Handing over the reins
I gave DeepSeek and ChatGPT the reins so they could go through four or five bugs with the PB Tracker app. There was a bug where the database doesn’t recognize photo files in storage. The upload itself works. Rather than saving a one to five megabyte file, my app draws the photo onto a canvas at a smaller size and saves from the canvas, which makes the image optimized. That’s great. But the app doesn’t remember where the file was.
There were also some issues with the navigation icons. I want to drag and drop them, but it’s not working as intended. There were some minor CSS layout issues too. DeepSeek couldn’t fix one of those issues. It almost half fixed an issue.
