Waxing My Legs Again
For the rest of my night I was a sentry to my computer, carefully guarding the words placed here. However, as Monday night is now exhausted of chronology let me to my thoughts and ideas. In the last fortnight’s postulation I had my fondness slowly growing in the idea of waxing my legs again. With Tuesday’s pay rearing on me I thought that I should buy some more waxing gel and although I didn’t I became more excited for the prospect. If only I were to have more money in the pocket I would have jumped at the expense but I must wait to see what happens with my money.
Desk Plants and Inspiration
Another thought that has been resonant in my mind lately has been of my creativeness. I’ve always pondered what difference a computer desk and a couple of little plants upon it to brighten up my room would do for my creativeness. Do I have all that I need with this damp and silent room or does my inspiration beg for less captivity.
The Grammy Pianist
The third thought (Or rather inspiration) came after watching the Grammy awards. Noting about that song with all the soul singers I was especially moved by the pianist who played for Alanis Morissette on her song. He was black with African dreads and hair as long as mine. Not only did I dig him in his black suit whilst playing the piano but the vivacity that he sustained throughout, that was just awe-inspiring.
From that moment the sights of being a Pianist wasn’t so bleak and although I haven’t taken up playing once again I have been changed. The only problem with my current situation is that I have a crappy outdated electric keyboard and what I really want to play on is a Baby Grand Piano. If these poems one day do make me rich, I will spend my first payment on a Piano of my liking.
A Movie for a Dying Boy
Now I have another storyline that has been brewing for a couple of days just waiting to be placed here. The movie story begins with a boy who has been diagnosed with cancer and knowing that he will die soon the ‘Starlight Foundation’ grants him a wish. If you all don’t know who the ‘Starlight Foundation’ is, it’s an organization that grants wishes to sick or dying kids.
Anyway, this kid was a budding musician and his only wish was to perform his own song and lyrics with the best guitarist, the best pianist and the best orchestra. Skipping through the story we pass his setting up of the band and the days of score writing for everyone with some help. Also being an admirable singer the night comes where he has to perform on stage at a concert with other major bands. Playing his song to a stunned crowd his contribution wins him great success from the crowd and astounded the musicians look on at the encore.
Thus, the greats in the music industry now allow this dying boy to record his song and seeing his potential as it sells abundantly they make him into a star. The catch is that he’s dying within a month or two and in this time the producers want to create a legend out of him and therefore, they reap as they can from him before his time arrives. He travels on tours, he gets very famous and then when he finally dies after creating an album he is treated as a martyr and dies a hero. Like Elvis, the Beatles and the rest of the greats his legend lives on strongly, if only so brief it did live.
Skipping Past a Thousand Reps
Before I begin chronology, let me just once again note that I created another 1000 reps out of skipping today and I’m getting more used to it. It must have been almost a week since I’ve started skipping and I remember the first day I used to try and skip 50 reps but I would bungle clumsily two or three times.
Within these past few days I’ve grown to be able to do double skips and tonight I had no faults at all in skipping 50 or even 150 times without stopping. Just to clarify, each night I think for the past five nights I have been skipping and tomorrow will be no different. However, like I noted yesterday, my legs are starting to feel the brunt of pounding constantly on the ground with bare feet but I fear shoes as they make me clumsy.
Tuesday and the Pants at Macarthur
Now booting my inquest to Tuesday, let me now begin the hearing. Starting my day off around 2:00 p.m. I prepared myself for the Gym. However, at 3:30 p.m. Lyssa gave me a call after finishing College asking me if I would go with her to Macarthur Square so I would help her buy those pants. Denying her that favor as I had other plans already she didn’t have too much of a hassle. From what I know now Lyssa did head out there herself and she came to my house tonight to show me the pants, just like any other pants of hers.
Gym for me began around 5:30 p.m. and once again it felt as if I had a little bit of a layoff despite my skipping and only one workout missed. However, once in the Gym my energy did revitalize and although it was right up there it wasn’t as strong as my last workout. While there I chatted to Redd and Jett and later on Jett came up to my house to take some progress pictures of my body. Despite that fact, let me now to my Gym workout…
Chest Day Numbers
Chest: Beginning with a two-minute pedaling on the bike I jumped off and started on my three warm-up sets for Chest. Those being Cable Crossovers, Machine Seated Bench Press and then my starting exercise, Bench Press. Taking the weight up to 170 pounds I asked for a spot from Redd where I managed 6 by myself and then 4 more assists. I suspect that I could have achieved more as I had to pause to tell Redd to let go of the weight. Taking the weight down to 160 pounds I called someone else and completing 6 or so reps by myself we created 10 reps out of it.
Moving now to Peck Deck Fly’s with 170 pounds I pushed out 15 reps before quitting. Dips was next and completing 10 reps I paused and then another 2 were forced. Decline Dumbbell Press was next and with 60 pounders I created 8 reps before conking out.
Machine Seated Bench Press was next and 180 pounds I completed two reps and then taking it down 20 pounds each time and completing three reps pre weight stack I finished 12 reps. Moving now to Pullovers with 70 pounds I created 10 reps out of this one. Lastly I had Cable Crossovers and with 50 pounds I pushed out 15 reps. Bending over now and increasing the weight to 60 pounds I finished with 14 reps.
