waved to her mum in the lounge room greeting her and as Lyssa got out her purse I felt embarrassed and urged Lyssa to walk to her room. Once there Lyssa gave me $5 and thanking her with a hug we sat down on her bed. Lyssa asked what I had planned for the night and when I explained what I had told her beforehand she told me how her night had no plans. Penelope was most probably spending the night with Ali and Nikita had no car. Kiley was going to a party but Lyssa didn’t to hang around with her, she doesn’t like her anymore.
Lyssa also told me that her trip to Bali was cancelled. That to me sounded like a waste of frequent flier points but because Lyssa had been given a promotion to accounts from January and her trip isn’t until January, Lyssa had to cancel due to work obligations. Nikita didn’t want to go with Rhiannon so she also cancelled and now none of them are going. Giving Lyssa a hug I told her that Shawn and Ralf were waiting for me in the car but Lyssa was persistent in having me around for conversation. “Please stay for a while, I’m bored and home alone.” As inviting as that was I didn’t want to tell Ralf and Shawn that I was parting from their company and it wouldn’t be right to once again dog my friends like I had been doing so long while I was with Lyssa. Giving Lyssa another hug I told her I would call her once I got home. Kissed she was by me on the cheek and then I asked if Lyssa wanted a kiss on the lips in a sarcastic tone but I knew her answer would be no.
