Thirty minutes of usage left

At 6:30 a.m. I had thirty minutes of usage left before the reset, and I decided to use it to update Polymatrix. It was the last thing I’d worked on the night before, too.

Version nine: live music

By 7:30 a.m. I had built version nine with Fable 5. This time I asked it to add music with different triggers in the game. For example, if you did a swirl with your fingers and used that power-up, it would layer a different kind of music over a backbone track, a tapping, ticking kind of sound. Every time you do something different in the game, it triggers sixteen bars or so of music that go in a different direction.

“It’s kind of like live music set to the motion of your fingers.”

An APK in a zip file

I also asked Claude Opus 4.8 to create an APK file. I wasn’t sure it could, so I asked for instructions, thinking I’d have to open Android Studio. To my surprise, it created a zip file with the APK project inside, plus instructions on how to use the command prompt to install the different Capacitor modules.

“It blows my mind how easy it makes the whole process.”

But I was too tired to go much further.
