Seafood At Centrepoint

Before heading home Shawn and I decided to have something to eat as we were both starving. Deciding to stay in Centrepoint I took the both of us to the seafood eatery Lyssa and I used to buy from. As per my usual, Shawn and I went halves in ordering a seafood platter and as we also bought a drink each we sat down, talked of the day’s shopping and filled our stomachs. Twenty minutes were endured before we decided to jump up and as we did, our plans were to head for St. James Station.

In our bid to head home we came across a small stall just near the entrance to the Centrepoint Tower food court and shopping center. The stall was brimming with glasses for cheap prices with some bearded young guy selling them. In passing, I did notice colored glasses to my fancy and as Shawn and I stopped Shawn noted that he had informed me about this shop earlier in the day. Glancing quickly through the pile I did notice my yellow tinted glasses with black plastic frames. Putting on three different shades I did find them to look interesting on me.

Therefore, after some perusal and consultation from Shawn who gave the thumbs up I bought three pairs of glasses for $10. The shades I chose were yellow, a tinge of blue and a tinge of purple. Placing them in a little bag I headed out intrigued with my new look and as I tried the glasses on with my bucket hat I was amazed with the new look. It didn’t go anywhere near the Black Fly’s glasses and the bucket hat but it was up there with the fashion conscious.

Silly Glasses On The Train

On the way home Shawn and I were having the greatest time on the train. Wearing my bucket hat with the blue shade glasses I must have looked odd to everyone else on the train. Shawn also added to the laughter of the situation as he placed all three glasses over the top of each other. Sitting down on the train where the doors are and facing two young girls we both swapped the stacked glasses for a laugh.

It must have looked odd to the two girls sitting across from us as Shawn and I couldn’t stop laughing. This little prank was carried on to the main seats upstairs as we were now just being silly, calling out and whatever else. At one stage Shawn decided to muck around with my bucket hat and as he turned it inside out it was a splitting image of a sailor’s hat.

Like this we both wore the hat for a while and as we got our kicks out of this we tried some more laughs. In this mode of sleep I am in now it is hard to lead the imagination to depiction as I want to hurry my prose. Life is a prick in these pages when you have to sacrifice the quality within my quantity due to lack of time or time catching up to you.

Anyway, it would have been a great event to take my camera so that I could take a picture of us pulling up a revolving seat as I had always wanted to do and play cards on it. Sitting in one seat and Shawn sitting two seats away, we rotated the middle seat until it had turned into a table like setting. Leaning over the seat like card sharks so that we could stabilize it I took out six cards that I had acquired from our shopping at Hound Dog.

They were all free entry cards into a club within the City and as we decided to playact our new role we pretended that the cards were a deck of playing cards. Shedding hilarity to our sarcasm we shuffled the pack of six cards which were all equally the same and played games like 21 and one card stud. When it came to betting money we decided to bet colored glasses, you could imagine the outcome. When we were playing one card stud Shawn stuck his card to his head as I did by licking the back of the card.

He had one side of his showing and I had the opposite of mine showing as we tried to guess who or what was on our card. Basically, it was all in jest as we uttered things like “Were you born on the 9th July 1999 (The use by date for the card) and “Are you in black and white”. Boisterous we were on the way back home, happy with our fortunate day shopping in the City and what we had bought.

Keith Has Another Plan

Back in Campbelltown Shawn decided to come back to my house as we both caught the same bus to Bradbury. Jumping off we walked eagerly to my house as the next half an hour was spent trying on both our clothes with our new styles. Shawn was eager to head out for the night as he called Keith and Tyler but I was warier of Keith’s monotony.

Keith was planning to head to a couple of clubs for the night but his story got worse when I heard that he was also taking Tamsen along. “I’m not going” I uttered to Shawn after the phone call and despite his pleading in which he noted we would stick together, I failed to believe I could have a good night in regards to the circumstances.

