Dressing Up At Tyler’s

Arriving at Tyler’s house I took with me my camera so we could finish off the last 6 shots left on the film before we left. Making our way into Tyler’s bedroom he gave Binh some clothes to wear which were tight and once on they suited him. It’s hard to describe what he was wearing but he was in contrasting color to the dominant black that Tyler and I were wearing.

As Tyler was telling us how his mum walked in on him and Rochelle getting it on while she was half naked, I asked him to supply me with a belt because I had grown skinny for my Hound Dog Black Pants and needed the support. Once it was given, I felt a whole lot better and as I also borrowed one of those thick silver dog chains that you wear at a nightclub, I liked what it done for my appearance.

For a while I have wanted to wear a chain like this or even buy one and now that I got the chance I felt like a true clubber minus the hand glow things that you dance around with. Grooming my hair without Brylcreem it looked great and wanting to take advantage of this situation in which I thought the three of us looked great, I took out the camera and handed it to Tyler’s mum.

I wanted some glamour shots for myself so I can finally say “Yeah I looked good back in those days” and knowing there’s plenty of glamour shots of Lyssa in my photo album I wanted to reverse the roles so that the male population can also look good. Taking a couple of different photos but all with the three of us in them we all enjoyed posing for the camera, knowing that these photos would turn out great.

Jumping in the car I took one more picture of Binh and Tyler before we left and that was the end of the roll. Now I have two more rolls of film left in which I will develop this set through the week. My next roll will be spent when we head up to Gosford this weekend to Club Troppo. Binh and I already talked about it on the way back home so I figure some more male bonding is indisputable.

Driving To The City

On the way to the City we went the toll-way to the City as planned having almost two hours on our hands. On our adventure Binh and I talked a little more about how Keith was being selfish and how he was trying to make Binh feel bad about going to Byblos for the night. When I uttered that Ace only wanted the three of us were invited originally, Tyler thought it was slack to Keith because Keith knew him first but Binh set him straight with a little speech. The fact is, he didn’t get invited because he wouldn’t fit in.

If Ace only invited us three he doesn’t have to feel pressured or obligated to invite everyone in the group. Tyler was only protesting in vain because he knew that he felt privileged to be heading out to Byblos. We felt so privileged that when I suggested we each keep an extra ticket each from the six tickets for memorabilia, it was quickly carried out. So now I have a ticket to my first game of Football and now I have a ticket showing my first visit to a nightclub on Oxford Street, Byblos.

After the toll was paid we didn’t really know which direction to take in order to get to the City. Neither of us were very good with direction so we just followed the signs and hoped we wouldn’t get caught in traffic jams or suchlike events. I’m not sure of the full way we headed but on our first junction we turned left instead of right and then we headed through Redfern before making our way into the City. Once there I directed us up Elizabeth Street and then onto Oxford Street with a cool half an hour before our due time of 11:00 p.m.

The tickets read that if we arrived later than that time we would have to pay our way in. Parking the car proved difficult and not being naïve enough to believe there would be a spot for us on Oxford Street, we headed down one of the side streets. There were a couple of alleyways where Binh could have parked his car but after going around the block we chose to park in a no parking zone behind a truck. Binh decided to take his chance and I vowed that if he got a fine I would pay for half of it.

Jumping out of the car into the freezing night of winter I had to clutch myself with my hands to try and help the thin material of clothing do its job of warmth. Grabbing our ID, Binh and Tyler decided to relieve themselves on ascending trees next to each other up the street where I just jumped around and paced myself to get warm.

Outside Byblos

When all was done we made our way to the front of Byblos, crossing the street and hoping that we can get in without being knocked back as so heard of. Ace told us before leaving that if we get rejected for some reason to just note that we had tickets and we must be allowed in to the party. Making our way to the little lineup at the front of little Byblos I noticed all the glamorous girls and tall toned guys clad in leather pants and tight black shirts.

To the undiscerning eye they would have looked just like us only taller but there was a difference between our two groups. The distinction was that with their looks and glamorous girls hanging off them, you could see that they were better off and classier than what we were, or just regulars. You could tell that they went to Restaurants, dined out, watched the opera and done those artistically affluent things I only wish I could get into a routine.

Bouncers Say No

Upon arriving to the steep bouncers in our waiting line, we weren’t allowed in despite having tickets to the party. The bouncer looked at us, our tickets and then noted that he couldn’t let us in. There was no real reason behind his dismissal apart from his boss said no in which I couldn’t understand but to gather we weren’t good enough.

The whole night almost came unstuck with the bouncers diminishing gesture but as we noticed Ace making his way up Oxford Street with his girlfriend attached to his arm we still had some hope. The three of us stepped out of the line hoping that Ace could talk some sense to them and get us in and as he made his way through the line, him and his girlfriend were allowed in.

