A Poem Without a Voice

Today was exceptionally flamboyant in respect to thoughts administered and actions fabricated. Since the early hours of morning’s thought to now the lateness of this eve, I once again have much to write about my thoughts. However this morning as I couldn’t get to sleep after trying by reading Shakespeare I turned on my computer and turned on my computer (In other words, my brain).

I was only supposed to write down one or two lines of my new thoughts as I was inspired by reading text from an English Literature Book, the Oxford Book. Well, two lines turned into an abundance of thoughts written down and all without having to open my lips, the purpose of the poem.

Before writing this poem I thought what would it be like if I didn’t talk for a day, how would I communicate. I then realized that when I am writing in this Diary and for all of my literature I do not speak but only speak from my mind to my hand and in turn to this computer. My tonsils do not fluctuate and that’s the great aspect of literature, you can be mute but still appreciate communication.

Therefor this poem I am now setting upon you in this Diary and to date for this month it is probably the eleventh poem. I don’t know what it was this morning that I had to wake up at 6:00 a.m. from where I was trying to sleep but luckily I finished my thoughts to create this poem. Two hours later I finally got to sleep worried about the short span of sleep I would get but in turn it worked out fine. The Sonnet is set out in my new style which I will name the ‘Elebrium Sonnet’.

The Elebrium Sonnet

The Scribe Durst Become the Storyteller

I write my verse here yet I need not speak it,

This mind of mine needs not spoken voice to voice mine thought,

Only with this quill my mind’s voice will to write,

This ink that dips the feather so, so highly sought,

This quill that paper touch, staining with knowledge,

Of my mind that shifts mine hand which writes with mind’s hand,

This verbal speech, in philosophy’s adage,

Can pass from broad mind to fresh mind blankly remembered,

Tale after tale swiftly changes truth’s old right,

But this hand of mine does pass on non-corrected,

Such words that need not a tongue to waver spit,

These words that shall survive time, here with ink I brand,

These words my mind speaks shall make due a trip,

That shall fill our minds without moving lip

A Late Wake Up Call

The time does drift as if to nowhere so let me begin my tale of Thursday’s actions and tonight’s happenings. My day began as I woke up at 2:00 p.m. after five to six hours of sleep and just a couple of minutes later Lyssa gave me a call at home. This was supposed to be my wake up call but already I was awake.

Half asleep I was quickly sobering up but I knew that I was going to jump out of bed and make as best an effort to meet Lyssa in the City. Lyssa and I were hurrying our conversation up after I informed her that I would be making it to the City and in that franticness I told Lyssa that I would meet her at 4:30 p.m. at the front of her work.

Hanging up the phone I jumped out of bed slightly groggy but that soon was discarded as I headed to the shower. Quickly washing myself I jumped out, had myself a meat pie and then prepared my clothes. Hurried as I was I left my house at 3:00 p.m. casually and power walked most of the way to Campbelltown. Passing the bank I checked if I would get some extra money like last fortnight but I was at a loss.

Fare Dodging to the City

Walking to the station there was a train in four minutes and as the machines would not give out concession passes I had no alternative but to jump the train and hope I wouldn’t get busted. The trip to the City was peaceful and it took a little longer than I expected but I was intrigued by three girls in front of me.

On the opposite side and in the doubled seat on the edge they couldn’t be any older than 14 and the one I thought attractive wasn’t all that good looking. What attracted me to her was the shape and size of her boobs and her surfer look with a good tan and blonde ruffed up hair, that was alright. In time she picked up to my occasional glance and they all decided to sit a seat away from each other with the girl I was eyeing was sitting right across from me with her back to the wall so she could see me perfectly.

If the girls were a bit older I could have done something smooth to get their attention which I was planning in my mind. I thought I could walk up to them and ask them if they had all bought tickets or if they jumped the train like I did.

Then I would ask if they would help me get out by letting me go through right behind them as they put their ticket through and if they said yes, bless me. The blonde girl, I knew she liked me and she would have liked me more if I grabbed her around the waist while we were going through the ticket machines so I could get through the machine, sort of an excuse. Of course then I would have to thank them and maybe get their number, you know the deal.

Walking Past the Ticket Gate

Arriving at St. James after what seems such an extended holiday I made my way to the ticket collector’s door where I was going to make up an excuse of coming from Casula where there are no ticket machines to buy tickets. Luckily there was no one at the door but as I was walking through the guy came back from showing some passenger a map of the City.

As I walked through I said to him “Hi, how are you” and showing him some coins in my hand which I was going to use in my story I kept walking. Is it me or am I getting old that I no longer want to do as much illegal shit as I did before.

Late to Meet Lyssa

Walking towards Lyssa’s work in a hurry as I was ten minutes late I remember seeing a mega hot babe with a black skirt where the split was on the back and it went up to her ass. Once again she was a blonde and not just that, she had the face of a model and the body of the same. As I walked past her I took a glance back to gather the whole momentum of the situation and if I wasn’t in such a hurry I would have said something but I thought I would get hurried off anyway.

Lyssa was standing and talking to one of the new secretaries at her work and as I walked up to her she gave me a smile. Greeting her taller and older colleague we said goodbye to her and were on our way. Lyssa had to deliver the DX and some extra mail so off we headed there. On our way Lyssa informed me that she knows a couple of guys who deliver DX now (She’s made friends with males but not females, figures) and they invited her to the ‘Junior’s Party’ where all the young meat attends.

Informing Lyssa that it will only be a slut feast considering the ages she told me she couldn’t go anyway because it was tomorrow and Lyssa is already booked out. As Lyssa finished up her DX I waited out the front as I didn’t want to walk around blindly and when I thought she was finished I greeted her, I was good with timing.