Biceps and Abs
Biceps: Beginning with a warm-up I started my proper set with Preacher Cable Curls. Taking the weight up to 60 pounds I pushed out my reps and on the last couple I took my grip in closer on the E-Z Curl bar and completed 10 reps. Moving now to One Arm Preacher Dumbbell Curls with 35 pounds I created 10 reps per arm.
Moving to Alternate Seated Dumbbell Curls I once again fancied 35 pounders to complete 10 reps per arm. Lastly I walked over to Standing Cable Curls and with 70 pound I pushed out 6 reps only to take it down to 60 pounds and complete 4 more. One set of Reverse Cable Curls with 55 pounds and 8 reps was also in need.
Abdominals: Starting with Low Ab Crunches I completed a set of 30 reps from side to side. Next was Machine Ab Crunches and with 50 pounds resistance I completed 30 reps. Taking the weight up to 60 pounds I completed a new 35 reps.
Progress Photos With Jett
After the Gym Jett came over to my house so he could take some progress pictures of me with my camera film. Bringing up his mountain bike he showed me his new shock absorber forks and bringing the bike in my house we stepped into my room.
Jett had a favor to ask me and what would you know, nothing more than the expected, use of the phone. For that I did allow and as you would have guessed it, he chatted to Min-Su. Privacy is often unfavorable to those that have no phone so Jett just has to make do with what privacy he can get.
Anyway, I had a little talk to Jett, I brought down some food and Lyssa called me on the other line while Jett was talking. Whilst talking Jett was borrowing some photos from my photo album that he wanted to show to his friend at work. One of the pictures he took was of him standing in front of my speakers and I’m not sure if he’s going to say that they’re his or mine.
Giving Jett the camera while he was on the phone he told Min-Su to wait and flexing in front of the mirror so I would know exactly how to flex Jett prepared the camera. Pumped from my workout my muscles were coming out but not as favorably as I had seen on me before. Despite that Jett took a double biceps photo and one with my hands flexed to the side of me so my back would pop out for the picture.
After this it was back to taking photos and talking to Min-Su on the phone. Seeing that my system components and speakers had changed since my last pictures I took another picture with Jett talking on the phone for some color to the picture.
Doubled on a Mountain Bike
Jett finally finished his chatting on the phone and leaving my house I asked if he could give me a lift to Bradbury shops. Running out of cordial and going shopping for Wednesday (It was only Tuesday) he doubled me on his bike and as I sat on the seat he stood up and pedaled. Dropping me off right in the shops and going over every bump to show me how good the shocks worked I thanked him and as he left he informed me he would give back my photos on Thursday. Buying the cordial with my newly taken out money I headed back home and as the time reached 8:30 p.m. I called Lyssa.
Tuesday Night on the Phone
For our Tuesday night on the phone we were rather conversational. Seeing a computer advertisement in the paper that sold laptop computers I jokingly said “There’s a sale here for a laptop computer under five hundred dollars, are you going to buy it for me”. That’s when Lyssa advised me she would pay for half of the computer if I paid for the other half but calculating my problems at this moment I voted against it. This story has been told before so this is about as much information as I care to write of right now.
Also in our conversation Lyssa and I chatted about babies and Lyssa can’t wait until she has that life, until she has a baby. Mentioning that if the baby were to be ours she said it would have my taintless skin, her eyes, her nose and her mouth. Thinking that Lyssa was being a bit preposterous with how much attributes the kid would have of hers I evened it up with sarcasm.
Odd Questions About Cameras
Lyssa then asked me what I thought it would feel like to get a little camera up my ass and bewildered by her question she told me her friend was getting a camera up there. “Do you think it would hurt up there” Lyssa asked but I only thought that it would hurt upon insertion and inside it would just feel like the shit in your intestines. Lyssa thought different because you need anesthetic to numb the pain, who knows.
From that conversation I playfully said “If you ever have to get a camera up there I’ll loosen it for you by giving you some anal sex”. “All right” she remarked impishly and even though I knew it was all in joke’s name we made a vow that this would happen if Lyssa ever had to get a camera up her ass.
Relatively on the same sexual subject Lyssa wondered “I would like to know what it would be like for someone to go off in me, would I feel it inside me or not”. Once again in sarcasm I suggested that Lyssa get on the pill so we could try it out but my answer was straight and full of Lyssa’s talking of her trials of the pill and how they made her fat.
Keith Calls About Subway
Nearing 9:30 p.m. Lyssa and I ended our conversation and as she went to sleep I started up my computer. Half an hour passed and I received a call from Keith wanting to know if I wanted to head out to ‘Subway’ but I voted against it. Actually, I was still on the phone with Lyssa when Keith called me so it must have been a fairly long conversation.
Half the reason I didn’t want to head out to ‘Subway’ where Ralf was also waiting was because I wanted to use my Diary for the night so I could catch up and also because Lyssa was on the phone. Nevertheless, Lyssa and I were off from each other soon enough and that’s when I started typing and producing my Sonnets, both in Yugoslavian and Old English.