As they walked into Byblos I thought that Ace had truly dogged us and that Keith was right in a way. I thought that this would be the last we would see of Ace and as Tyler and Ace were saying “Oh well, maybe we should go home,” I decided to stick it for a little bit, to see what happens. I didn’t want to come all this way, get all excited and then have to turn back after a week’s planning.

It was a good omen when Ace’s girlfriend stepped back outside and made her way up to Binh to ask why we weren’t allowed in. Upon telling our story she looked at us as curiously as we looked at the bouncer and then as she chatted to the bouncers he looked as if he was going to be harsh but he yielded to beauty and allowed us in. Making our way upstairs I could already feel the prejudice and distinction between us and everyone else.

Inside The Club

Somehow you could probably tell that we were just a par under their standards of life and the three of us were probably the only ones there that weren’t out for a root like all other guys seemed. All the guys there looked like stiff competition and as we were probably the shortest guys there I felt a bit intimidated. Nevertheless, through the night and when we finally got on the dancefloor, I shook off my nerves and had a great time.

My first impressions of Byblos upon entering was that it was an upper class sort of club as I had expected. Lyssa told me that I wouldn’t like it at Byblos because they played underground music and the people would be different but overall, I had the best time. I only wish it was longer. When in Byblos Ace and his girlfriend headed down the road for a little while so it was only the three of us left to fend for ourselves.

Binh bought himself a drink of beer for the night and I think he bought it because he needed something to hold so he would feel a bit more comfortable. There were two parties happening there for the night and there were two rooms that were full of people. Everywhere I looked I could only bite my tongue at the ostentatious women that walked around in their stilettos and astonishing skin-wear. To be truthful, once we found ourselves a spot to stand, I was immersed with the elegance surrounding me, so much that it took me a couple of glances around to try and capitulate to the whole ordeal.

At The Bar

I was fairly comfortable standing up with Tyler and Binh on each side of a doorway but I wanted to sit down on one of the lounges. Tyler looked phased out standing a meter or two from us with a serious look on his face as if he wasn’t too comfortable but it appeared as if he was someone. After twenty minutes of standing up and striking up conversation just to look like everyone else who had something to talk about, we decided to make our way to some leather seats near the bar.

Binh told me that Wilfrid usually worked behind the bar at Byblos but the only guy I saw there was some guy who looked like the teenager from ‘Home and Away’ with the long hair that Lyssa adores. However, this guy had the male model lips, the darkish complexion and the Australian Hunk look (from what I could tell) so Lyssa would have been lusting over him dearly.

If DCM’s had guys like this in there when I was going out with Lyssa and she visited Oxford Street Clubs then I think I should have been worried about her sexual thoughts. To add on top of that, Lyssa went only with a group of lady friends so it would have been that much easier for some guy to dance up on Lyssa and for her to fall for the upper class style.

Home Singing Loudly

There is a fair bit more to boast about regarding my Saturday night that I yet haven’t brushed upon but I must submit myself to sleep now. The time is now 10:30 p.m. and to let you in on a little secret, I’ve been on this computer all day. However, I did take a couple of eating breaks and I watched television for a couple of hours so that might explain some things. It’s better to have kept it all as one entry because in reality, I haven’t gone anywhere to add to this lazy Sunday so why add another entry.

Just to capitalize on my explanation of Saturday, we danced until 1:30 a.m. and then Binh and Tyler wanted to head home. All the girls there were great and although I didn’t dance up on any I was very close to just going on a limb and doing what normally comes natural to Ace. Nevertheless, there was a girl there who was blonde and very attractive whom Binh said liked me right at the start of the night and if I had danced with her she would have adored it.

With our night ended we sang tunes all the way home until I lost my voice. To annoy Tyler I kept spraying Lynx on his neck in surprise just for laughs and we screamed out “Show us your dick” to passing pedestrians as we had just come from Oxford Street. Once home I had something to eat and then shortly after when the time arrived to 4:00 a.m., I went to sleep.

A Lazy Sunday

Today I woke up at 10:00 a.m. and despite having six hours of sleep, they were well deserved hours. For the whole day today I didn’t do much but sit around and enjoy my lazy day. This entry was started near the beginning of my day and I haven’t heard from anyone today. Watching the Football tonight I also had myself two showers, shaved for tomorrow and now must prepare for sleep so that my third week can hit off with a nice slumberous night.

You know, even though I had the whole day to write about my Friday and Saturday night, I lingered with depiction in such depth and so much philosophy that I still have a quarter of a night to write about. All this took me more than twenty pages to write about and I fear that if I had more time tonight, my whole depiction of the weekend would have taken twenty five pages or more. However, ten pages a night seems to be the trend so there’s nothing out of the ordinary here really. Anyway, I tire so I must to tiresome sleep attempt.
