Old Thoughts Finally Aired
The structure of my life, my days, my nights, my actions, my emotions, here, for all to see with a discerning eye. My favorite words, the most profane, continual blame in this continual life, and does it ever cease. Before I even consider to cleanse myself of this chronological duty I must transgress a usual law of mine and bring forth thoughts that are up to two weeks old. They have been left to age for the sake of chronology and not being bothered but tonight I will shine light upon them as if they were the siblings of my pondering.
The Cockroach Report
Firstly, the art and gloating pleasure of killing cockroaches and sending them to watery death has not been publicized of recent days. This mostly is because I have blocked one of their entries with tissue paper but they do breed still and a couple of days ago I did notice my first new culprit. He was quickly suppressed of his scurrying duty and into the toilet he was flung to bring his ethnic cleansing. Yesterday though, a more elaborate critter did defy my morality.
Hot Water and a Hiding Cockroach
There he sat at the bottom of the sink and as I did walk into the bathroom I looked at him with cynical eyes knowing he would surely die by my hand. How easy it would have been to capture this cockroach who would find it hard to climb up the sink walls. Walking slowly towards him and without a startle I directed the movable tap towards him and then turned the tap on.
The fright did come as a surprise to him as he was saturated but quickly he began to scurry for ground. Moving the tap around and hoping the water would heat up soon I noticed him begin to climb up one of the walls. With the tap still on I hustled to collect a container so I could scoop him back down but he swung around to the outside of the basin. Once more I did try to capture him but he made his way around and to the back, he had disappeared and for a little while he did hide.
A Toilet Roll Rematch
Each time I had to make my way to the toilet I looked around on the floor as I usually do as I now have accustomed myself to a phobia like aversion to see if there is a cockroach around. On my fourth visit I spotted a cockroach scurrying around on the floor and I didn’t think it was the same critter, he was a little smaller. Despite this I picked up an empty toilet roll and then hit him across the room towards the toilet.
What I found flattering to my aim and power was that one of his legs flung off and landed into the toilet water, a part of him already waiting to be flushed. Making my way to the overturned critter I shoveled him into the toilet roll and then barreled him into the water. Swim he did with his one leg missing but as his wings began to protrude from his body he did not show any signs of escaping.
Grabbing the toilet brush I poked him into the water in hopes to drown him and almost lost him under the rim of the bowl but I quickly dug in the water to scoop him back out. My fun wasn’t to be over that quick. Hoping I could drown him I kept him under the toilet brush and between the inside wall of the toilet. A watery grave would have sufficed but he was proving ignorant to running out of breath.
Thus, I left him for a little while hoping he would just cark it from fear but when I came back he was gone. Looking around quickly I knew he would only be hiding in one place, under the toilet rim so I quickly flushed the toilet so that a part would come out and there he came from under the rim. Like a bungee jump he did descend and having enough fun with him I flushed him down the toilet after urinating on him.
Ants and an Absent Spider
That is the latest saga of a cockroach meddling in my bathroom but there have been schemes of ants storming my bathroom. They were all over the toilet at one stage so I had to treat them to some hot water, they got the picture. Then there was the spider out the front of my house which was only there at nights. It has ceased to come out now so I gather people running into his web of a night pissed him off.
A Suspicious Swollen Eye
More recent news, there is some trouble with my eye today. For the past day or two I have been scratching around my left eye but not to the point where it became an irritation. Yesterday it felt a bit lumpy with a touch of soreness but today when I woke up it was curiously swollen.
The swelling wasn’t bad or too apparent but I had a bigger sleeping ring under my left eye and it had a shade of blackening as if a black eye was emerging. What’s more, the bottom lid of my eye was bubbled up and if I pull it out the inside is a sanguine red which doesn’t look healthy. What could have caused this overnight eye problem that looks like a minor black eye I don’t know but I’m pretty sure that no one accidentally hit me around that area. It looks as if it will disappear in a day or two, let’s just hope it’s nothing too serious.
