Building out the recorder
I built out the recorder with the hidden button addition, while my other projects ran in the background.
Trying to install it on his phone
I wanted the recorder on Lance’s own phone so he could record his levels himself. While he had a shower, I stayed in his room trying to install it, but there are known issues with Geometry Dash and parental controls, so I gave up.
“I finished my level”
Around 12:10 a.m. Lance came in and said, “Daddy, I finished my level.” I asked if he wanted to record it. We sat on my chair, I pressed record with the Chaos Screen Recorder, and we recorded the game.
He played it on my phone, which he said was too big. He told me he could do it on his phone but not on this one.
“You have to spam the button” to get through a chainsaw section where you go up and down.
He switched to practice mode, finished the level, and gave me the phone back with, “Here, daddy.” I pressed the stop button, and he went off to play another game.

Diary Of A Mad Chaos is a daily diary written from March 1996 until today, of which individual books and book series have been created, namely “The Lost Years” an exploration of young, entwined love, the “Wubao In China (猎艳奇缘)” book series which provides an extensive comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies, and the book titled “Foreigner (华人)” an exploration of race relations in Australia.
