Two fixes from a tester
A closed tester had mentioned two issues. On the settings page you couldn’t focus on an input; it kept bringing up the keyboard and taking it away. I resolved that.
I also made it so you have to hold your finger down before dragging the tab order in settings. Before, icons would drag as soon as you touched them, and I’ve always wanted to get rid of that. This guy knew the actual words for describing the bug, and he helped me fix it. By 3:45 p.m. the uploaded version was working.
A converter chip
I added the weight unit converter. It’s a chip with a right arrow above a left arrow, inside any input for weight. You tap it and it reveals what kilograms convert to in pounds, or pounds in kilograms.
Six testers
Tonight I made some easy strides with the closed testing requirement. I’ve already got six testers.
Five personas
I gave site testing instructions to Claude Cowork and asked it to use five different personas: a gym instructor, a heavy user heading for a bodybuilding contest, a casual user, a user who wants to bulk up and a user who wants to slim down. I told it to be one of those personas rather than a tester who knows exactly where to go.
I’ve been watching Cowork use my computer to create a new account and profile. It created one session for a gym instructor persona called Marcus.
Review session becomes a tab
The review session screen was popping up a bit too high, and I thought it might be time to convert it into a normal standard tab rather than a pop-up. As a tab it makes more sense, because you can see the top and bottom navigation and navigate away. So I’ve added that.
App Features Log: July 20, 2026
- Settings inputs keep keyboard focus
- Hold then drag to reorder tabs
- Kilogram and pound converter chip on weight inputs