Dreams Turned Ordinary
Now moving onto the category of my dreams, they have been weird in a simplistic way these days. Usually I tend to dream of far out things and far out places that my normal imagination would never be able to think up but in the past two weeks I have been dreaming of normal occurrences. The base of these dreams happen around my house.
To illustrate an example, I was standing on my back veranda looking at the neighbors house but they weren’t my actual neighbors. There was an Asian guy cleaning up the pool and an Asian wife with their daughter. It was nothing out of the ordinary which leads me to say that most of my dreams lately have had me waking up and asking myself if those things were actually real life.
Simple things I dream of are nights out with my friends at hangouts, normal things I would add in conversation and rational developments such as that. There has been one or two times that I wake up and have asked myself “Did Keith really ask me this” or “Did this really happen or was I just dreaming it” but they turn out to be dreams.
Jewell at the Driveway
There was a dream that I had about a week and a half ago now and I would have been better able to depict it back in that day because it was of such vivid detail but I will give disillusionment a shot. The dream to my memory began with me in my room and Lyssa was with me at the time. We weren’t doing anything special, just watching television.
However, the scene changed to the front of my house and behind the big bush at my driveway was a car, a ladies car which was either an Excel or an old Nissan Exa. Without realizing who was out the front Lyssa was making her way out there and I’m not sure what the reason was but I believe it was to get the paper. Dark it was outside as it was night time but from my camera angle I could see Lyssa going down my driveway and then meeting with the person coming out of the car, Jewell.
Jewell was wearing that blue dress on, the dress she was wearing when I first met her. I remember being in my room but from my camera view I could see exactly what was going on. Jewell asked Lyssa if she could come in and see me and it looked clear to me that Jewell wanted to either apologize or come in to get to know me with a more intimate direction.
Lyssa did not snap at her and to my knowledge the situation with Lyssa was the same as it is now. Rather, Lyssa just told Jewell that I either wasn’t there or that I didn’t want to see her, she was rather calm about it. In my dream Jewell looked very beautiful and tempting and I think that was the moral of my story.
As Jewell jumped back in her car and left I was left to ponder whether I would have done something if Lyssa wasn’t there or if I would have stuck to my animosity for her. When Lyssa made her way back into the room I just casually asked who was in the car and she told me, that was the end of the dream.
Adding Up Keith and His Greed
Speaking now my part about Keith and his greed, I have much to say about the rapacity that his stomach of avaricious fodder stores. Keith truly amazes me by how much of a greedy soul he is and truly, he would be the scrooge of the 90’s if he didn’t have the sensitive aspect which endows his presence. Let me add up all the costs to his greed.
Firstly, he works and collects around $500 dollars a week. This you would think would be enough for any normal man but for Keith, well, his greed plays his hand. On top of that he was collecting money from the link but they have now caught him, that was $350 a fortnight.
Add to this Keith’s ability to take out as much money as he possibly wants from the faulty Eftpos machine (His biggest hit has been $600), his free will to borrow money from Tamsen for everything, Tamsen’s buying him most of his car essentials and you have a greedy man. Add on top of that his will not to take his car out when there is someone else available, his $200,000 in the bank which he gets to use in a couple of years and his selfishness in not wanting to help out his friends with such a grand scale scam, well he’s just selfish, greedy and a prick to boot.
Keith reminds me of a junkie that lives on the streets and can’t wait for his next hit of heroin or pot to stay high. Keith’s obsession is like a drug, so much so that he’s now using his Catholic Club Card to get out money from the Eftpos Machine. Don’t ask me how he’s getting away with it but because Tamsen confiscated his keycard and he can’t borrow mine or his mum’s, he’s using his Catholic Club Card.
This if you ask me is a loser on a grand scale and he doesn’t know when to stop. That’s why he’s getting fucked up with the link and that’s why he’s lost all his other jobs to stupid thievery. What an idiot is all I can say about such a greedy man.
