Inspired by the Music Awards

Before I begin upon my day today, let me speak of some newly gathered thoughts. Just having watched the ‘World Music Awards’ on television I was inspired by many things. For one, I thought to expand the types of music I purchase and instead of mainstream black R & B as well as a phased out rap I thought it would be good to buy titles like ‘Britney Spears’ and ‘Ricky Martin’. However, I was more inclined to see Ricky Martin at one of his concerts if ever I had the chance.

I know that he’s not my idol and Lyssa along with other women fantasize over him but I see a caliber of mettle within him that I can associate with and for that, seeing him live would be a benefit to myself. Not only do I want to get into the world of concerts but I want to see operas and stage plays of Shakespeare. The arts, literature and music have really taken me to an effect that is staggering.

Dreaming of Dancing

I really believe that the creative aspect of me will carry me forth and bring me to greater heights. For a while now I have wanted to become a professional dancer in respect to being included in video clips to do routines. I don’t want to practice upon a specific genre of dancing but rather on the aspect of dancing in set routines. This has always been in my blood for as long as I’ve been avoiding the dancefloor.

The curiosity of my knowing that I could dance once on the floor and my passion and love of dancing led me to contemplate dance classes. It might just be a thought that doesn’t go anywhere for a while but right now, I can envision me working a full-time job, studying night courses and dancing on the weekends. Yes, it is a full life and one without much free time but with much benefits. But hey, I feel that what I occupy myself with is free time as they are all my hobbies and things I love doing so, go figure…

At a Crossroad

The flares of my life have gone up and now a twitch of things to come is enthralling my expectancy. There have been many ups and downs in my life and in the last two months (As well as the last two years since ‘the decline within the lost years) it has mostly all been down.

However, I am at a crossroad where I can again take a stand, pick myself up and take the right path to victory. This is my chance to increase my complacency in life and not lead it down another hill where fortitude is befallen by procrastination. The little things now excite me as well as the possibility of big undergoing, all I have to do is follow the right road.

Pimples and Vitamin E

On the point of little things going right for me, this Vitamin E cream although not working wonders on my stretch marks is a great alternative to getting rid of pimples. Just like foundation for women (I think it actually is foundation in a way) I spread a thin layer of DALE-E Cream on my face and within half an hour I see a dramatic improvement.

Therefore, where I see blemishes or scars from pimples I do use the cream and it does always work. Two nights ago you could see craters of popped pimples on my face and although there were only a couple they did blemish my face and pride. Since using this cream they have disappeared and my satisfaction and content have reappeared.

A Cheap Little Heater

Monday we shall now begin as it has been much pages of description already. I am happy to report first of all that my parents bought me a nice little heater today as they have been looking around for quite a little while. It does do a good job to warm me up when I am a little bit away from it but when it comes to increasing the temperature in my room it needs a bit of time and isn’t very efficient.

Nevertheless, that’s what you get when both your parents look around for the bargains and don’t really worry about how much electricity it will be using up or how easy it can cause an electric shock. Nope, my parents only look as deep as the price tag and the smallest they can go the better. However, to be good on my parents, they did shop around for a little while to buy me a $25 little heater the size of a laptop screen but they didn’t recognize that it wastes lots of energy because it is fan heated and it is very easy to short circuit the fan and get electrocuted.

Keith Plans a Rebound

Anyway, my Monday morning started at 9:00 a.m. by an eager Keith ready to head down to Centrelink so we could look for work like we had arranged. Knowing that my appointment wasn’t until 11:00 a.m. and still being sleepy I asked him to head over at 10:00 a.m. in which he agreed to. Some sleep later I woke myself up to have a shower, something to eat and then wait for Keith to arrive.

When he actually did arrive I was having some breakfast to eat so I invited him in for that duration. Whilst chatting he talked of Tamsen and how he accepts her dumping him. What struck me as desperate and an idiosyncrasy that only Keith can pull off is how he’s going to wait until a month passes and pretend he’s found someone else to see if it will shock Tamsen into going out with him.

This to me sounds like a pathetic attempt at having her back but I know he’s only talking out of anxiety and in one month those thoughts will be long gone from his mind. Heck, today when we visited Binh he was trying to get Binh to call Phoenix because Binh likes her but it sounded as if Keith wanted Binh to get him to call because he wanted something out of it.

Keith is already starting to act like he’s on the rebound by inviting himself to parties with the intention to meet friends of Binh and acting like he wants some Phoenix although he denies it. Keith even popped his eyes open to remark “Out of the fifteen people in our group, none of us have girlfriends, don’t you think that’s sad” in which I thought was rather a stupid remark.

Sure we haven’t got girlfriends right now but his implying that we are losers because of it isn’t true. Keith is only saying that because he’s now in the game and he sees all the competition in which he has to personally put down in a way. Personally, I don’t think I’m any worse off for having no one, I like the bachelor life. However, I wish that I was a bit more active but I’m forbidden to be so because I never go out anywhere anymore because of these obsolete idiots.

Interview at Mission Employment

When I had finished eating just after 10:00 a.m. we headed down to Centrelink where we started looking through the computers for a job. Keith was intent on finding a job and for that reason it wasn’t surprising to see that he had more than ten referrals. When 11:00 a.m. was arriving I sat myself down but when a couple of minutes passed and my name wasn’t called out I decided to front the desk. With this I found out that I had to be at Mission Employment so off I headed there in search of the interview that would land me a job in ‘Work For The Dole’.

Filling out a form for a little while Keith looked on one of the lone computers as I talked to an Asian guy that was at the Seminar on Friday afternoon. He was first to be interviewed and after twenty minutes it was my turn. Handing them the form I had to fill out before heading for the interview room I stole their pen because it wrote exceptionally good. Later I was told by Shawn and Keith that the pen was one of the cheaper pens but I still think it writes exceptionally well.

The interview didn’t intimidate me at all because it was only with Mission Employment, somewhere where I have worked before. The questions about where I wanted to work sprouted but it seemed that she was only going to narrow it down to one organization, the council. Therefore, I agreed for her to find me something within the council desks where I would be using my administrative and secretarial skills, she seemed to agree. After some chatting, laughing and confirmation later I headed out towards Keith’s car in which we headed to Macdonald’s in.

Ice Creams and Bedtime

Hunger was feeding like worm to my glutton stomach so I bought an ice-cream cone, something I could afford. Driving up the main street of Campbelltown we headed to the huge car-yard with the electric fence in Leumeah because Keith was told there were positions for car detailing available there. The trip was brisk as we made our way to the man at the front gate who told us Keith had to call for an appointment. Therefore, we headed back to Keith’s house but on the way we bought another ice-cream each and picked up Shawn.

Well, well, well, I am running out of time and have to get myself to sleep now. As you would have figured by now, I have allowed time to drag on as I’ve had something to eat, a shower and watched the ‘World Music Awards’ throughout. Therefore, the time could be unpredictable to you but to me it is 12:15 a.m. which signifies bedtime. So there you have it, another day, another night of scripture and a remembrance of chronology throughout my life and throughout my dreams. I truly shall live these next few hours of slumber and when I awake, I will have much to talk of, much more…