Although Tyler was also heading down and Ned was supposed to meet up with them, I knew the night would turn out to be a disaster. Premonition and forethought led me to disregard such an offer in which Keith was thinking to head to Wests League Club, Molly’s and then most probably Chevy’s. Seriously, how predictable can one person get, certainly none more than Keith. Shawn decided that with his zest to try out his new clothes, he was eager to head out, even if it was with Keith.

Before we caught the bus back home Shawn even called up Binh who was heading to the City but sadly, he was only there to meet old friends and watch a movie. Therefore we were stuck with Keith and as Tyler was dogging me in a way by going out with Keith, I can now say “I told you so”. You see, when Shawn left my house half an hour later they did all they said they would.

The night was fairly dull and as I also denied going out to QSB when Keith called at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night I threw away my weekend. However, it was a good choice as Shawn told me it was the shittest night for him and he would never go out on whim with Keith again. Basically, Tamsen only danced to one and a half song in which Keith was too afraid to even go near her.

Silence At QSB

For the rest of the night at QSB the both of them sat deadly silent at the seats, refusing to dance. Shawn and Tyler were having such a shit time by themselves with practically no one there that they walked up to Keith and in front of Tamsen shouted “This is shit, lets’ go”. Keith looked at the both of them shook his head in q quick jerking manner as if to say “No, not yet” but his vain attempts to win back Tamsen were falling on many a cold foot.

Keith is an idiot if he thinks that he’s going to get Tamsen back and Tamsen is an idiot for even considering going back out with Keith. From what I heard, Keith and Tamsen also went out on Sunday together despite their cold distance between each other despite being a foot away. Shawn put it together nicely when he remarked “It’s only going to take them a week to get back to normal, fighting every time I see them and hating each other’s guts”.

So much for Keith’s naïve plan of starting right from the beginning with Tamsen. Keith is so stupid in the mind where at one stage he hates Tamsen’s guts but then he’s crawling back to her. I’m confused as to why Tamsen would even consider giving Keith another chance but I figure it had to be because Keith was being his persistent self. Despite Tamsen demanding that Keith never call her again he was his persistent self and won over her blackened heart with his capers of misleading.

I’m just glad I wasn’t there to waste my money and my time on account of getting stressed from Keith’s disastrous attempt at winning Tamsen’s heart back. My question is why did Keith have to ruin everyone else’s night by bringing Tamsen along. Answer, because Keith is selfish and he needed people to come along with him as he thought Tamsen would feel more comfortable with others around. Keith just tries too hard and doesn’t know when to give up.

Basically, even if they do get back together, they are forever doomed in which they will be complete idiots to even contemplate marriage. It’s best to move on now and as quickly as possible so they won’t have regrets later on in life. However, Keith loves lingering on to lost loathing and if he has love for Tamsen, he definitely has a strange way of showing his undying love.

Photos In The Spare Room

Whilst Shawn was at my house and we were trying on all our club clothes I decided to take a couple of pictures so that my film would almost be concluded. Taking some shots of Shawn with the bucket hat and glasses on as well as his bears hat, he looked funny. I’m not sure how to describe the picture as yet but he looked hilarious in what he had on. Trying that look on myself I had Shawn take a picture or two of me as well as one close-up of my face.

Taking a shot on the couch in the spare room just outside of mine, I set the camera up on a box and put the auto timer on. Placing my life size mirror behind the camera so that we can see what it would turn out like, we got ourselves ready in the two minutes before it went off. Seeming like forever we mucked around a little before the beeping became more constant and the flash went off. Five to eight pictures were taken when Shawn was over my house on Saturday night and when he left I started writing in my diary.

That is basically the end of my Saturday night chronology. The time is now 11:15 p.m. and I want to get a relatively early night in regards to my full day and lack of sleep last night. More will be shed so upon in the next few days to come but as I am not feeling too intent on depiction tonight, I must head off and get myself some much needed sleep. See you when next I reimburse these pages…
