Bitter Morning Thoughts
Bitter, the sweetness of today, yet the sun is clouded and there is no life. My brow is thick’d with insults upon rejection. Anyway I have missed out on writing last night solely because Jett came over once again last night and after playing the Play Station he lent it to me with a pretty good game so guess what, I played it all night. That’s a damn shame to the schedule I’ve been trying to keep now because Wednesday I woke up earlier than usual with only six hours of sleep, at 11:30 a.m. so let’s start with that shall we.
Why So Early
Surprising it was that I woke up earlier than usual at 11:30 a.m. but as I did and decided to keep myself awake for a change I started looking for answers. Could it be that I started wearing a ponytail to sleep for the last two days and then stopped on Wednesday night, nah that was just a phase. Could it be the amount of Creatine I’ve been ingesting causing an upset in the usual hours of my sleep, could be.
Could it also be that I had a very strenuous workout on Wednesday where I lifted much heavier. Nope, probably not because I only slept for six hours, not enough to recuperate. I’m not sure why I’m once again starting to slide back into normalizing hours of sleep but I can see in a week or two if this keeps up that I’ll be back to waking up 9:00 a.m. sharps.
Sunbaking And Keith
Once awake I decided to head out into the backyard to keep myself that way and gathered that the best therapy for alertness is direct sunlight. Lying down upon my green beach towel and closing my eyes I baked there for at least half an hour of my time taking note to include my legs in on the action. These legs of mine are now noticeably starting to grow hair back even if it is slowly.
Mum and Dad had been out shopping and with no food in the house I gathered I would bake until they arrived, shortly after they did. Having myself some Creatine and some food from upstairs I continued on my agenda with a shower and upon coming out I received a call from Keith. “Do you want to come up to Macarthur Square for a bit so you can help me look for my Dad’s 52nd birthday present” he asked and after some careful consideration I asked him to come over. Getting myself dressed I waited upon Keith to arrive.
Gift Hunting At Macarthur
Heading to Macarthur Square I had a couple of things to purchase myself but blankly walking around from shop to shop Keith couldn’t find anything interesting to get his dad as a present. How lame were his suggestions though, like a movie, cheap sneakers and other lame shit I care not to remember. In the end Keith didn’t buy anything and just ended up giving the money to his Dad so he could get something with it.
Spotting Diamond
Heading to Big W past some glamorous girls who were walking single we headed to the men’s toiletry section and there I bought some Lynx Deodorant and shaving cream. While on a journey around the place we walked past this girl with black and long curly hair with some sort of work uniform on. As we passed her and I noticed how clear and beautiful her skin looked I felt as if I knew her and as we passed her Keith informed me that it was indeed Diamond, the one Jaromir went out with and the one I like.
Newly found was my eagerness and with this I persuaded Keith to come walk back around with me. Keith couldn’t keep the smile off his face so it was lucky that the girls weren’t around the corner when we approached, they had disappeared. Practically around the whole shopping center we walked and when we arrived at the checkout we noticed her coming from the area where we had first noticed her. Damn, she slipped through our fingers but it wasn’t over.
Paying for my items I walked out of Big W and noticed that Diamond and her friend walked out at the same time without buying anything. As they headed downstairs I was going to trail behind them with Keith but we voted against it knowing that we’ll bump into them later.
For the next five minutes Keith and I were wondering what store she worked at in Macarthur Square and thinking that Keith knew where it was judging that the vest she had on was red and the work short was white underneath we headed to the Donut Diner downstairs where the Lebanese Sofia used to work. It turned out that this Diner wasn’t the place, they had black shirts underneath so we continued our walk. Nearing the food-court I noticed a chemist with the same uniform that she had and once again we both decided to investigate and walk in.
Parading around for a couple of seconds Keith mentioned something about Diamond and there she then popped around the corner, her work clothes on fitting the workplace. Walking right past her I looked in her eyes as she looked in mine for a split second before I averted my focus so not to alarm her. I’m not sure if Diamond knew much of me but I gather she knows of me in some way. Sticking around pretending we were there for a reason we agreed that the curly hair look didn’t suit Diamond and with that we left.
Old Faces In The Mall
Making our way past the food-court I was stopped by someone who popped up from around the corner, it was Miroslav. With a big smile on his face he shook my hand and in the same style as the stooges three others came out with big smiles being Hudson, Kobi and Bennet. Keith kept walking towards Fun n Games because he didn’t know whom I was talking to but as I stopped I noticed that Miroslav wasn’t as fat as everyone put him out to be. The usual conversation persisted and through that Miroslav learnt as did the rest of them that I wasn’t with Lyssa anymore, after a year and a month.
With Miroslav it’s easy to amuse and as he asked why I haven’t got my Celica yet I told him “Because I spent all my money on this” and pointed to my shopping bag. Miroslav also found out that I visit nightclubs now and they told me how they had recently been to Colors which goes off now, everyone gives it good vibes. They had to be on their way and I had to catch up to Keith so I found it funny that we all shook hands and then were all on our way hopeful to meet again in the future.
